I want to praise Dollar General at Skyline for their hard work in serving the community during this unprecedented time. Because of their dedicated service, we have been kept supplied with essentials and comfort items. They all have been calm, hard working, and helpful. God bless Shiela Sutton and staff.

Decent place just a little slow sometimes

The sweetest people work there. If you cant find something or you are having trouble getting around they are always there to help.

I would give a rating of -5 stars. Last couple months manager Shelia is very hateful none of the other Dollar General Stores Ive been in have ever treated me so rude. Store is always bunch of junk in aisle

Its bigger than most DGs in the area. The gas normally cheapest in Gurley and never had to deal with a bad employee.

Crowded isles, long lines and whatever youre looking for, its not there. Just bought stuff for subs. Opened a pack of salami. Its grey! Gotta love this place!

Store manager called me a thief saying i deliberately changed prices on pizza. When all pizzass were under the sale sticker. Which one of them was on box. When I stated the cashier took it off the package. manager told me i switched it. After becoming upset i was just called a thief and i am reporting her, she replied go ahead your not the first one to try and take my jobWhen I asked her for her name, she refused to tell me, she wasnt wearing a name badge.

All you need in one spot. Soooooo much better than Walmart. They need more sporting goods for us country boys. Yall got our wives covered. Maybe you can team up with tractor supply and add ammo?

This Dollar General and Most for that matter are Famous for Clogging the isles with their own Boxes of stuff they need to Stock and even less Employees there to Actually Stock the Goods...I spoke to one employee about this and she told me it was because their hours had been cut SO DRASTICALLY- AFTER MANDATORY RAISES GIVEN- Some Employees only getting 5 hours a week and have no idea what the previous employees got done on the work list of things to do so things Pile Up HUGE! --- So inevitably people and Myself included start pulling stuff out and getting stuff you need... But when you are in one of these Rural towns where Dollar General is the Only Game in Town and Thankful to have them... Gotta Live with the Over crowded Isles and waiting in long lines because only 1 employee- the list could go on...

I do home health and there os a dollar general in Every community I am in great for pit stops... clean bathroom bubble gum and any drink i want....

Its quick to run and pick up a few items, but I wish they would keep the aisles clean for people not to injure themselves.... please.

Cramped and dirty, theres always a line and some employee standing around chatting or playing on their phone instead of helping to ring out customers. Its all we have up in Skyline so its hard to complain but still...

This store hywy 79 used to be one of my favorites but now after the experience I had there Last week which so happens to be my 2nd Bad experience in the last 2 months. I will never shop at this store again.

This dollar general is the worst!! It’s always cluttered and crowded with boxes and carts... always long line at cash registers! I’d rather drive 30 minutes to scottsboro to than have to go through the hassle of going there!
