It was a fabulous experience. I cant wait to go back. I referred my daughter to go there cuz Ive shopped there before but this experience was even better than the first one. This is our second experience with Old Brick, first in Albany and yesterday in Schenectady. Last month I went to the Schenectady store on Campbell Ave. and purchased 2 mattresses. Dave was our salesperson (we did the mattress test (fun and informative). The mattresses were delivered today. The the building looks small from the outside but the size is deceiving. Huge showroom with multiple rooms, reasonable prices, quite a bit on display.

I ordered a dining room table and chairs from Old Brick back in early January. I was first told that it would be delivered in mid-late February. February came and went without any updates. After lots of attempts to contact the company, I was then told it would come in April. My sister just received delivery today and two of the chairs were cracked. The quality overall is poor even though it was around $1500 and it was not worth waiting four months for cracked furniture. No one at the company seems to care at all about the long wait times or the poor quality. If you are in the market for furniture, I would avoid this company.

Since I was working, my wife took our youngest son to Old Brick to find a new mattress. As luck would have it, they did! The salesman Jason was very nice and helped my wife find the best mattress for our son. In the end there was some questions that I had so my wife called me and with the help of Jason we got things figured out. Now our youngest son will have a new mattress and box spring in a few days, enough time for him to enjoy it before he goes back to College. Thanks Jason!

The salesman John was rude unorganized and condescending. He didnt communicate times for pick up clearly. He asked me to help put bed on bed. No costumer service. We did not even get all of our order due to ignorance of sales man John.

This was my second purchase at Old Brick in Rotterdam and they are always so friendly and nice here. Their computers were running slow today but I also work in retail and understand the difficulties of technology at times and was patient. They kept me informed and got me a copy of my receipt and would let me know when my new couch was in store. All went well and I was happy.

Love Old Brick! They have great furniture at wonderful prices. They allow you the freedom to look around without following you everywhere. Their financing is awesome too! They also have three different delivery options! You pick up, they deliver to your door free of charge or they deliver and set up for a small fee. I have been doing busy with them for the past three years and love them!

This is our go-to for furniture as we live around the corner. Its good to see that business appears to be going well for them as they have a diverse selection for whatever you may need. Personally, I would take some measurements at home and bring a tape measure just to be sure. With a discount section and powered recliners, I am sure you will find something that picques your interest.

The sales lady who helped us out was empathetic about our weird doorway, and did a great job narrowing down what would fit in our house. I ended up paying a little more than Id like but I was limited to what would fit in my door (its litertally the worst situation to get a couch in). Luckily they had plenty of selection and she let us know quickly what couches would fit. I highly recommend if youre not 100% positive that you get your door and entry way measured. This is a service that the sales lady suggested and Im glad I did it before I ordered my couch. This brings me to my next point, the delivery guys were great! They were down to earth and got my stuff in the door very quickly with out messing up my new couch. Big thanks to the sales lady and our two delivery people. It was white glove service for sure! I was in yesterday and bought a couch come the next day I had to get rid of the bed because we need a hospital bed put in the main bedroom so I had to give I gave the bed away for free so we can get the bed in there cuz I get it out of there as fast as possible so I called up gold brick and I asked oh my God I still care of 251 is his number and I said yeah sure no problem I told him I needed a bed instead of the couch no more but I need to bed instead so I when I look at all the beds and I found one that I liked but unfortunately it was two or three weeks out before I could get it so he worked tirelessly to find one that I could have tomorrow he found one and even gave it to me at a lower price and also is having it delivered and put together in my home for no cost that really impressed me and I thank him very much for helping me out so much and I will refer my friends and family the Old Brick and him for all the furniture needs thank you once again Robert
