Unprofessional, and Rude. Gave me the run around for a whole week, and got mad when I would call asking where my grill was at that I paid for. I was told it would be ready in 7-10 days and it wasn’t. Was told they could ship it Monday with expedited shipping. I never got a tracking number after asking for it countless times. Always had a nasty attitude and was told to “hold up” every time I tried to get information regarding on the location of my grill. Very hostile. The grill was never shipped. I had to get a refund and even doing that was a hassle. If you are looking for a place with good customer service, honesty, professionalism this is NOT the place to go.

Xplict grillz you are selling fake golds. Do not buy them they cant really mold good either. Never on time or in the office. Yall selling brass, Typical savannah.......1 star is too much for this dude!!!!!!!! This business is a damn headache frfr

I took my cousin to get molded for his grill in March. We were told to come back in 12 business. When we came back the doors was locked but it wasn’t the usual time they close. So we texted and called the number on the door and was told to come back next week. So we texted them and told them to just mail it since we live in SC. We cash app the guy the money and send him the mailing info but never got an answer back. We texted the same number recently but the person we called said he doesn’t work there anymore and said he would get the person in the shop to call. We never got a call.

I recommend XPLICIT GRILLZ 912 before any other shop in town Teezy got me right fasho!
