I never have to wait to be seen. The receptionist is pleasant and easy to work with. My hearing aids are serviced quickly. All my questions are dealt with. The technician has been professional in all visits from evaluation to follow up. I recommend this office for hearing problems.

I was very impressed with Beltone. I was greeted with kindness and respect by both the hearing director and the receptionist.Everything was explained to me in detail. And so that I easily understood. I’ve had hearing test in the past and this one was much more detailed. I pay attention to detail and felt comfortable with the entire process. My hearing aids are ordered and will probably be in soon.I’m looking forward to hearing without having to ask for others to repeat what they just said. I have been using Beltone for several years now. I recently upgraded and I am very happy I did. Every three months, when I go to have my aids serviced, Tyler and Jim are super friendly. They dont try to rush me out and they are really concerned that I have no problems. They give me the impression they really believe in their product, and they want their customers to be satisfied. Donna, the receptionist, without fail, always calls to remind me of my appointment. I would not think of using anyone else! They get five stars from me!

I am 82 years old and have had hearing aids for 45 years. Having tried several different brands, I find Beltone to be the best. For the past 6 years Jim and Tyler Reynolds in Savannah are the absolute best. I just got my second set from them and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend the Savannah Beltone location. We were greeted by Donna who made us feel very welcome. The office is clean and professional. My father was extremely hesitant about getting help with his hearing loss, but when we met the practitioner, Tyler Reynolds, we felt comfortable immediately. He is very knowledgeable about hearing loss and the treatment with the hearing aids. He answers every question clearly, concisely, and made us feel confident about the purchase of my fathers hearing devices.
