My husband and I were treated to a wonderful shopping experience today with Stephen. With his respectful manner, he guided us through the process of trying out different mattresses using his vast knowledge of the different products. Through his observations of us he helped us narrow down our preferences and helped us to make the right choice for our new mattress. I purchased a pillow. I expect the pillow I selected to enhance my sleep. The store manager is very friendly and knowledgeable about his products. I have been planning to purchase an adjustable bed for the last 3 years. The managers knowledge and demonstration of the products has now made my husband supportive of the purchase.

Purchase process was efficient and the salesman was friendly and helpful. We would return if purchasing mattresses in the future.As a follow up, the delivery happened as expected. We received a text message to confirm delivery the night before and a call from the drivers about 15 minutes before delivery. The mattresses were wrapped in plastic, new condition, and the delivery placed them in the respective locations.

I was dreading looking for a mattress due to past experience and the multitude of choices available now.. Stefan was awesome! When I entered the store, I told him what my sleep habits and problems are and what my spending limit would be. He immediately had me try the best fits for me. He respected my choice and did not try to convince me to buy the more expensive of the choices. He also had a fun personality. My entire experience took approximately 30 minutes.

Had an awesome experience today with Stephan and Josh. My wife and I had an idea of the mattress me wanted but they helped guide us further into making our decision. They showed us examples of foams within the bedding, explained things further, all without being pushy what so ever. Typically, these types of situations scare us with sales associates but they made it very comfortable and were very knowledgeable about their mattresses. Would recommend anyone to go here. We even walked out of the store saying we were going to lunch to think about the decision and they still were not pushy. Did not try to sell us before we left! Just excellent customer service. Once we did make the purchase after lunch, I’ll add, they were extra helpful in going over all the warranty’s, suggestions, extra care for the mattress. 5 stars to both of these gentlemen at metro mattress in Schenectady - Balltown rd!

Previously went to Mattress Firm to order a mattress and was met with a great salesman but unfortunately the management here was poor and misleading to customers. Got a call a couple days before moving about how my mattress I ordered 2 months prior wouldnt be available, while the management had previous knowledge of this they continued to mislead me. Made a call to Metro Mattress and to see if they were having the same issues and was greeted with a pleasant salesman as well and tried out their mattress. I was able to get a mattress with 0 notice and it would come in the very next day. Would highly recommend Metro Mattress to anyone.

I needed to purchase a twin sized mattress for my son and the one I chose was very comfortable and the price was such a great value. Even though I gave them my business I didn’t get what I wanted! Very misleading.. after I went in and he showed me a bed that was out of my price range but how ever I didn’t know it was out of my price range until later on that night when the Regional manager told me it was much more then what the sales man had told me... how ever me and the Regional manager Andrew had came To an agreement I would take the next chill mattress... not the One I had Originally wanted he told me it would come with the box spring and frame! The next day I went in Andrew was not there it was a gentleman named Chris he told me it was not coming with the frame and basically said that the manager wouldn’t have said that like I was lying or something about it I didn’t appreciate that will I ever do business with them again absolutely not.

Everyone there was very helpful. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He walked use through multiple beds and helped us pick out a new bed that would work for both me and my fiancé.

Great experience at the Mohawk Commons location. Josh immediately introduced himself and gauged what we were looking for to offer his assistance. The process involving the walkthrough and explanations in finding the best suited mattress was fantastic. Definitely unexpected since I wasn’t accustomed to this type of service but I will personally say it’s a game changer in separating themselves from other stores. Spent about an hour with him and at the end made a confident purchase based on the new knowledge I learned.

Big store good prices. The staff really knows their mattress. For all I know they could make it up but they say it with conviction. People were very helpful and really fast delivery. The delivery guys were excellent as well. They set up the frame and had the bed placed before I knew it.

I dont like shopping. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The guy (not sure off his name) heard me and got it done. Basically, I got a $1200 bed for $450 because it was a discontinued floor model. I told my daughter I was going to cap her bed at $400. I didnt want to wait until Thursday w/ today being Saturday for delivery (nothing against them, I want it and expect it now like most consumers). I ran to Lowes for straps and strapped it to my Tahoe. My daughter is sound asleep on her new bed TONIGHT! I couldnt be more please with the respect and response of the gentleman in the store. Great job!
