Love Publix. The only negative about this Publix is the deli. I tried several times to get lunch meat from the deli but they had one person slicing and there were like 4 people in the deli. They didn’t offer to help until I got their attention. Very unlike our Publix at home. It did look like they were working on a catering order but it was odd from the Publix customer service I’m use to. I even tried to order on line and shop while they got caught up. When I went back to get the order, the person slicing was working on the people waiting and the lady that I got her attention said they had not received my order. I did get an email confirmation with the order but I just ended up telling them to cancel the order. One new employee did take the time to tell me she was new and couldn’t slice yet so I do appreciate her letting me know that. I would suggest ordering deli meat way in advance until the new person gets trained.

The store is clean and have a fresh smell. The fruits are nice and look healthy. The meats are fresh and the staff will help you any way they can with a friendly smile.

Today I went to Publix for Cookies, Mini-Cupcakes (4.39), Dublin Donuts Extra Sweet Creamer Pillsbury Cinnamon Grands (BOGO) The kids and I love their Sugar Cookies with Sprinkles two dozen for $3.99. NEVER a long line.

The Publix on Wilmington is managed and stocked much better than the Kroger. My only issue is you can only get reasonable prices at Publix when they offer sales on specific products.

This Publix is usually not crowded at all, and they are clean and well stocked. They do close at 9 pm.

My son got his 1st Covid shot and the pharmacy staff couldnt have been nicer. I shopped and, as always, had great customer service.

Excellent grocery store with an awesome selection of everything you need. Dont miss the buy one get one deals upon entering the front, always something new. Today was bacon, low sodium V8, Ragu Alfredo sauce. I also picked up a package of Kobe beef and Meyers potatoe rolls. and a few other things. Yummy!! Clean restrooms

The layout was good and simple, so it was easy to find everything I needed in a timely manner.

In my experience Publix is to Kroger as Target is to Walmart and that holds true in my opinion for this Publix as well. I often go to this Publix specifically for the fried chicken as it is very tasty and well priced.

The store is fine and the store staff is lovely. The pharmacy is terrible. There is always a line and they will only open one register. When you mention this to the pharmacy staff, they take an attitude.

The lady manager on Saturday night at this location is awesome! She went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We need more people like her running businesses... making the right choices to help customers out.

It’s literally a pleasure every time I shop here. The staff: from the stockers, to the cashiers, to the baggers, to the managers walking around, to the people at the front door welcoming everyone-SUPER helpful and VERY polite. I also want to acknowledge a gentleman in the seafood department who went out of his way to print cooking directions and explain them to me because I hadn’t bought that type of fish before. I wish I remembered his name. Also, the pharmacy here is the **best in Savannah**. There is never an issue with refills, they refill super fast, they always answer the phone on the first ring (perhaps the Johnny Mercer CVS needs to observe you). Whoever is over the pharmacy department- you have a great team. Great store and has remained a great store for years. Good job guys!

Publix bakeries are the best! Lovely hard working people all throughout the store. Prices may not be Low Low but their customer service is outstanding!This is a nice clean store thats easily accessible from main roads.Seemingly safe and well lit at night.

This is the best store in the Savannah area live out at the landings and the publics out there are so rude employees and dont carry any of the merchandise that I am looking to purchase I dont mine driving just so I dont have to put up with those employees

Relatively small grocery store with surprisingly well stocked shelves! The variety and quality of produce here is great and their ethnic food variety is better than some grocery stores twice as big. I drive past the Kroger on the island to get to Publix, the prices are competitive and the food quality and selection is SO much better.

The service is great

Ive tried to give this place a shot, but first I found a hair in my sushi, and then I found twigs/stems in a sandwich that tried to pass as oregano. Today I found some grass in my salad so here I am writing a review. I really hope this place cleans up so maybe I can feel comfortable eating the food again.

Deli fail. Ordered one sandwich, half hour later, not even made. Why bother ordering online if I still need to wait?

They were very helpful and polite.Even checked to see if they could find more of a discount for me.Also the pharmacists walked over to the over the counter medicine to see if they might have something the same for a cheaper price.I really appreciate them for going out of there way for me.Im a disabled veteran and it hard for me to get around.Thanks again.

This publix is, bar none, the friendliest and most helpful grocery store Ive ever been to in 26 years. Every staff member, from management to the check out clerks, to the people in the produce/meat department, goes above and beyond in making customers happy. Theyre just downright cheerful and nice people, and when you shop there day after day, that kind of thing goes a long way. Theyre consistent in their top-notch customer service. The people in the meat section will kindly suggest to custom-cut fish and other meat, and the people at check-out always ask me how my day is going and they always smile. I look forward to going grocery shopping because of how Im always treated. I wish I could do more to recognize this awesome establishment in a world where stellar customer service is harder and harder to come by. All I can say is Ill gladly continue to be a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!

Good store. Great employees. I spoke to an overnight guy at 11am, he said he had been on shift since 11pm and its his regular schedule with overtime. Why would a manager not hire another at that point? These managers clearly overwork their staff.

By far the best customer service at this Publix. The staff is friendly and inviting. They get to know their regulars by name. Clean store, good lighting, plenty of space between the isles. The floor layout makes sense except for the ethnic isle.

Great selection of products. I found some small pizzas that are perfect for nights when I dont really have a big appetite.

I am very pleased with everything in the store. I went to the food department and the attendance was excellent. Love the quality of the product the food was great.

Place really needs self check out, its not very busy so the lines usually arent very long (But I mean theres another Publix down the road and Kroger so its expected to not be very busy). Other than that its very small but very nice. Prices are more expensive than Kroger but the Popcorn they make in the $2 bag themselves is fantastic and I always stop for it.

It is okay. My wife and I just came from Woodstock, GA, where the Publix at Hwy 92 and Trickum Road was our staple shopping experience for 4 years. The Publix on Wilmington is quite nice, very clean and has very nice people working there. However, it is smaller, the selections limited (by comparison) and the prices are a little higher. The other matter is that the deli has far fewer selections. The folks at most Savannah Publix ought to take a day-trip up to some of the stores in the Atlanta area and see what they do and what they have. Nevertheless, this is a very nice Publix and we will most likely shop there from time to time.

I like Publix in general. This is, as usual, a clean store with helpful staff. I think this store is a little smaller than my usual store. The produce section is smaller for sure. Whole bean coffee choice is limited.

This is my favorite Publix on Wilmington. They have great customer service and all the service departments have great customer service also. They always treat you like family.

Would be a great thing to tell your customers that if they dont use the same Publix pharmacy every single time that they will change your pharmacy preference without notifying you of doing so, until you try to pick up your prescription and they tell you its in a different pharmacy that is closed!! Absolutely disappointed and probably going to change pharmacies now. Thanks a lot, only option they would give me to get my prescription was to pay cash and then come back a week later and hopefully get my money back!! Ridiculous and just bad business. When you call someone to let them know their prescription is ready you should also let them know you changed their pharmacy without notifying them!

Sometimes the lines are quite long, but their service is still excellent. They have a good selection of items. Overall, its an average Publix.

Poor customer service. Look for Sell By dates. This will be the third time I brought something home from this place to realize that the food I bought was not only out of date, but spoiled. Sure, I probably should note sell by dates on things before I buy them, but these things shouldnt be on the shelf at all. To add insult to injury, I had the displeasure to be rung out by some arrogant nerdy kid with the gawdiest Freemason tattoo I have ever seen. I had no idea that Masons advertised via tattoos these days. The world has changed quite a bit it seems. Attitudes abound in a store that cares as little about their public image as they do the quality of their food. Ive been to many Publix stores in the past and this one really doesnt live up to the standard.
