This place is the best for getting your phone fixed! I had taken my iPhone 11 Pro Max to get my cracked screen fixed and was only $130 and was fixed in about 30min. Ive been here 3x and Ive been angry and/or disappointed 3x. Each time I encountered confusion, miscommunications, tall tales and delays. Once they replaced a screen for double the price of a competitor. It lasted a week. Once they sent one off for repair. It disappeared for almost a year. And 3rd, they handed the iPhone that had been boot looping to my son and said it was fixed. He opened it, handed it back and said its still doing the same thing. 4 tries later, we took the phone home only to work 1 week before shopping for a new one.

Updated Review: I took my PS4 to this place not having high hopes for it since the HDMI port got broke. They repaired it and fixed it and 6 month later it’s still working as good as new! I highly recommend this place because I’ve used other places and didn’t have the experience that I had here!

Needed a screen and battery for my iPad Pro. I researched prior to bringing my unit in to have a screen and battery replacement. I did some research on apples website and everything indicated my battery was not charging properly. Took the unit, came back and picked up the iPad and was told the battery did not need to be replace. I was relieved it would save me money. Got back home ( 45 min drive one way) it worked until the battery went dead ( about 2 hours). Had to drive back. They replaced the battery. Got home next day the home button was stuck in and would not work. Back for the 3rd time!Don’t recommend them for Apple product ls. Save your money and go to unclaimed baggage or by new.

I understand that human error occurs, but when I took my Phone to be fixed I was told it had to have a new screen #280. He looked through my phone to try to figure out how to take it sticks it tells me it was the screen that needed to be replaced and that it would cost that much to do it almost $300 again because I just replace the screen after it being broken, and come to find out everyone the only thing that was wrong with it was that I had accidentally went to a different screen but I didnt know how to use yet on my Android Note 4 and all he would have had to do is hit a button literally all I had to do is touch the screen on the app and it would have been fixed but instead he tried to charge me almost $300

They quoted me one price on phone. Then I got there, completed paperwork & was ready to leave then they quoted another higher price. Then they said that they talked to associate I spoke with & he said he would never quote the price he quoted me over phone. Another associate said the guy was having hard time learning business. Needless to say I took my phones, paperwork & left. I will go to someone who is reputable, not someone who does business that way.

Would give them a BIG DOUBLE ZERO if it was an option!!!!!!!!!! the sales associate was veryyyyy rude when I got there. Made a whole trip down there just to receive bad service. Never ever going back again! wouldnt recommend them to anyone. My phone was having battery problems so I called before making a trip down there. (Not to mention, that i live like 40mins. away...) the guy that answered my call told me that they could fix it right away as soon as I got there since they werent busy and that they wouldnt charge me anything to run a test on my phone. SO, I made a whole trip down there and when I got there the man upfront was really rude and started to say that I had to pay all this money upfront and that didnt guarantee me that they were going to fix my phone that same day because there were so many people ahead of me. THEY ARE DEFINITELY FULL OF LIES!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM! it was my 1st time there and will DEFINITELY be my LAST!

They advertise that they are interested in all phones and tablets. No matter what brand or how old. This is not the case. They said that my phone Western too old. And they werent interested in the Dell tablet. Thats just false advertising.

This place is great. They are upfront with you and get your device fixed right the first time. I broke my phone a week later but I dropped and broke it but I had the PhoneProbs 1 year coverage so I only had to pay a 25 dollar deductible to have it fixed again. I highly recommend them over anyone!

We called the store and asked if they took smartphones and flip phones the guy said you will just have to bring them in my buddy said that his wife called and tge response was bring them in and the guy said well i didnt think it would be tonight were about to close keep in mind it was 5:25 and they close at 6 he then said I will make quick work of this and said no to the phones we will not be back -10 stars

Iv never had problems here before until last Friday when I was in a rush and I paid my phone bill temporary with a 15$ plan of some sort, however the tall Indian boy that took my cash offered me no reciet, and those minutes never and still havent went on. Ill be going there today to resolve this.

Replaced damaged screen for iPhone 6 and were able to diagnose a problem that Verizon was not able to on my Samsung GALAXY S6. They offer a warranty on their work and can replace batteries in iPhones for about $50.

Its a good place to get used phones

To make a long story short, there was a horrible misunderstanding with my phone. I broke the screen badly the first time and the wonderful people at phone Probs worked diligently to fix it and make it like brand new again.After leaving phone Probs(extremely satisfied), I went to the Apple store to buy a phone case for my iPhone 7 Plus. The tech accidentally broke the screen on it and told me it was because the people who replaced my phone screen(He was implying Phone Probs) didn’t instal it right. I was mad, as anyone would be, and I was very expressive in telling phone Probs they owed me a new screen for installing a faulty one. Now, I am a very very VERY verbal person, and even after I fed them my 2 cents, 25 cents, and a few swear words in between, Drew and his wonderful father still stood by my side and tried to assist me. While they didn’t replace it for free, they showed me how it couldn’t have just broke and the Apple guy probably broke it and didn’t own up to it, they helped me replace the screen and I am forever satisfied with this business again.They are good people with hearts of gold. And they put up with a lot. And I meant ALOT. So next time you need a phone repair, laptop repair, or even computer, go see these guys at Phone Probs. They will do everything they can to help you be satisfied and keep coming back.I went from having an iPhone so badly bent and cracked that you couldn’t even use it right to one that looks dang near new!
