We went to the scottsboro location where we where greeted at the door by michelle she was very friendly and actully knew what she was talking about.she was able to meet our needs and got us in some great phones. Thank you michelle.

Worst service I’ve ever had data doesn’t work at all hardly I have 4 bars of lte and still can’t pull anything up

I live 4 miles north of Ider Alabama about a mile off of Highway 75. I was using a phone that used Verizon cell towers and I could not get a good enough signal in my yard to place a call although it worked fine on Highway 75. I decided to try a phone that used AT&T cell towers. I bought my phone from Cricket Wireless about a month-and-a-half ago. With my old phone I could not make a call even with two bars. The new phone from Cricket Wireless was able to make a call even with one bar from inside my house. I believe the difference is because AT&T uses GSM technology and Verizon uses CDMA technology. Im very pleased with a phone with the service and with a customer service from the people at Cricket Wireless. I would recommend the service to anyone as long as you have good coverage in your area. The coverage maps for AT&T appear to be as good as Verizon in the areas I live.
