I had went to another carpet place that advertises on the radio about their lowest prices. I tried buying a 12x12 carpet for $100. But it was 5 min before they closed and asked me to come back mondaySo I left and went to Poppell not only did they not try to rush me out the door. I got a nicer piece for $50.

Ok, lets get this out of the way. This company is well known in the AREA. they are really good at doing their job. Floor and carpet installation quality is great. The PROBLEM.. and please pay attention to this. If you need any repairs under their offered warranty... You are out of luck. I have been calling for days.. Over two months... Asking for some wood floors repairs under the warranty... And all I get is: I will talk to the floor guy so he can call you and arrange a visit two months gone by waiting and NOTHING. IF YOU BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM, WHICH ARE NOT CHEAP... DONT EXPECT THEM TO HONOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY. MY HARDWOOD FLOOR NEED GLUE, PARTS REPLACE AND I HAVE EXPLAINED EVERY TIME... NOTHING YET... STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL
