I had a great experience with Dedicated Audio when I bought a CD player from the company over the internet. They patiently consulted with me by phone about what I was looking for and made thoughtful, informed suggestions -- helping me find a unit that worked well with my system and my budget. They then sent me the CD player promptly, in a secure triple box. Alas, when it arrived, it was defective and would skip no matter what CD I played. I called them about the problem and they sincerely apologized for the hassle. As it turns out, they did not have a replacement in stock for the unit I bought, but they worked with me to select a different brand. In fact, they helped me upgrade to an even nicer CD player with only a modest price leap. And they sent out the new CD player immediately, even before I had sent back the defective unit. I was very pleased with the new unit and how they handled what could have been an annoying situation. I’ll be buying more gear from this knowledgeable and friendly company.

Dedicated Audio has undoubtedly the best customer service and product knowledge of any store Ive shopped at lately. Id recommend them to anyone! Quick turnaround on orders and very efficient. You cant ask for better.

I think that buying high-end audio equipment is a lot like buying diamonds; unless you yourself are an authority on the subject you stand a good chance of pissing away too much money on an inferior product. I feel fortunate to have met Dan; owner of Dedicated Audio. Both he and Matt were extremely patient with my questions and ultimately guided me to the ideal option for my needs. So perfect that I bought a second piece today. Excellent service and competitive pricing from a family owned business...do yourself a favor and check them out.

Dedicated Audio sells high end audio gear in an affordable price range. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. They have a small, but comprehensive showroom where components can be listened to. It is best to make an appointment.

Ordered from here online. It said they had the product in stock, but they didn’t and had to order it. I eventually decided to cancel the order, but When trying to cancel it, I was unable to get in touch with anyone, neither through email or phone. They just stopped responding and wouldn’t call me back. I had to file a chargeback through my credit card company for a refund. Very disappointing, I’ll never shop here again.UPDATE:In response to their response, they NEVER responded to my emails. Nothing in spam, nothing anywhere from them. I would also call them and leave voicemails, and as I stated earlier, they would not return my calls. A full refund was given only because I contacted my credit card company and filed a chargeback. Dedicated Audio did NOT provide me with a refund, so a chargeback WAS necessary.

This, for us was like the Disneyland of awesome & delicious turntables. Dan, who by the way is the owner, is a veritable book of knowledge. He knows his music and found the perfect turntable for us, a Pro-Ject Xtension 10 Evolution. I was so impressed with total attention to every minute detail and passing on to us the dos & donts of turntable maintence. From now on we are going to Dan, Dan the Turntable Man in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This is my first ever on-line review, for anything... I felt compelled because the gentlemen who sold me my new Dynaudio Emit 10s was exceptional. The man sold me on a less expensive product after descibing my office to him. You dont need the Emit 20s, and he was correct. Now I have life sized musicians in my office when i sit back and enjoy. Great company, great customer service, great products, does it get any better?Despite having several excellent HiFi stores locally, I decided to use Daniel Harmons company in AZ in order to re-discover my Vinyl addiction of 30+ years ago - with competitive prices and free shipping, I acquired a Rega based system from him; Planar 3, Fono MM and Ear... the products arrived double-boxed from them within a couple of days via (free) FedEx!I realized I wanted speakers too, so I returned the Fono MM and Ear and got a 2017 Brio-R and RX-1s from him (refund minus shipping for the Fono + Ear) Once I got the Brio-R I had some problems with it, Daniel responded immediately (literally) to help solve the problems, and also contacted the distributor and Rega themselves to help resolve.I cannot recommend this company (and Daniel) too highly A+++I will be using him for any future purchases!
