BUYER BEWARE: We were told engraving is a 50/50 shot and the item we bought may get ruined. Isnt this a personalizing store? Michelle was aweful with service. Just unprofessional and ignorant to her customers. We will never shop here again. Wrong gift was bagged. No engraving services here, screamed at my child. This women is aweful. 3.5 stars= Michelle. Happy fathers day. You ruined a childs gift to her daddy. Thats something she will always remember.

I brought a medal here purchased in France for engraving. The employee who did the engraving was nice. Unfortunately she did not center the text on the medal. Because it is a small medal with very little text engraved on it the error is glaring. The employee offered to add more text or a symbol for free to make it look centered, but at that point it would have made the small medal too busy. I would not recommend taking something of high quality here for engraving.Also, I was also told I would receive a call when the job was completed, which I never did.

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible customer service. We walked in the store and didnt receive a hello or a welcome. The older lady that kept walking around the store wouldnt even smile or ask if she could help us with something. When I picked the two items I wanted and asked her to help us find them in boxes, she rolled her eyes and sighed. She couldnt find the items, so she asked her mail colleague. He finally found it, and asked what we wanted engraved. We decided not to have them engraved at this time, and HE Rolled his eyes and stated the product isnt complete until its engraved and its rude not to engrave an item if youre gifting it. I vow never to go back into this store! This is the second Things Remembered store that Ive had issues with. Corporate needs to retrain their employees

Not bad price for the items but the engraving costs are ridiculous. The cost to engrave congratulations costs $3 and to engrave M&K costs $9 because that is considered 3 different words... Really last time I checked its 2 letters and 1 symbol. Id say charge $3 for that as well... Definitely looking for a different place next time.

Walked into the store with four employees behind the counter. Wanted to get some mugs engraved for my upcoming wedding. Not one offered to help. I walked out and will not be back.

Horrible horrible customer service, never again. Came in today looking for a Christmas gift for a friend. At first there was no other customers in the store. Got no greeting until I walked past her at the register. Had a question so I approached her at the register, felt like I was bothering her. Now there’s two other people in the store. Another customer was picking up her stuff so I moved out of the way and started to fill out the paperwork. The clerk finished with the lady and moved on to the next lady that was in the store. Wait what about me!!someone ready to order and check out. Give you business, someone who pays your bills! A customer me! So I waited a couple minutes her and the other customer were talking about where the lady can find a specific item that they don’t sell. I was so disappointed in the service, I left tore up my order form. I will do business with someone who wants my business. What a waste of my time

I often look around at this store while at the mall. I dont usually buy anything from this location since I live closer to a bigger things remembered. Anyway, I called today since my location was out of a product. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude! She said they were too busy to look for my product. I was having a hard time finding a product number online and asked for help but she couldnt help me and instead handed the phone to an equally rude employee.

Disappointed with engraving. I had expected my engraving to be similar to prototype on shelf. The person who did the engraving knew he made the mistake but wont admit and gave plenty of excuses for justifying what he did was right. Wont recommend it.
