Last store leader Samantha was amazing but I have only had bad experiences ever since Matthew took over. My pre-order was sold out from under me and I was offered to have a new one shipped in but no money back offer. Awful service.

Very nice employees. Very knowledgeable and helpful in their Scottsboro and Boaz stores. Ive purchased a couple of different gaming consoles from them in the last few years that had been traded in, and they upgraded them for me with a larger hard drive. Like new at a Great used price.

Friendly service, even though they were busy. I had an item on hold and had no issues getting it. My son almost always finds a good deal on a game when there. Lots of space to look without bumping into people. We will be back.

So these guys are definitely heading down hill. I have a pro rewards card and it has points accumulated on it, I was never informed that they expire, when I asked about it, they didn’t know they did either. They ask top dollar for games and consoles but only give back 5% on returns. Last mic I bout didn’t even work right. Any questions about gaming related content and tech, they always never know. This seems to be a common trend with most of the GameStop’s I’ve gone to. I can say that they have tremendously nice staff, unlike the surrounding ones who will treat you like you’re an inconvenience from the time you enter until the time you leave. Good news, we live in a digital age with digital games and such, which renders these guy’s obsolete. Just go ahead and close you doors.

As far as Gamestops go, one of the better and larger ones. The staff of this location are really great.

Friendly helpful staff (most of the time) good variety of stock. Only downside is their pre-owned merch is becoming less and less of a deal. Usually just a few bucks less than brand new.

I recently sold a few items and obviously their known for their lackluster offers but if over the long run there pro membership is quite beneficial. But the last visit, which will be my last, i was stooped by the distraction of talking and selling so many individual items that I didnt notice until a week or so later just reading over the receipt that he marked my ASTRO Gaming headset as random headset and gave me I believe $3 for my $70 hardly used headset. Needless to say I was UNHAPPY but the fault does not solely lay with him I shouldve been more careful in my transaction. Consider this lesson learned and Ill take my business elsewhere after almost 6 consistent years of business through this store.
