This is an EXTREMELY MISLEADING AND UNREASONABLE company. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, on their Facebook page and on Google reviews, they have a bad habit of claiming that the negative reviews are false. I encourage you to decide for yourself. They have at least 21 one-star reviews. RADO NIKOLOV handled our situation after another manager in sold my fiancé the car. OSCAR MONTALVO showed my fiancé the report on the car and assured that there were no major issues. The car, after purchase, was deemed completely unsafe, dangerous to drive and not fixable by a professional mechanic. The mechanic said he was scared to put the truck on a lift for fear it would crack in half. The fact that this business is legally operating is frightening. Its a sad situation but what is really sad is that these men are allowed to do business with the public. They might as well have stolen my fiances old vehicle. They did not put his car as a trade-in anywhere on the forms signed nor did they give him a copy of receipt for the trade-in. My fiance asked if he could have his old car returned to him. They told him they had already sold it. When he asked for a receipt of the trade-in, the manager wanted to reprint the form just with the trade-in added. It was never recorded. They wanted him to leave the car that he purchased there after refusing to issue a refund for it. Mr. Nikolov said that if he left the truck there, he would resell it to someone else and then refund my fiancé. I dont understand how someone could or would resell a very dangerous to drive truck to someone else. Call your lawyer. Run for the hills. REPORT THEM REPORT THEM REPORT THEM to the BBB. I am in the United States armed forces . Ive been around the world. I consider myself religious. when I stepped into that car lot and heard some of the language they were using and saw some of the cars on that lot I felt like I was back in a third world country. He was speaking in a different language so it seemed like Russian or Bulgarian and I suspected I smelt some marijuana I would stay away from this place

They speak English until they get your money. Serious attitude problem. Never going back, car been in and out of the shop. 😕 Buy at your own risk.

I got a really great deal! The guy Rado really worked hard to get me into what I can afford, without it being a piece of trash. I got a really nice car. I bought my car almost 6 months ago and its still rides great! I brought my mom in today and she was able to get an awesome deal too! Repeat customers for sure.

Over all great dealership. They are fairly new to the business and you can tell. There were some bumps during the process of making my deal, but they were nice and honest about everything. Id say this time next year, they will be flawless. I got a great car and great deal. I would recommend them to anyone.

We never were able to take home the vehicle that we put a down payment on, and I suspect we will need to take them to court to get our money back! I would never recommend this dealer. Spoke with the owner many times over the course of 4 days about an S600 Mercedes. I live in NC. He said he disclosed all issues over the phone and via photos. We drive down to pick the car up and the car needs engine work. Horrible engine whine/bearing noise coming from the power steering tandem pump. Dealer stated his tech put the wrong fluid in the car when they fixed the leak the PS had. A drive down from NC for nothing. I’m not sure why the owner would have thought he would get one over on me. I told him I own and have owned MANY of these cars. Buyer beware.

Shady dealer. All of the cars on the lot are in very bad shape. The car I test drove actually died as I was coming back from test driving it. I drove almost 2 hours to this place only to find that the car I was looking at was junk. Ive definitely seen better used car lots and thats certainly saying something....They advertised the car as having 122k miles but after running a report on the VIN, it actually had 136k. The odometer itself said it had 121k...shady. The car was on a bald donut(extremely dangerous, I live almost two hours away, no way would I drive on the highway like that) and the other tires were about bald as well. Door wouldnt open from the inside. The car had obviously been in an accident before and the paint job they did on the front fender was terrible. Its like they take cars from the junkyard straight to this place. Saw one car with mold growing in the back seat floor and what looked like blood on the seat itself. Definitely AVOID this place.

Cedric and Rado were extremely accommodating! The cars are very reasonably priced and they were very honest. I would recommend them to anyone trying to find a great used car.Yeaaaahhh....that review was to get a small discount. Here is actually what I think of the place. It is a cheap used car lot, you get exactly what you expect. Things were a little sketchy at times and they seemed very disorganized, but I wasnt really surprised by anything. The person they have paint the cars is terrible. I could have done a better job with a rattle can, but I didnt really care. I just needed a cheap car that was dependable. They will sell you anything regardless of condition, so make sure you look it over really well or bring someone who knows enough about cars to do so. They tried selling me the car with a broken tail light, inoperative wipers, bald tires, a bent wheel and when I did the oil change the weekend after I got it home it was obvious they didnt do that as they said they had. SO, trust them as much as you think you should trust a used car dealer, make sure you push hard to get whatever needs to be done to the car, stand your ground, if you agree on anything get it in writing and lock your stuff up while there. Other than that? They werent bad to deal with. They were friendly and easy to talk to.

I gotta start off by saying that I hate sales people. I dont care what theyre selling. They all jack you around and tell a bunch of lies they have been taught by management. I came to this lot looking to get a hard time and lies....sales man protocol. So, Im trying to build my credit and I wasnt trying to get any hassles about my credit being low. The dude Rado was pretty real with me about everything. He gave me several suggestions on landing the car I wanted off the lot. I was offered the option to in house finance or use their outside bank to finance it. I was pretty reluctant about using their bank to do the financing, because I was afraid I would be denied, but we did the paperwork and I was approved for the 2013 Dodge Charger I was eyeing with only $500 down. Im pretty satisfied with everything. My interest rate is low and my payments dont leave me broke. I went to a few other dealers and left empty handed. Im glad I went to them. I left feeling like the decision was all mine. Go see these ppl.

I brought a Nissan Maxima there around February and around September the Transmission went out. All they want is your money! I let them know about the problem and they didnt seem to care. They are located on Hwy 17. Be Careful!

I love my car, but I wish my bank would have given me a better monthly payment. I also wish I would have listened to the sales guy and one with one of the finance companies the dealership uses.

If I could give them a review with negative stars I would. The green ford f150 lariat that was on line saposibly in good mechanical condition. With cold a.c. is nothing but a piece of junk it has rust water inside motor and all over motor. When I mentioned it he as I it was. Mud water these people got a answer for everything.They said they would put on computer not once but twice and this is after second test drive didnt get down road. But mile has to turn around over heating and they still think this truck is worth 10 grand.This deal start an on the 9 of this month and I havent got my money back just more excusses. I still checked out the car and decided to buy, then they tried raising the price by a thousand dollars! After I was about to leave they said theyd sell it as posted. Owner Tiffany has a disgusting attitude and will bold face lie to cover her ass. They literally buy these cars from auction and pull them straight onto the lot without any kind of inspection. The mechanics they use to fix on the cars at the time where youtubing....I repeat utilizing YOUTUBE to figure out how to fix what was wrong with the car I bought from them. I got it and the engine light literally came on 2 mins down the road. The guy wouldnt let me take it far to test drive. After several days of headache I got my money back. Stay far away from this place. Dont let the gospel music playing when you enter fool you. The devil will hide in sheeps clothing.
