Dr. Pitt and his staff have provided me with flawless service for over a decade. Dr. Pitt clearly explains my hearing issues and products in a clear and understandable manner. I find him to be uncommonly patient and thorough among the doctors I see. If possible, I would give more than five stars.

I have had my hearing aids for over two years having got them in 2018 from Optimal Hearing in Savannah Georgia and I was delighted with them. Last year in 2019 I had them checked by Dr. Gabriel Pitt at Optimal Hearing and I continued to be delighted with them. I live overseas in Kenya and receive frequent communiques from Dr. Pitt checking on how I am doing with my hearing aids.This year I was unable to travel to Georgia and my hearing aids needed adjusting. This was done Virtually through an Apt on my phone by Dr. Pitt and I am delighted with the result. Optimal Hearing Savannah helped me with my Dad’s hearing aids in record time. He lost one of his hearing aids in transit from the hospital to a Rehab facility. At first it looked like it would take 3 weeks to get the new hearing aid which would mean 3 weeks of agony for Daddy. Olga was able to expedite the replacement hearing aid so that we had it within 4 days. I highly recommend their quick and compassionate service. Kudos to Dr. Pitt and Olga.

I have been a client for several years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Gab is a professional, looking for hearing problems and then finding just the right appliance for the situation. Cant tell you the number of aids he has let me try before settling on the ones I have, and have had for years. The staff are welcoming and eager to please, be it for a cleaning or parts.

The front office girls are so nice an knowledgeable. Dr Pitt is so kind anis well informed. I know other places like Sams an are cheaper but you get what you pay for. All my extras an repairs are all included. My life has changed so much since I got my hearing aides. I’m so grateful.

Having a long history of having to wear hearing aids, I first was introduced to aids through the founder of the now present-day Optimal Hearing as a young child. Overwhelmed with the idea of being placed in an upright coffin, I broke down in tears. Testing was immediately stopped & I was quickly allowed to air my fears. With calmed reassurance I would survive, I wanted to pass this test so bad, I pressed the button even when there was no indication of sound. Needless to say, I had to retake the test after being reassured there was really no failing, but an evaluation of my hearing. I am much older now and yes, I still deal with the family of that warm and dedicated founder. And yes, they still provide me the opportunity to hear really well.

Dr. Pitt is exceptionally knowledgeable, exceedingly competent, and very cordial. Thanks to his expertise I can hear the songs and calls of all the birds of Georgia again!!!
