The store in Torrington Wyoming is not a place to shop. They dont know if they have it or not.

Went there twice for parts for my 2000 Ford Taurus SE and both times they gave me the wrong part. I thought you guys were supposed to know about cars

Called there looking for a part and sat on hold for 10 minutes to just get hung up on then called right back and got hung up on again.

Found what I needed but just as I found it after a few seconds of walking ng I I was asked if I needed help. Literally at most maybe 20 seconds after I entered the store. Great help.

I buy my auto parts here almost exclusively. Jorge and the crew are knowledgeable and will work to find you the best part at the right price. If for some reason they dont have it in stock they will magic it into existence within two business days. 10/10 will shop again

Maria is very knowledgeable and always finds me the right parts for what I need every time I go in there. Sometimes it’s stressful that they don’t have things on hand but she does what she can to get it to you fast.

Worst experience! Sold us the wrong part and were very rude when I tried to return it. Only giving one star because I have to. Pay attention to the parts you are selling people, these things are not cheap! Not going back!
