The parts we ordered were here when we were told they would be. People worked with me to get the right part.

Devan tested my battery and alternator. Loaned me tools to replace my alternator. Finished the job in 30 minutes so I could go back to hunting and make it back to California tomorrow with some piece of mind. First Class Service! Thank you!

These guys are amazing and kind! Kenny was so helpful in changing the headlight on my Ford Expedition. It gave him a lot of trouble, but he was awesome and figured everything out for me! Definitely will recommend them!

Needed a coach battery for an RV that we had rented. We clocked in there at 6 on Saturday night. Astoundingly, the place was going to be open until 10. The fellow that changed the battery did wonderful service and recommended a nearby restaurant where we could wait out his labors. Very happy with the service there.

The check engine light service they provide is very helpful. I’ve brought a few vehicles here to see what was going on with them. Place is well kept and staff is knowledgeable/helpful.

We called ahead 3 days to order a part as we were going to be passing through with our RV. They were very friendly as took all our contact information and were told the part would be waiting for us. When we arrived they could not find the part or any other information. After pushing and asking them to look through the order information on their PC, there I was with the order and my contact information. They had no explanation of why the part was not there nor why I was not contacted. Hopefully this is an isolated case since I will only have this one time relationship with this store. To me it seemed poorly managed.

Shovanistic male staff! I walked in myself to get spark plugs for my car and they went outside to my car to confirm the vehicle info even though I told them. They said it is store policy and help all customers this way. I witnessed them checkout three male customers without helping them so I asked why they didnt help them and they couldnt give me an answer.

It was an emotional Saturday with the Celebration of Life for my second mom. I was headed out of town when my battery light came on. I turned around, headed back to Wal-Mart Scottsbluff because they were going to give me a new battery because mine was just a few months old. Turns out it wasnt the battery and Wal-Mart had no clue what to do. I headed to Autozone. Upon entering the front door, I was greeted by Carlos, an absolutely amazing, caring, and kind young man. He told me it was probably my alternator (which it was), took out my battery, charged it and did it all with a smile! Later, after hanging out while my battery was charging, he sold me a new alternator. Then, he called a friend who owned a shop to install it. That cost me $40! I was a Damsel in Distress and anxious to get out of town for a business trip. All the guys, especially Carlos at Autozone in Scottsbluff are awesone! Midwest kindness is no joke!
