Nice location. Had a large order for event and it was ready on time. With the exception of one woman in the deli who appeared to be having a bad day, the staff was nice. And the customers were friendly as well. Publix prepared cakes for us also and delivered those. (Thanks Josh!!)

We were visiting from out of town Decided to cook iFound great steaks and shrimp for our dinner. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Publix is a great place to do your grocery shopping. The produce usually looks great and the layout makes it simple to find what you are looking for (besides Manwich - it is all the way at the bottom of the shelf and I looked for it for a very long time). The grocery pickup is quick and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The price is a little high, but the hospitality is worth it. They recently added self checkout and in-store pickup.

Very clean, as most Publix, but also very kinda and humble staff who seemed like it came natural to them. Unlike certain other stores in the area who shall remain nameless, for the sake of grace and humility 😂. Will definitely be making this my main stop while on that side of town! Thank Publix for another happy place!

We come here every time we visit Tybee. It is always very clean and well stocked. Their associates (owners) go out of their way to make your visit nice. BTW, they have the best seafood and meats around.

As of my review they are remodeling... So it was hard to navigate with most aisles being blocked off. The deli made my sandwich perfect and I picked up a fruit salad bowl. It was literally the best fruit I have had in ages. Its a smaller store but again they are remodeling -cant wait to see it! Employees were very nice and helpful.

Loved This Publix!!!!! You All have to try the key lime cheesecake in the Deli. Never had anything like it. And I always hated key lime anything. Try the ones that have the two slices in the packaging. So Darn Good!!!!!!!!!

I like this Publix because they have self service and you do not have to waiting. The store is clean and the staff greet you with a s.ile and treat you like you are their friend and not a customer.

Publix at/on Whitemarsh Island as a whole and the employees make me feel so Comfortable when I shop. If they don’t have something that I need, I simply ask if they could orderTheit and it’s usually there within a week. Kroger is so large and impersonal. At Publix they say “Hey, Jennifer “ when they see me. Joanne is fantastic in customer service & Dakota is always friendly & welcoming! Today Tim came up & helped me find what I needed. Great customer service!! Hats off to the deli and seafood department. Really all throughout the store each person was helpful courteous and friendly. The sub that I had converted to a salad was outstanding and at a great price. Pretty nice shopping experience.

The best supermarket on the islands a little pricer than Kroger but generally worth it because your not at the aforementioned other market look out for their BOGO deals if you only need one item you pay half-price when the deals are on.

Busy as they only offer curbside and drive thru services. Food is good and staff is friendly.

This publix store shouldnt be called a super market the only and main reason I came In was to visit the deli for handmade sub and to my DISAPPOINTMENT the deli didnt have ANY sub bread after working hard in todays heat my wife ALLOWED me to eat light and drive 15 minutes away from her HOME COOKED MEAL to quench my hunger for a good ole sandwich THIS PUBLIX STORE WILL GET ZERO STARS AND NO RETURN VISIT ANYTIME SOON 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

The bakery employees are ALL HEART. I commend and applaud their dedication, accomodations and kindness toward all customers. My friend had went looking for a cake and they were so sweet. They even face-timed us to tell us hi and apologize for not having something ready (even though we never even asked!) Both times we went the place was well-stocked, well-lit and very clean. All of the employees were friendly (except the one cashier who was a middle-aged woman, she was NOT very nice at all, but I guess one out of the many employees we encountered isnt bad!)

Great subs, great customer service!

I went to Publix on the evening of Sunday 3/8/2020 around 6:00 p.m. and went to the deli where I asked about purchasing enough submarine sandwiches to feed 10-15 people. They explained to me that platters usually required a 24 hour notice. I explained to them that we had a friend at Hospital and that we were trying to feed the people who were there for him. They immediately went to work making us a medium platter. Jordi and Terry went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were extremely kind and empathetic. Thank you both for your kindness and understanding! God Bless you both!

This store used to be really good about wearing masks. Standing at the checkout just now on October 19, I noticed four Customers in two different lines not wearing a mask. When I asked the checker about this they said to me I would have to bring it up to their manager as they are not allowed to say anything anymore. It is still their policy that customers need to wear a mask however it is not being enforced any longer it would appear.

Went yo get a sub yesterday and nobody in the deli had their mask over their nose. Half of them had it hanging off completely. They made no effort to fix it when a customer walked up because it clearly was normal for them. I finally asked the woman making my sub to cover her nose and she pulled the mask all the way down, while standing over my sandwich, to tell me it falls off her nose. A manager came over (the only white guy -- thats a different issue) and while he had his mask on properly, though too small for his face, he didnt tell them to fix their masks. This is clearly how they operate every day.

Love the deli at this particular Publix honestly best I’ve ever visited. Was there today to pick up lunch, 11 Jan ‘18 at about 1:30. Ordered the two piece mixed with mac-n-cheese and greens. That sweet lady fixed my plate in such a way that there was no way the juice from my greens could get on anything else in the plate and I appreciate that very much. Best part is I didn’t even have to ask she just knew. I have pics but posting pics is not an option here.

My experience was great!! I went a little after they opened and all the workers told me good morning when passing by and at the check out counter the cashier and bagger were very polite and considerate towards me!

I stopped specifically to get some shrimp and crab legs for dinner. I was very pleased to find the parking lot nearly empty as was the store thinking I could get through very quickly. I picked up a couple of things on my way to the seafood section and then stood there what seems like an eternity with nobody ever coming out. Giving up I went through the checkout and on my way as to speak to the store manager, the man at customer service said he would call somebody and when a man came out I asked him if he was the store manager and he said, Im a manager and I said whoop manager are you and he said meat department at this I left understanding why the both the store and the parking lot were empty

Awesome and the man at the front door with the samples of chip dips, friendly and didnt mind me chatting a couple minutes. 😁😁😁 And I signed up for paperless with the app on my phone, easy to use and helps me to remember what Im there to get. Cool yo! 😎All the employees are super nice and friendly! 😁😁😁😁This is my new grocery store Go To stop . I just moved to Savannah and this is just a hop, skip and a jump (4 miles) and an easy stop in on the return trip from Tybee Island beach. Also close to Helping Hands thrift store that I love ! Clean restrooms. 🙏❣️🤩💖💖💖💖
