Caleb and Brittany are a real asset to the company. I can go anywhere but I choose their location because they go over and beyond with good customer service. They always take the time to meet the needs and fit me in for an appointment even if they have to stay later.

Caleb and Brittany are truly wonderful people. My mother and I felt very comfortable while we were there. Brittany talks to you like youre one of the good members of the family. My father, Edward Ryan, has been going to Miracle-Ear for several years now and we wouldnt go anywhere else! We had been to someone else and Miracle-Ear is far superior! Caleb and Brittany are always smiling, friendly, but very professional! They take the time to listen and Caleb has always taken the time to check Dads hearing aides if there is a problem. Just the other day we went in and Brittany changed a wire that broke and put another piece on she could see would soon break. The service there is fantastic and the product is great! You actually enjoy going!

I’m vacuuming in Savannah from California, and started having a problem with my left hearing aid, and then the tip broke off. I can’t just wait another 10 days until I get home, to have it fixed (my wife is already getting irritated with me for my constant “What?”).So, I Googled the nearest location, and headed here.I was immediately greeted by a very lovely and friendly lady (Brittany), who made a copy of my DL, and took my hearing aid back and installed a new tip. I had a very nice chat with Brittany, found that she is a fellow Veteran, and she made it an enjoyable wait.Within a few minutes, Caleb, the Audiologist, was checking out my problem, and replaced the receiver wire. Caleb is a very pleasant gentleman.All in all, I was there for less than 20 minutes, had my problem resolved, and made a couple of new friends and had some quality conversation.Even though I am on vacation, this did not detract from it at all.Thanks, Brittany and Caleb, for keeping my vacation going smoothly!

Caleb & Brittany are literally amazing inside and out.They gave me happiness again. Helping me adjust my hearing aid just right and making sure it was completely comfortable for my ear!!! Absolutely the best!!! My hearing aid stopped working the day I left for vacation. I stopped here just hoping they’d be able to clean it. They did AND he resized my domes (which were too small) and gave me a “kickstand” (which makes them easier to put in) basically changing my entire hearing experience for the better. It should have been this way the entire time!!! Thank you so much for the amazing service!!!

I have had the most amazingly wondrous experience!! Last Tuesday I walked into the office of Miracle Ear in Savannah, Georgia, for the first time. I was greeted by Britany who was gracious, pretty and very efficient. Exactly at my appointment time I met Caleb Barnes who is extremely personable, unquestionably knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I’ve known for the past several years that I’ve been deaf as a stump and had resolved in this New Year to do something about it. The hearing test confirmed what I suspected, but when Caleb put the hearing aids in my ears for the first time it was truly miraculous!! We walked outside and he showed me the remarkable feature of being able to cut out all the background noise of traffic on a busy street with a simple toggle switch. I was dumbfounded.I’ve had my hearing aids (who I’ve named “Chirp” and “Squeak”) for one week now. I spend my days grinning as I wander around hearing so many things that I didn’t even realize what I was missing. I walk my dog about five miles each day and cars can no longer sneak up behind me which before was very dangerous. Phone calls are a miracle as are conversations with friends I meet while walking. My hearing aids are so comfortable that after about four days I no longer was aware that I was wearing them. It has given me a whole new outlook on life. We travel across the country in the summer in our camper to the northwest corner of Washington and it is wonderful knowing that should I need them, there are Miracle Ear offices all along the way.I wish I had done this sooner, but am grateful beyond words that I now have the luxury of this amazing technology!!. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .I’ve had my miraculous hearing aids for one month now and I can no longer imagine life without them. Phone calls are wonderful . . . clear and easily understood. Conversations are a joy and I no longer have to say repeatedly: “I’m sorry, I didn’t hear you.” It’s a relief to no longer worry about cars sneaking up behind me when I walk my dog. Last week I went out to lunch with a friend and had the awesome ability to block out the background noise in the restaurant and hear everything she said. Thanks to Caleb’s patience, his gift as a teacher and his lovely sense of humor, I now feel confident to go out into the world hearing all that I’ve been missing.

Caleb is the congenial and only Audiologist in Savannah that does complete accurate testing and hearing aid selections explaining everything along the way. And a wonderful personality to boot.Brittany is efficient kind and courteous person as well as an excellent assistant not only to Caleb but all Customers as well.She has and will go above and beyond the call of duty to help out. In my case with the insurance company who had No clue handling my claim incorrectly again and again. It took the insurance company from Jan 22nd till Apr 22nd to get it right. With a lot of incorrect info from CS reps and multiple strenuous and long calls requiring me to go to their office as I had to have the Provider call in to the insurance people.The longest call was 1 hour and 53 minutes as we talked to so many different people and passed on to the next department shuffle.But Brittany was resilient and tough and kept hanging in there like a terrier, never giving up and would not allow them to pawn it off without getting the Manager and Supervisors name, direct phone number and email address.Thank you Brittany and Caleb.Miracle Ear has a pair of Aces in the Savannah location...Fili Udvadia.#2 Added May 17th, 2021Also Caleb and Brittany personify the ultimate in Customer Service, par excellence.... and are true blue Professionals. On July 9th 2018, I visited Miracle Ear Savannah with my wife Ann while we were on a few days vacation. The experience was one of the high points of our vacation. Mr Barnes was very courteous as he served us with a smile, while providing us with the professional advice we needed for my wife. I want to specially commend you sir, for not wavering in your dedication to provide us the information we desperately need, even when it became obvious that we were unable to purchase a unit. I am definitely a satisfied customer and highly recommend Mr.Caleb Barnes and Miracle Ear Center, Savannah Georgia.

Although we didnt buy the hearing aids here, we still appreciate the help from them. Both the front desk and the hearing specialist Caleb are friendly and helpful. Caleb did a hearing test for my grandmother (doesnt speak English at all) patiently and carefully. He gave us a lot of useful information and suggestion. I would like to recommend this place to anyone who has hearing problems.

A great place to go. Friendly and polite staff up front and Caleb has superb knowledge of all of the computer programs for MIRACLE EAR hearing aids.This was my first visit there having left the closer to me Moss Creek location in Bluffton due to poor service and lack of knowledge of the product. Caleb fixed my problem and was also the first one to put microphones in my ear to actually test the input of the sounds that I was receiving.I highly recommend this office.
