I can literally hear TWICE as well with my new ones as these generic ListenClear aids. DON’T GET THEM! Go to Costco. Costco consistently has great reviews from Consumer Reports and other reviews.And they are $1300 for a pair, way cheaper than LC

Hearing Aid iPhone App cant find my Premier Hearing Aids,I cant find my Remote and the Tips so Expensive,$26.00 w/Shipping for just 2....this is the BAD,The Good is they work,comfortable and pleased at how comfortable they are.I have SSNHL with Tinnitus.

This is an inferior product with even worse customer support. For the third time the remote doesnt work, doesnt synch and I made the purchase with the understanding that while an app was available for iPhone it would soon be available for android, that was over a year ago, still no android app. I am still making monthly payments for a product that doesnt work.

Had my hearing Aids for a couple of years and no problem but all of a sudden the Apple app was deleted . Its been gone for a week or more and no end in site. I called Customer Service but they are clueless. Aids are kinda useless without the app.. Cant adjust or balance

I couldnt be more satisfied with my new hearing aids! The whole process was handled extremely well by my account representative. He was wonderful. I loved the fact that I got to try them out first before purchasing. They are great! I didnt realize how little I was hearing until I got them. I also love the fact that I can purchase them over time since my insurance didnt cover them. Customer service us fantastic! I highly recommend getting these hearing aids!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my listen clear hearing aids. My mother has some that cost twice as much and shes wishing she had waited and gotten these because they work better for her. I personally dont have anything to compare them to but I have no complaints and would purchase them again and have given referrals to family and friends.

This company preyed upon my mother and has refused to accept the return of the hearing aids. Do not trust these people.PS: They did end up refunding her $ after a full court press on social and reaching out to their leadership.

So far, so good. Can hear well with them and they were far more reasonable than anyone else. The prices are coming down on all hearing aids so check around. These are good, the service is very good too, no problem when I lost one they replaced it because I had the insurance, Thank you hearing is so important, most do not realize until you have lost it!!!

It is working well for me. My main problem was clarity and this has helped a lot when watching TV They are very comfortable and easy to put in and remove. The batteries last a fairly long time and are easy to install. Im 88 and all these thing are important to me.I am very pleased with my purchase and all the help I received during the trial period.

The hearing aids have performed great for me. It us great to be in a crowd and be able to hear all the conversation that is going on. The only problem I have is the piece that goes behind my right ear spins on the tube Instead of staying in one place.

I was very pleased with the performance of my hearing aids, until I lost one when walking through the woods.I have one hearing aid that I need to send back, so the staff can reconstruct the second hearing aid. They sent me a box, some time ago, but I understand that I need a new address sticker in order to return the box to the staff.The above was my earlier message. I sent back my remaining (left hearing aid) so you could match it and send me a new right hearing aid, which I had lost. The sales person left out some vital information regarding the limitations of the replacement warrantee option. I will use another provider when I pay these off.

I am William D Trader, Jocelyns father. I have had my hearing assisted by two Listen Clear hearing devices for over four or five years and have found them to work very well. The device is sturdy, almost undetectable and volume is easy to adjust. A Listen Clear battery lasts for over a week; especially if you slide the battery over so that it is not making contact; when you are not using the the device; such as when you sleep. I bought this device a year ago. I called to find out my balance remaining and to inquire about having my device set to my hearing permitter and was told they no longer offer that service. This is the only reason I got these was cause they could be adjusted for me. When I brought that to there attention and told them they breeches their agreement they gave me $900 off still have over $200 to pay on a device That can’t be used now cause they can no longer adjust it. When asked why I wasn’t informed of the change they said it cost to much money to inform the customers. DO NOT BUY THIS. They do not stand up to their agreements and charge you for it.

If I can stop one person from dealing with this company I would be happy. They are Scammers! They make their money by charging you payments after you follow all of the requirements . I kept mine for two weeks, mailed them back in their package via FEX. 2 months later they started taking 107.99 from my bank acct. They claimed that they had not received them. It took almost four months for me to find my receipt, proving they received and signed for them. These are not even hearing aids they are amplifiers. You can get better than this from Amazon for two or three hundred dollars. These people will scam you. Go to better business bureau and read reviews from customers of listen clear!

I have only used the listen clear hearing aides so cannot make a comparison, however they work fine and I find the ability to adjust the audio very helpful. I do wonder if the battery life is dependent on the level I am using. Seems the life runs out more quickly recently but I have had the volume up during TV and visiting friends.

I’ve had my Listen Clear hearing aids for a year and a half. I love them! They have changed my life. I struggled with a moderate to severe high frequency hearing loss for years. What? Huh? Pardon me. Could you repeat that please? That was about the extent of my vocabulary. Now, I can actually understand what people are saying. It’s wonderful, even in a noisy environment, I just adjust to setting 2 or 3 and I’m in business. Great prices, great customer service, and a great product!

I was doubtful about hearing aids, knew of my fathers old ones, so awkward. but went to Listen Clear and found the easiest hearing aids you can imagine, and they give excellent clear sound, you even have the opportunity to change the sound if it is not comfortable, like the sound from a television or in a church, It works great. Easy to put on, easy to change batteries, just great for someone as old as I am, over 80.

Thank goodness my friend told me about this place. She not only got a nice referral bonus when I signed up with Listen Clear, but *I* dont have to have my TV at 50 which pleases my neighbors and my constant whats? are a thing of the past. Too expensive n they broke very quickly

My experience with ListenClear was not a good one. I ordered hearing aids to try them out. The salesman told me I had so much time to try them and I agreed as long as they gave me a reminder as to the time limit because I always forget about deadlines. He assured me that he would remind me. The time expired and I received no reminder. When I called them about this I was a few days past the return date and ListenClear would not allow me to return the hearing aides. They did not work the best and I did not enjoy wearing them. I begged them to let me return them cause I was not gonna use them and that I was a single mom and really couldnt afford something I was never gonna use. Their answer was a definite NO. I told them that they never reminded me and they didnt care. So now I have to pay 30.00 a month for over 3 years. I would never recommend this product or company to anyone.

I have been very satisfied with my Hearing Aids up until now. I do need some new ear tips. The old tips are worn and itch my ears.I would appreciate some new tips and will be happy to receive the new batterys.Thanks,George English

Worked beautifully in my one good ear. Other is totally deaf and will be going to a bi-cross system with charger instead of batteries. Will use in an emergency. I worked better the the other one I had from Belltone and the batteries last almost twice as long.

This company is impossible to work with I made a return because the product was malfunctioning and I couldn’t get help then they continue to bill me and haven’t stopped billing me and refused to stop billing me even after I told them just send me to collections as I am disabled and cannot pay them anyway even if Had owed the money.Save your money and go to your doctor which is what I ultimately did

Wow I can hear! I didnt realize how much of life I was missing out on, until Listen Clear. I didnt have $15000 for hearing aids so I thought I had to do without, but then I heard the commercial on a local radio station and said to myself...they may not be very good, but they are likely better than nothing. I have been wearing my Listen Clear hearing aids for about a year and did not realize the new sounds that I never was able to hear. Although there are many companies making hearing aids, why pay for an expensive pair when ListenClear can do the same for much less the price and get similar results. They have great support to get you started and after that they work great.

I am still getting use to my aids. Things are somewhat better but I am working with customer support to continue fine tuning them. You could not find a netter group of people to work with you.

I Love my listen clear hearing aids they are wonderful. I can finely hear my granddaughter when she talks to me. Im so happy I have been deaf since 2005.My Insurance would not cover my hearing aids. So I got a phone call in 2017.asking if I would like to try these hearing aid from listen clear for45 days and Im so glad I did. They told me if I like them they have a payment plan . So here I am . every month they take out my payment on the 28th of each month .Now I can hear everything.

The Listen Clear folks and company are great to work with. I obtained a free hearing audiogram and they programmed the hearing aids for me. I really didnt have the means to pay all up front and they are allowing me to pay a small monthly payment for 36 months. The hearing aids are very good and like I said, LC are very customer oriented. My client has hearing aids from another company. She has tried getting hearing aids for a while. Well she is being charged by two different companies for hearing aids, and she only has the actual product from one of them. Every time I try and call to help fix the issue they either say that she has received the hearing aids and gets upset with me for telling them otherwise, or they laugh and say that she has called for an issue trying to get fixed. The customer service is horrible and I honestly feel like they are trying to take advantage of older confused folks. We have called almost every month when they take the money out of her account to try and stop it and its one issue after another after another and they are the most uncooperative and rude company I have ever dealt with for a client.

My hearing aids do very well for not being personally programmed and fitted for me. The people at Listen Clear are very nice and helpful. Price was reasonable.

I purchased these hearing aids for my dad and he loves them. He have had several pairs of hearing aids in the past, but has lost all of them because they were always so bulky and he was take them off because they were no very comfortable. But these are small and very light weight. He says he do not even feel them in his ear and they are comfortable. Also, he really loves the remote. He can adjust the levels of the hearing aids without taking them out of his ear. Overall this was an excellent purchase and we will purchase these again.

These devices were a miracle find for me since I couldn’t pay for what my audiologist told me I needed. The only difference was Bluetooth capability. When i first got my ListenClear hearing aids I wasnt told by sales associate that it could be adjusted to my hearing. That made them all the better for the price. Since Ive talked with other people with more expensive hearing aids. One thing I would like to see is how to use the other setting them also the sound pickup a little more to the front of the Aids. There were some negative reviews, but in analyzing what the reviewers said, I realized that the reviewers must not have had hearing aids before and theyre expectations were unreasonable. So, I decided to take the gamble.The gamble has paid off in spades. These hearing aids are much more comfortable than the previous pair that I had, with external wireless controls for four different settings. They have been very effective. The company has also demonstrated superior service. When one of my hearing aids battery doors broke, they immediately replaced it without cost or fuss.I have and do recommend this company to friends considering hearing aids.There is room for improvement, of course. And, a much more expensive hearing aid has features that I would like to have like Bluetooth connectivity. But, in their price range, I consider them to be one of the best.

This company LISTENCLEAR doesnt care about customers and their health conditions. All what it wants is to make a sale of WHOPPING $3000 even if the customer cannot afford it. This company pushes its product forcefully on me knowingly that I am terminally elderly disable persons bound to a wheelchair but the staff of that company dont care about that and they just want to make a sale of $3,000 knowingly that I live on my only source of income, my SSI. Most of the time I am at the hospital. As you all know you cannot use your phone in the hospital. I informed that company that I only can communicate by email. They refused my request and replied my email by ordering me to stop sending emails and I should call them ONLY. What a way to respect the customer!Then that company tried to grap money from my credit card by force. That is the most despicable and dishonest way to do business and earn money. That company doesnt even deserve any star and it should be shut down for all its unacceptable practices.

I bought my new hearing aids from listen clear and Im glad I did a couple of times I had to send them back I was not changing the little plastic ear piece that goes into your ear but they took care of me both times and also sent me a couple of new ones to try along with some batteries for free, AWESOME . I been happy with them thats why I gave them 5 stars for taking care of there customers.

My husband started using these and liked them for a couple months, then it was hard to regulate the sound. He doesnt use them any longer. but we are stuck paying the entire bill.

I love my hearing aids that I got from Listen Clear. Theres absolutely no back ground noise and I actually forget that I have them in as they are so comfortable. Many times I go to bed, then remember that I need to take them out. Even when I turn them up to another volume, theres no background noise. I cant say enough good about them. Then I saw a Listen Clear advertisement that offered a free trial for 90 days with a fixed price that could be paid off on a monthly basis. I figured I had nothing to loose and I was right. I had a minor problem and send the instruments back and to my surprise they made it right and even gave me an upgrade for the original price quoted. I have had a few problems and had to call customer service, what a great group of people they do everything they can to solve your problem. I was unable to hear conversation when with friends. I stopped going to Movie because I couldnt understand what was being said. ListenClear hearing aid is affordable. I have enjoyed mine.
