Stopped by today for an estimate. My new car was hit on day 4 of owning it while parked outside my house. No one left a note. Luckily without even an estimate Rick was able to pop most of my bumper dent out. The service is amazing both in person and on the phone if scheduling an appointment as I tried to go Friday but had to reschedule for today. The lady that greeted me was so kind as well to lead me inside for assistance. This made my day! I had gone two other places that quoted me $350 and $1k+. I’m so happy I chose to go here! I highly recommend them for bumper repairs.

I was apprehensive a bit once I found out they had been bought by a new person and moved locations. I had chatted with the person who answered my email about cost of exterior and interior detailing and booked for today. I think he forgot to tell the staff or schedule it in the calendar but no matter as they could fit me in. I went shopping while they worked on the car and got it done by closing time. It looks brand new!! If you knew how much dirt and grime was stuck in my car from the past couple of years and see it now you would think I just bought it. I also had a front spoiler that had come off and I had to tape it back on until I could get it fixed. I avoided it for a while because every place made it seem like it would be too expensive. Well Bumper Doc got most of the tape off and can fix it for under $60 which is WAY less than what Ford was telling me I needed. It made it even better that my Lyft driver told me as he drove me back from shopping that he uses their Auto Body shop and thinks they are very reputable so I will definitely be bringing my car back here again.

Hector and his team did an A+ job on my VW spoiler. He was honest and the pricing was 1/2 that of other quotes I got. This shop works with integrity. Couldnt be happier!

They do great work in a timely manner. Lexus ultrasonic blue mica 2.0 is a specialty paint and hard to match, but they did a great job. Money well spent and 1/10 the cost of replacing the bumper. I would use them again and recommend checking them out.

They did a really nice job repairing my wheels that were curb rashed. Apparently they had to go back and repaint them too when the first color didnt match correctly. The end result was spot on.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. They took me as a walk-in for a headlight restoration and got me in even though it was close to closing time. Even though the headlights had some irregular glue/adhesive and wrap on them they were still able to get them to like new condition. I wish I took some before and after pictures but I am very happy with the results and service. Really good people and locally owned business. I will be coming back and definitely recommending them to anyone who needs any body work or similar services (and that is coming from someone who is very particular about their car). I can’t recommend this place enough!

The price was very reasonable much less than the big shops who never do anything without replacing a whole panel for thousands. The process was easy, done in a little more than a day, and they arranged an inexpensive rental. Everything was as promised. I heard about BumperDoc Tempe from a friend. I had a pretty good dent in my bumper, which they were able to fix in about an hour! They provided fast, friendly service at a great price and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Hopefully, I won’t have any more dents, but I know where to go from now on if needed.

Hector did a fabulous job of coordinating my unusual schedule and doing the work on my car while I was out of town. When I returned the car was ready to go and I was able to pick it up on a Sunday per our prearranged plan. He even did my headlights for no charge.I could not be happier! I checked out a few places but stuck with this local, veteran owned business. They color match to perfection, provide fair prices, have quick turnaround times, very friendly service, and high quality work. I picked up my car Friday and couldnt be happier :)

YOU REALLY NEED TO GO TO THIS PLACE! If you have a minor fender bender and dont want to pay an arm and a leg out-of-pocket for repairs, go to BumperDoc in Scottsdale! You will be utterly amazed at how inexpensive the bill will be, especially for being in Scottsdale. They are going to be my first choice in the future for minor body repair. The owners are super friendly, too, and have a nice lounge where you can watch a movie after buying refreshments from the vending machines. The snacks there are inexpensive as well as the repair bill, but dont get comfortable in their lounge as you wont be there for very long. Seriously, I was in and out in what seemed like no time. Like I said at the start of this review, YOU REALLY NEED TO GET YOURSELF ACQUAINTED WITH BUMPERDOC IN SCOTTSDALE! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

Very glad I went with BumperDoc Tempe for my repair! I was in a fender bender recently and scoured reviews to find the best place to take my car. They worked with my insurance company and had my car fixed in about a week.After I got my car back, I noticed the alignment of the hood was a little off-center. I brought it back for them to look at and within an hour of me brining it back (did not have an appointment) it was ready to go and looked great. Would definitely recommend.

I had some scuff marks on my car but she told me they wanted to set an appointment to buff it out for an additional $65 added to the estimate when they could’ve easily wiped it away with a rag (which is what the guy did for my friend and I when he came outside to give us a quote when i first came here about a year ago). Not sure if they’re trying to rip me off now but comparing the treatment of my first time and second/last time, they don’t seem to care as much and just want to charge you for the little things.

Outstanding service and excellent work! They repaired some road rash on my front bumper and hood, installed a clear bra, buffed out the headlight covers and took care of a couple of scuffed wheels on my Mercedes. I am very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them.

I damaged the back and side of an older vehicle to which I am very attached. It is in great condition but lacks the book value to justify collision insurance. When I checked with two repair shops suggested by the company that insures my other vehicles, one declined to provide an estimate and the other offered a hedged price that was three times the vehicle value. I stopped at BumperDoc out of desperation. Crystal was very knowledgeable and understanding. She worked with me to come up with a manageable price. Best of all, the work done at Bumperdoc within estimates and time estimates looked great and restored the vehicle to its original appearance. It is a family business and Crystals dad was a vet (as am I) so they provided a discount. Great people and good work. I recommend them highly.

I took my car for minor bumper repair, and was immediately impressed with the honest assessment they have given (their costing is 50% cheaper than what three other companies quoted for me). They promised to get the work done within 48 hours, and when there were some technical issues that necessitated extending the duration, Brian (one of the owners) was upfront in telling me precisely whats going on. I really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, diligence and very high quality work they do. Crystal even managed to reduce the already very-reduced cost when I came to pick up my car....in addition to booking (and paying for) Uber to take me to work and back to their office to pick up my car. It was a great experience for me....and I strongly recommend their company.

Crystal and Mike were great! Bumperdoc Tempe has great prices, customer service and quality work. I took my 14 Challenger there to get some door dings fixed and Mike fixed them all (7 or so dents) in about an hour. They also restored my Gfs headlights and repaired the paint on her side mirror to look like new. Highly recommend!

I needed to replace my bumper cover and I was worried about three things. My schedule, paint matching and cost. Brian and his staff did a great job with all three and thats why I gave them 5 stars. Brian and his staff were very accommodating with our schedules since my spouse and I both work. My car is 10 years old and I was worried they wouldnt be able to match the color with the rest of the car and the mismatching paint would look as ridiculous as not having a bumper. Thankfully, I cant even tell its not the original bumper they did such a great job of matching the paint. Finally, they were very competitive with their pricing as I checked around with other companies.

From the first call with Crystal it was a great experience getting a scratch on my bumper fixed. She wasnt just helpful but had a great attitude, very friendly and accommodating. Best customer service I have had in awhile (which prompted this review).Also, her Dad a veteran was very friendly and they had the best value of the 3 companies I called. Their team made my bumper look brand new and they even buffed out some other scratches they noticed at no extra cost just based on the original quote.Im going back soon with a scheduled appt in about a month for a clear bra on my car to protect it from the issues I initially brought it in for. I didnt even hesitate to get another quote because of this first experience I had and I can tell they care about their customers and it made me want to give them the business.

If you are looking for EXCELLENT service and EXCELLENT customer care you have found your place!! It is bad enough that you get in accident/fender bender, but to have the entire experience from start to finish go smoothly is something you just dont find anymore. My car is brand new and thx to Bumper Doc it still looks brand New! Crystal is amazing! You leave there feeling like you made a friend! Bumper looks like new. The price is half of what the body shops were asking.

I had a rear bumper on an Acura repaired and it looked as good as New so I brought them in a Cadillac XTS Platinun from the east coast that had extensive salt/glycol damage on the chrome wheels. Since replacements were over $2k I gave Bumperdoc a shot at repairing them at one-fourth the cost and they did a SUPER job! I couldn’t be happier with the results on the bumper and wheels. They are courteous, helpful, keep you up to date on progress and have very competitive prices. I highly recommend them!
