Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She has a large selection to choose from. I really enjoy her shop! I enjoyed her beginner knitting class and have continued.

The manager was super nice and very helpful. The only reason why its 4 stars is because its small. Definitely drive there if youre parked somewhere else. Plenty of super cheap parking spots around the store.

WOW. What a great shop. Jennifer was so very helpful in helping me decide on yarn, perfect colors, and great suggestions regarding the project Im about start. Plus she host knitting circles and classes. If I lived in Savannah this would be my Yarn Shop. Its nice to know shes just a phone call away if I need anything. Thanks Jennifer

Good selection although limited quantities of most yarns. Pricing is very hard to find and tends to be inaccurate on balls and skeins leading to problems at checkout. Fun to visit

The Frayed Knot taught me how to knit and continues to provide support on all projects. Great selection, exciting monthly projects and fantastic support - yes even during Covid. If you want to learn or are a pro this is your place in Savannah!

This store is awesome. My wife has been knitting there with her friends nearly every Sunday for the past 3+ years. Great selection of yarn and accessories, and always an expert knitter on-site to provide advise and assistance with even the most complex projects. Conveniently located on President Street right in the heart of historic downtown Savannah. Stop in and visit with the ladies if you have the opportunity and enjoy a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

The cutest yarn shop Ive been to in a long time! The yarns are mostly arranged by color, but if you need something specific just ask one of the employees! They know where everything is by heart. They also have a massive collection of Copper Corgi, which is a local hand dyed yarn and is my favorite sock yarn, but its also great for shawls and other light weight knits. The shop is tiny and full of love. I hope they get enough business from traveling knitters/crocheters to keep them up and running for years to come!

If you don’t want customer service this is the place to go. I walked two miles to this shop in hopes of spending quite a bit of money; I did receive a hello when I walked in the door... nothing else. The ladies were silent and no one asked if I was looking for a “certain something”or “could I help you”. All I got was dead silence. Sadly, they must enjoy the customers they have and don’t need any more. I support local yarn shops all over the country and will go elsewhere. ....no southern charm at this shop.

Guess they dont want my business. I have called & left 3 voicemails over the last month and no one returned my call. Went by and read their sign saying you have to make an appointment & still no one called. Now their voicemail is full. Seems pretty poorly run.

Connor and Jennifer helped me surprise my wife with an Ashford Traditional spinning wheel! They helped me figure out which wheel was best for beginners, ordered it, then gave us a wonderful, relaxed instruction session on how to spin!The new shop is very cute and homey, too! Can’t wait to go back

Yarn people are the best! Visited this shop twice on our trip to Savannah and had different staff each day - all were awesome! The selection of yarns is wonderful, the store is cozy. I bought two skeins of The Copper Corgis Garden colorway, dyed exclusively for this shop. It is gorgeous and I cannot wait to knit with it!

Shop owner was super nice and helpful. Lots of beautiful yarns to choose from and a local jewelry maker has some absolutely stunning stitch markers that I’m looking forward to using in my next project. :) I’ll be back when I come through Savannah again.

Small but comfortable. I came for a conference and dropped in for something local to remember my trip. She had several that fit the bill and they were so pretty I had to get two!For the one who complained about opening times: there is very little parking in downtown Savannah and sometimes tourists take up all of it, leaving none for staff who now have to walk several extra blocks. Chill. I had to wait a couple minutes, too. Youll be fine.

Lovely little yarn store. I couldnt help but get a some while I was there. The place has great atmosphere and fabulous products.

Super helpful people, great atmosphere, and lots to chose from color wise. Only drawback is the parking. On street parking, so be ready to walk a stretch once you found a spot.

Lovely store with a good variety of yarn. The perfect place to get that special skein of yarn to remember your Savannah visit. I would suggest the Copper Corgi special colorway.

This store was very accessible from our hotel (Hilton Savannah DeSoto). Its a small shop, but carries nice yarn, including locally dyed Copper Corgi, which is gorgeous. The service is very friendly.

Ok selection, no customer service to speak of. Disappointing considering I was visiting from out of town and was excited to see what they had to offer(prepared to spend some $$). Suggestions: greet patrons upon arrival, ask if they need assistance finding anything, follow up periodically during visit, if they make it to check out, thank them for their purchase.

Great intimate shop that offers an amazing variety of yarns.

From what I could see outside, the shop and yarn looked beautiful but what made be annoyed is I got there at 11am (opening time) and they werent open. I stayed outside in the heat till 11:10 and still nobody came. If you say youre open at a certain time please be open at that said time.
