Purchased a new Fat Boy from this dealership. Tyrone in parts made the experience the best. His knowledge, patience and personality are unmatched anywhere. He took the time to understand what I wanted for my new bike, explained all the options and took the time to locate everything I wanted. He is a great communicator and a wealth of knowledge. It was very welcoming that 2 weeks later when I walked in that he remembered. It only my name, but the year make and model of what I purchased. Tyrone really made my experience the best.

Vets beware. Savannah is a predominantly military area yet only offer military discount ONE day a week!! Ive never experienced this before. All other stores honor military EVERY day of the week! Savannah harley should be ashamed!

So stopped in for a visit and they had it going on at the shop. They teach classes have cookouts and a Host of other events. This was a restroom stop ( just being real) and buying merchandise! Great Selection and friendly Staff.

Colleen is super nice and a great asset to the Savannah Harley team. I have been going to Harley for the last couple years now. From my riders course to buying a bike that I love to weekly rides to the store to check out the parts and showroom, its never been a bad experience. Bo sold me my bike and he dosnt know but its only because he walked up to me when I finished the riders course and handed me his card( almost perfect timing). About a year later I showed up ready to buy a bike and he was patient and not pushy which was the biggest selling point .My mentor growing up was one of the best people I ever knew, hes the reason I ride like I stole it. He passed a few years back. Long story longer my mentors name was Bo and I thought it was such a coincidence that as soon as I finished the course a guy named Bo walks up and hands me his card. Keep up the good work Savannah HD, I look forward to many years of fun events and memories made at the dealership.

Came back to Savannah Harley for one reason …..Eric Williams. In doin so bought my road glide and must say had one of the best experiences yet buyin a bike. Been to a lot of dealers and would recommend him highly. A true no B.S. guy

Had a 2 o’clock appointment to have 2 tires put on; they said it would be 2 hours; well that was 4 hours ago. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. If you are running behind schedule the right thing to do is let the customer know. Customer satisfaction was Sears and Roebuck motto. The young guy (Tony) was very polite and apologetic because he knew I had to get my grandkids to their baseball game. SMH

I attended the riding academy and went on to purchase my first bike here. The entire team was so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. From our riding academy instructors, Vance and Charles, to the Sales and Management team (Lonnie, Bo, Sean) - I have nothing but positive things to say! Highly recommended

Not a Harley guy, but my daughter likes the clothing. Bought some stuff while visiting out of town. The stuff didnt fit my daughter and they have a no refund policy. Counter sales people are always willing to give knowledge information when I need answers.

Everybody who works here is very friendly. There is no pressure to buy anything when you walk in the door. If you want to hang out and just shoot the breeze, they will happily let you. A lot of H-D places are called stealerships by their customers, but Savannah Harley-Davidson is not one of those places. They are fairly priced for Harley-Davidson, and they will work to try and find you what you need. Eric, David, and everybody else is top notch. They go out of their way to make you feel warm and welcome, and a lot of businesses could learn a lot from them. A lot of H-D dealers could learn a lot from Savannah H-D. Well worth a visit and your business.

If I could give this Dealership 0 stars I would. Ive had a couple dealings with this Dealership that have left a bad taste in my mouth. The latest, I went in looking for 2 parts. One for each of my Harleys. I was told they were both available, not backordered .... said ok paid for them. As I was leaving I asked how long it would take for the parts to come in. I was told 3-4 WEEKS! How is that not on backorder? So I had them refund my money, and the parts guy turned into a whole different person. Nothing but attitude! From now on Ill order from the Dealership in Jacksonville and have it shipped to my house!

Omg this place is just too much. Bo twisted my arm and made me do the unthinkable. It couldnt have been better. He was an amazing sales rep and very friendly. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. We made the right decision when we stopped. Thanks Bo for making this experience a nice one.

I took the beginners riding course here and the team of instructors was very nice but not lenient when it comes to learning how to ride, which is the way it should be. If you failed, you failed. It wont be given to you. They are all Harley riders obviously and very knowledgeable. They were more than happy to let me pick their brains and ask questions even if they seemed stupid. The staff inside the dealership are friendly and everyone treats you and the other employees like family. I ended up buying my first bike brand new from them and I could not be happier! Shout out to Vance for the riding instruction and Lonnie for selling me my bike!

Traveling through with a new project, had a little issue, young man in service department help with a old tire to secure my body from flexing!

Got my first oil change for a 2021 Iron 1200 here. Rode my new bike down from Nashville to visit family and to break it in. I put 812 miles on it in a few days. Had a great experience here, the staff was friendly and they were able to get me in because I was a traveler. This is my first HD bike and I’m new to the HD ways, and so far I’ve not been disappointed. I’d recommend this service center to everyone and I’d come back myself if I lived in the area.

Everything I came for was out of stock. When we walked in, none of the employees greeted us or asked if we needed assistance except the one nice black male at the back service counter.

About all I can say is they have nice bikes. They dont work on bikes over 20 years old, so there is that... The local HOG chapter has to meet outside and wear masks, while the store is full of folks without masks.

Ive never dealt with a more disrespectful and flippant customer service worker than the lady working the desk at this location. We waited over two weeks for a wreck estimate and was told to bring the bike in today, only to arrive early this afternoon to a cancelled appointment because she failed to tell us to be there at 9am. Now we have to wait nearly three more weeks for the wreck estimate because she failed to tell us a time. Not sure how Harley Davidson is incapable is calling customers the day before an appointment to remind them of their service (like any other dealership) but we will not be frequenting this location any more.

Originally I had set out to purchase a bike from Another dealership but called Savannah HD on a whim knowing we wouldnt make it there until just before closing time. From the moment the staff picked up the phone, to finding the right bike, all the way down to signing the final paperwork, Lance and Bo gave us their time and undivided attention and went above and beyond to make our purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back to Savannah HD for any and all future purchases.

Its a Harley Davidson dealer/store so you already know the prices are high, but if you get a chance to check out their customer appreciation day, youll find some really great deals. The sales staff is very professional as well, and helped my wife and me out quite a bit even though we showed up right at closing time and had no intentions of making a purchase that day. The environment was relaxed, and all our questions were answered sufficiently. I have not purchased a bike from this location, but I have bought from other HD dealers that were not as professional as these guys were. Hopefully, if/when I decide to upgrade or trade in the entire process is as smooth as getting our questions answered turned out to be.

By far the worst dealership experience ever ! I tried to get someone, anyone to call me back on the 11 th of March about my motorcycle rental, The first excuse was that she was busy and would call me back,, four hours later I called back and the excuse was we got a load of motorcycles in and she’s busy checking those motorcycles in but she will call you back, mid morning on the 12th still no returned calls. I had to end up renting a car instead.. Harley needs to seriously evaluate the customer service at this dealership

This review concerns the service department only. I had my bike stored there while deployed, which I am grateful for and appreciate. However, I requested them to put new tires on the bike before I got home. While riding, with my wife on the bike, the rear caliper bolts backed out and the caliper fell off. Luckily no one was hurt and I was not going fast (I was on the freeway off ramp). These simple mistakes are a staple of this service department. I have several close friends that have had similar experiences over the last year or so. I will NEVER take my bike there for any service ever again and I recommend no one else do either. Ive attached the pics of the caliper and the rim so you can see their handiwork. On a good note, the service manager called me right away and I took my bike in. They replaced all the damaged components and had my bike back to me a about a week.

Hard has heck to find entrance and theparts counter guy was very unfriendly. Waited 20 min. or so to ask a question, which i never did, because he spent the whole time bull s**ting with a local. On the other hand, one of ladies went out of here way to find something i was looking for. Would never go there if i was needing parts!!

Been purchasing parts, accessories, tires and service here since I moved to the area in 2008. Ridden over 100K miles on my 2007 Night Rod Special and 2012 Road Glide and all of my service and tires have been purchased here. This dealership has really evolved since 2008 from a place that treated my V-Rod like it was a Honda to their new facility that provides a world class professional experience. Until today. Brought my 2020 Road Glide in for it’s 1K mile service and the 2008 “cooler than you because I work at a Harley dealership” attitude returned and was displayed by the lady that checked me in. Took 3.5 hours for this service, motorcycle was a mess after something was sprayed and smeared all over it during its wash and several things were not adjusted. Wondering if the they even changed the oil. Very sad, this was a very nice dealership.

I have been to many harley-Davidson dealers in the past few months searching for “the harley” right for me. Hollywood, Lance, Casey and all the customer service people at this location were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me find “my Harley”. Heather was very helpful and very nice. This young lady went out of her way to help me find a helmet that would fit my big head. With her expecting in a few months, she went to the stock room and carried out several helmets for me to try. I asked to help her carry them but she was a trooper and told me she had it under control. They didnt have the size I wanted but I just wanted to say thank you to Heather. I wish her all the best!
