Justin is the perfect example of outstanding customer service! I have dealt with him on 3 different occasions with a flat tire, oil change, and tire rotation. He’s very informative, honest and professional. He made sure my car was taken care of and every time he saw me he was giving me updates on where they were with my vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer when I left. Because of him I will continue to be a loyal customer here for my tires and oil changes. Thank you so much Justin!!! In September went to an oil change. When done oil was leaking everywhere. The brome the oil cooler. They knew it but put mass oil leak on there paper work. 500.00 dollars. Got new tires not one balanced correctly, took 4 trips rear passanger still not balanced. Today car was fine, just needed a simple oil change. Now it heading to shop in the am. They say they checked the air filter. No finger or hand prints to be found on, or around the housing at all! They arent ase certified at all. Not one person has to be certified to work at Walmart!

Good got 4 new Goodyear Wrangler tires.

It took them 3 hours to put 4 tires on my car. The guy putting the tires could not have walked or worked any slower. I would not recommend them

I went in on Black Friday with four defective tires they quickly assessed the situation. They then gave me four new tires put them on within the hour and made sure everything was right with my car. Great people with great management. Thank you Kevin for taking care of my tires. I would highly recommend this Wal-Mart tire center.

This has to be the slowest tire center ever. Plan on waiting around 2 to 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There are 3-4 people in the shop mostly standing around. Please dont waste your time and find somewhere else to take your vehicle.

Always helpful,heard bad thing but always have had good service

Nobody called to tell me my oil change was done. After two hours I went and checked and it was done and my car was sitting in the lot. I asked the lady to give me my keys and she ignored me and left. Finally I got the attention of a different worker and she gave me the keys. Nobody apologized and instead blamed it on a lunch break. I never got an answer to why nobody called me. Will never go here again.

What a joke! Place doesnt deserve even 1 star. Was waiting for as soon as they opened the doors at 7am to be told they didnt know how long it would take to even start on my car. Only 1 person working, and that includes working the counter?! Taking my business somewhere else!

The tire shop was just too cool to put into words, Helpful and courteous

They couldn’t fix my flat so I had them put the spare on. Took forever and customer service was sub par.

They couldnt change the battery connector was damaged they didnt carry the correct replacement

Terrible customer service. I didnt expect a lot going to Walmart of course, but what such nasty and rude people. Never take your vehicle here.

I went in to get my oil changed and after about an hour and a half of waiting I saw my car in the lot and asked if it was done. They said yes, and they just played dumb when I asked why no one called. I waited 40 minutes past when it was done. What if I would have stayed there until closing time?
