My only complaint is the shelves arent completely stocked. Its a good place to shop for miscellaneous items that arent in more expensive stores. And the store clerks are friendly and helpful.

Dollar trees are great, I got some painting canvases for only one dollar and other cute decorations. Only thing is there’s a lot of boxes everywhere so it’s a bit hard to get to some items. Other than that, it’s a big dollar store with lots of great stuff.

Pretty much total disarray. One employee outside smoking with her friends while the other is inside dealing with a messy store, boxes everywhere. Great finds though, just seems like it needs some upkeep!

This place is a HOT MESS! Everythings all piled up in the Isles and nothing is organized!

Most are more organized than compared maybe 3 years ago. More name brand items are sold. Of course you can get more for your money and most items are highly rated and do what they say. Good economical store.

The Dollar Tree is a must on any bodys shopping. It is the easiest place to shop since you can keep track of how much money is going into your buggy. Each item is only $1.

Really great staff. I get my basics here for a buck then grab my milk bread and eggs at the kroger. Great location.

Its 9:50 and the store opens at 9:00 am. And no one is here. The store is still closed.. And this is not the first time. This is bad business

I have been all over Savannah at Dollar Trees looking for a few items that they all should carry but dont. I accidentally came across this location, I turned down a wrong street and my GPS happened to take me on a long loop right past this one. It kinda seemed in a sketchy area but it was a beautiful building. When I walked in I was cheerfully welcomed by an employee. The carts have the quarter thing on them like aldis but baskets were available. The store was very stocked! I got everything on my list I had been searching for at the other 4 locations but werent available! Super bonus, at the register the man asked if he could help me find something (I must have looked like I was searching for something lol) I had one item I still hadnt found, the lady standing by him said she would go find it for me, she knew they had it and sure enough she came back with what I was missing!Might be in a slightly sketchy seeming neighborhood but this was by far the best Dollar Tree in Savannah area! Customer service was absolutely wonderful. I will be back!!

Sadly, Its difficult for a customer to shop at this Dollar Tree location because of:*Trash in the aisles*Carts stacked with boxes of inventory in the aisle*Disorganization of inventory, items not shelved where they belong.*Products thrown on the floorLastly, consumer safety is an issue. Injury is a possibility if a box should fall off a stock cart and hit a child or customer.

I LOVE IT IT BEST IN PLACE TO SHOP

Had everything i needed just hard maneuvering around stock in the aisles. Im real big on friendly customer service and there was none of that not a hello, goodbye, thank you or nothing.

This is one of our favorite stores. We frequent this store daily. MGMT and most employees are awesome. We have a MAJOR problem with a new employee (crystal). She made threatening comments to my husband that referred to something that happened over 3 yrs ago with one of his family members. She called the police and made false statements against my husband(1/22/21). When I went in there today(1/24/21) she informed me that she didnt press charges that she only wanted my husband out of the store. The police or MGMT has told my husband that he cant come back in the store. The police informed my husband that he could have her arrested for false statements.

I needed a few office supplies and I found what I needed. But, this store is dirty. I mean from the last visit about 5 months ago it still is nasty. Nail polish has been spilled, doesnt look like a mop has been used. Aisles are just clutted with boxes of inventory. 🙁😟😫

My family has always shopped at this location because its only a 5 minute walk from where we live but today was a BAD experience. I was trying to exchange 2 items that I bought because they didnt work, I had the receipt. The cashier (a brown skin girl with reddish brown hair made the statement that I had brought the item back several times(which is a lie) and the fact that she was practically yelling). Someone needs to teach her some manners. My family wont be shopping there anymore.

A mess.... I can never find what I need its always coming on the truck smh...

We stopped at this location while visiting savannah and this had to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dollar tree. Store is dirty, boxes all around yet no shelves stocked. Coolers up front were all empty but one which was barely keeping drinks cold. When we got to the register, we stood there for several minutes while our cashier had her back turned to us because she was more concerned about glueing her press on nail back on. Once she finally turned around, she did not apologize nor did she even speak to us, just rang up the few items we had and gave us a nasty look. Once I paid for the items, I opted for no receipt and she just stood there once again concerned about her nails. She finally hit a button on the register, said “mhmm” and turned around. She did not hand me my bag, say have a nice day or anything. Will never visit this location again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

All I want for a dollar BABY!!!!! They have just about everything. Go here first before spending all that money. I found medicine, electronics, household supplies, kitchen decorations and dishes, food, and just so much more. I love it 😝 ~ Morgan from Savannah

This store is always dirty. I am not exaggerating. There used to be a lady manager who at least tried but the turnover is so fast and she was always stocking merchandise. There are boxes of merchandise in almost all the aisles. I only saw two shopping carts being used. They usually have a total of about 4-5. At least I got two of the three things that I came in for. And a couple of candy canes. Dont buy the small ones, they have no flavor whatsoever. Thank you

This place is located in the best location with ready access. Youth can do major grocery shopping then run in to grab a few forgotten items for only a dollar. Saved me with three boys who wait until the day of with minutes to spare Anna very close to the school.

The clerk was not friendly at all. She needs to realize that she works in the public and needs to have a better attitude while shes at work. Its like we were a bother to her for shopping and buying items in the store.

Dollar Tree 800 Habersham Street. Only been open for a few months and already looks like its been open for years. The floors are nasty and the frozen food section with the ice cream is disgusting. Came there a few minutes before it opened to be one of the people the first get in and get out. Only one cashier there. Have to put a quarter in the shopping cart to be able to take your groceries outside.

The floors are very, very filthy, cashiers arent friendly at all and not helpful, outside the store is very trashy. My grand daughter wanted to left and go to the Victory Dr. because it was so nasty, Im going to call the Health Department they needs to clean that store up

Did not see a toy collection for kids as I find in other dollar tree stores. There is no trash bin outside the store. The rating is for the store cashiers friendly and kind service.

Very disorganized. Unopened boxes stocked on floor. Trashy parking lot. Unpleasant cashier. Sad, I was excited to go visit a different Dollar Tree in the area. Will not go out of my way to shop here again.

Normally Im a fan....but the new store on haberstreet is sorely in need of HELP....trash covered parking lot...lacking in visual appeal...no landscaping attention...no carts to be found in store... both bathroom not working with handwritten signs ... inventory very spotty....abrupt cashier....really now yu can do better...this is certainly not the case on victory drive or Wilmington island...

I went to a dollar tree ten years ago and they only ever had the personal products and very cheap toys. But the dollar tree now is so much better, I tend to go every week to pick up something here or there

The dollar tree needs to get all the boxes in the isles unpacked its dangerous and dont look good you cant get to the shelves cause of all the boxes in the way

The store is usually dirty and messy. Shelves are either mostly empty in many sections or a jumbled mess. Some of the regular products that I buy have been out of stock for months. Stock sits in the aisles for days. The place is a disgrace to the company and the community that it serves.
