I was heartbroken when some incompetent driver backed up into my Harley and left without leaving a note, not because of the financial burden i had just received, but because i love my Harley so much. I am relatively new to the area of Savannah/Pooler and didn’t yet have a shop for my bike, as i had done the 10k service at the Harley dealership (who were amazing btw and not very expensive), they however had nothing opened for over a month and i couldn’t have my baby sitting for that long. After a google search and a look at reviews it became evident that this was going to be the shop. Fred and his wife were very professional and accommodating. They walked me through everything and worked with my insurance to streamline the process. My Harley was ready in under a week once the parts came in and not only did he give me the option to buy my own parts in order to save me money but they encouraged it. Amazing work, reasonably priced and outstanding customer service. I won’t take my Harley anywhere else!!!!

Freddy from Rusty Sprocket is truly here for the people. I thought the days of an honest mechanic and good people were a thing of the past. My chain came off my bike while in Savannah and I brought my bike to him to get it adjusted. He gave me the tools, showed me what to do, and didn’t charge me a dime. He could have made a quick buck and instead he helped me get back on the road. I just moved to the area and I found my new mechanic. I was in town for a graduation up at Paris Island. After a last minute call on a Friday evening, they worked over and had me rolling in an hour! I was able to leave for my rally the next day in N. Carolina!He was up front about everything, great prices, and excellent work!

A good mechanic is rare, especially in Savannah. When the dealership, which could barely be counted to turn a wrench let alone fix the bikes they sell, refuse to work on a bike because its too old, you can count on these guys to do it right. Carson made my bike come back to life and even showed me what the culprit was. What a solid guy.

These guys are awesome! I ordered a bike from a private seller in Savannah and these folks gave it a pre-purchase checkout to ensure my purchase was in sound mechanical condition AND volunteered to store it on-site until the shipping company was able to pick it up (a week later). The team demonstrated incredible patience and professionalism while waiting for my shipping company to get their act together. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough! Fred & his team were amazing to work with. The service and work was professional & outstanding! They did an amazing job on our four wheeler! They got our old four wheeler up and running when no one else would work on it. They are conveniently located. We would definitely recommend!!

Federico was really awesome, he helped me remove two stripped screws from my front brake master cylinder in a matter of minutes. He even offered me transportation if removing the screws didnt go as easily as planned but everything turned out good! I also had a few concerned questions about my CBR and he addressed them really well. I highly recommend this place!

This shop is where it is at for motorcycle repairs. Fair market value easy to work with and works hard. Mom and pop business trying to make a outstanding name for himself. If you live in the Savannah area and looking for a mechanic but tired of paying top dollar to halfway mechanics you might want to check this place out. He changed out my tires for half of what the Savannah Honda Sports was asking and worked with me on the drop off and pick up times due to my schedule.

Quick service and best rates. Went in for a quick chain adjustment and Fred was very friendly and knowledgeable. No unnecessary charges and worked with my schedule. Better ratings than any other shops in the area. Highly recommended.

Amazing man. He did an great job putting new tires on my bike. He is fair priced and honest. Didnt try to upsale us or nickle and dime us. Will be coming back here from now on for all our motorcycle needs.

Fredo came and towed my bike to his shop for a good price. He had the motor out my Gsxr and everything tore down in under a day.The slowest part was me because I had to order parts and stuff. His prices are best around and he works fast. Him and his wife also has good customer service.
