Cool and patient! Hes my ideal technician, I do love his attitude to handle everything. I was not expecting that he could expertly work on stove hinge problems. He obviously displayed great technical skills. Everything was repaired well the same day and the quality was great. He then explained what he was doing throughout the process and gave tips for proper maintenance. We will call them in the future as well as recommend them to our neighbors.
