These guys are awesome. Such a well run/managed store. I used to use a UPS STORE in West Chatham county and it was a nightmare. Always a seamless experience here. Been about 5 times.
What more can I say about Jon and the wonderful staff! Always helpful and going above and beyond which you dont find in todays business world. All of my International orders make it safe and sound. A+ hands down the best place to ship high value items and make sure you feel comfortable during the process. Good people and they make you feel like youre right at home! Cheers....
I paid $83.00 to 3 day ship a very important package out of state. When it arrived at the UPS store in AZ they said they dont accept packages at that location and they just put it back on the truck and sent it back. They did not bother to contact us even though there was another UPS store on the same street. 6 more days later it shows back up in Savanah and I was told that this store would not be returning my money and they didnt bother to provide any alternative solutions to provide any kind of customer service. I think if you work at UPS that you should have knowledge of what stores do or do not accept packages. I dont work there to know this or I would have done your job for you and not paid $83.00 for a box. I will never use UPS again. Thanks for no customer service on either end.
My favorite and most convenient way ship for my shop. Staff is always pleasant to deal with and in a timely manner. The owner is always there which offers piece of mind. 5 Stars
As a small business owner and box holder, this Ups store has been an indispensable part of doing business in countless ways over the past several years: from sending/accepting/returning packages for us in a secure/efficient manner, notary services, printing/designing, even at times calling me when certain expected packages arrive.The owner Jon and his staff have consistently been professional, cheerful, and proficient, even when beset by holiday rushes in the Covid season. It is always a highlight of my day to see them, and Jon is great to chat with!I would highly recommend any service they provide.And they even stock my favorite greeting cards: Lovepop!
Follow up with the comment below: The store manager called and acknowledged this mishap. He offered a refund for the computer time. I appreciate the kind gesture. 5 starsMost of the time these people are helpful. But today I was at the store today getting some pages printed from my USB. I was going to do self serve printing at the machine, and the machine said its out of paper. I told the store clerk, Alex. Instead of refilling the machine with paper, she told me that she would print it from behind the counter. I had a file missing, and she said I could email the file to the store to print. My email never made it to the store email and I didnt get the print out. But she charged me for computer time! I didnt want to use the machine behind the counter to print anyway, and I never got what I needed. The clerk never say it will be extra cost for computer time. She refused to refund me.The other people working in this store are competent, but this time I am totally cheated because of the incompetent clerk who didnt want/failed to refill paper and tricked me into having her print behind the counter so she can charge me computer time at $3 for 5 minutes for nothing?!
Worst UPS in Savannah hands down. I have issues with these people almost weekly, but only at this location. The new(ish) manager tries to add and charge you for services youve already paid for, constantly. If he cant get an up-sale, hell deny your service. Forget pre-pay because your label will be denied and force you to purchase what HE wants you to. Hence why Im writing this review while holding two fully paid shipping labels and still have my package in hand. Apparently he needs more money. Now I have to take my morning away from work to go across town and get my packages shipped like normal. This location has plagued my business with heavy losses for a year now and is taking advantage of islanders during a pandemic. They know you dont have a choice of service out here, especially when it comes to online purchases, so they take advantage of every customer they can knowing we arent supposed to travel. Logistics are more important now than ever and this location will do everything they can to nickel and dime you for it. Just go to ANY other UPS and save yourself the headache. Literally no other UPS location has the special labels and rules this location has, and I personally find that HIGHLY suspicious. Even though this location is independently owned, this location shouldnt be so extremely different in price and policies. Reminds me of when gas stations jack up prices during hurricanes.Follow up: I went to the Victory Drive location and they handled everything. They were extremely confused as to why this location couldnt do their job. 🤦♂️
I almost left this place one star in previous time but after a new wave of employees surged the store I am excited to say I’ve found a new shipping home!
I have shipped several packages from this store and all but 1 arrived in a timely manner and in tact. The 1 package that was delayed a week was helped along by John. During the delay I twice checked with John to determine the location of the package and the reason it was not being delivered. Twice John contacted the hub to get information & encourage delivery. He and his employee were very helpful and supportive of efforts to get package delivered.

Tried to get a livescan fingerprinting done. The one person working there could not remember his login to the kiosk. He also left me waiting while he talked to customers about the weather, boating etc. Really incompetent.
I want to thus ups store and all the ladies where super nice!!! They were patience and the manager was super helpful!! I believe it would be beneficial for others to disregard the other reviews. The tracking numbers for the packages are on the receipts so if packages were lost UPS can track where that happened. I believe this UPS store employs good individuals that care about their costumers! They all said hello and have a wonderful day. I would go to this store again!!
I am not certain where the negative reviews are coming from but I have received nothing but great service when going to this UPS store. I can appreciate their professionalism and genuine attention to their customers. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure that all my needs are handled before leaving the store. I would definitely visit them and I’m quite sure that you won’t be disappointed. Jon is knowledgeable and will do his best to help anyone. So try them out and leave a review.

Awful experience. sent an important medical records overnight to the Mayo clinic that never arrived. went to the store and the lady that claimed to be the owner was rude and unhelpful. She told me that I should get another copy of all my records again from my doctors. I will never use this store again.I forgot to mention that she hung-up on me before I went to the store.I AM ADDING THIS IN RESPONSE TO THE STORES ANSEWR:LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Customer service was great and I was in and out in a timely fashion. I also always ship my packages here and they always get there safely and on time.
Pretty upset to see that the location is closed prior to the scheduled closing date. Its currently 6:25 p.m., I know that is close to closing, but I really needed to get a weight on something so I can ship it tomorrow. not 100% sure if I will give them another shot. Its hard to run my business when they close theirs early.
Seems like a family run shop. The woman working the counter had her child with her. Personally, I like to see that kind of thing. We had great service and she took care of us quickly and efficiently.
The store owner Jonathan was not very helpful or friendly today. I needed to print one sheet which I had already sent to his email with instructions to print. Instead of printing it out for me and charging me the printing fee he wanted me to log onto the computer for $3.95+.40 to print the one sheet of paper. Talk about unhelpful. Ive printed before from him and I was only charge a printing fee so I dont know what changed. Very disappointing!
On February 26,2019, the clerk was very unhelpful. I had to ask 3-4 times which envelope was the least expensive. I then asked for the cheapest shipping option and she told me $10 to mail a manilla envelope via UPS ground. I then asked again if she was sure that was the cheapest option, to which she said it would be $5 to send USPS. I just paid for the Manila envelope I overpaid for and left. Will definitely NOT use this location again.
Having more than one person at the front desk would be helpful during the holidays. Just saying

Not very pleased with this store today. Usually great service and able to accommodate my needs. Rushed from work today only to find the store closed prior to posted time of 6:30pm. I guess you need to call ahead to make sure they are open.

Terrible UPS Store. They lost a parcel I dropped off at their store and have never returned my phone calls. If you want your shipments to reach their destinations, use any of the other stores in Savannah.
Do not use this UPS for any service. They are terribly rude and unprofessional.
