The staff was extremely helpful. I came in looking for a particular scent I had purchased several times before but couldnt remember the name. I ended up testing many different candles until I ended up finding two that were wonderful. They were so patient with me. Thank you for your help!

My bf stopped in here to look for a birthday gift for me. He knocked it out of the park with custom candles from Yankee. He told me the experience he had with the sales associates and it sounds like they were incredibly helpful and offered wonderful suggestions not only in scents but also by letting him know the custom options available and helping him create the cutest little labels for my candles. Started out went to Hallmark in the mall didnt have what I wanted went down to Yankee Candle the woman was very friendly very nice total what I was looking for she explained I can even make a label for the candle that I wanted buy a label I mean I was looking for something for my my GM is the first-time grandmother and I wanted something to say that she explained she could make me a label and stick it on the candle help me pick out a bag and put in the little decorative stuff she was really on her job

Great place in the mall to shop. There is always something great for sale and the staff is friendly and will always help. If you ever need to buy a gift for someone you cant ever go wrong with a personalized candle of frangrance accessories.
