Nice location. Standard Einstein Bros menu. I did find it odd that they were heavily promoting a new menu item, but then they had signs attached to the signs that they werent available. Why not just put the sign away?

I usually go to this location and today when I asked the girls to get my dozen bagels cut to half and toasted they told me it will take an extra time and I was fine with it but they handed me my dozen of bagels all burned out....!Are you serious....! they looked at it and didnt wanna do anything about it. Will never stop by this location or company again and will show that picture of burned bagels to everybody I know so they know which kind of customer service you guys have.

Weve always been big fans of Einsteins but this location is in desperate need of help. At 10 am they had no coffee (none brewing either), no milk or cream, no ice, the floors, counters and eating area were filthy and they had about a dozen bagels left (in total). Staff was apologetic and clearly overwhelmed. Multiple people walked out as we waited about 20 mins for our two bagels. Franchisees and/or Management should be on-site providing support in these types of situations.

Food is always amazing as well as their coffees. I recommend the chorizo sunrise. They do their best with the long lines and work as fast as they can to get the food out. Only negative is how customers treat the staff. People should really be nicer to people in customer service

Great bagels, fabulous bagel sandwiches, and the deals they offer makes it overall the best value for bagels I have found in the valley. Combined with the Caribou Coffee they serve definitely a great place to go for quick breakfast bite or to get some work done while enjoying a warm bagel.

Im a regular and I love Einstein Bagels! That being said I regularly order grab and go bagels for my work team. I asked 3 times if there were knives and napkins in the box and was assured they were. Of course the grab and go were not ready, there were no knives or napkins and it really make it difficult for my team members to shmear their cream cheese :(I will continue to order from there but was super disappointed this morning!!

Einsteins is a decent bagel place. The bagels are better than most, but not the best. Same goes for the coffee. The eat-in options are pleasing too.This is a good chain.

$17.97 for drink, bagel and 2 cookies! F. Soda has 10 drinks spots but only sprite, coke and root beer available that are all flat. I ordered a pretzel bagel and got a cheese. Fruit was not ripe and cut poorly.Get some girls in there that do more than take orders poorly.

Staff was friendly. Order was prepared quickly. Coffee and bagel was good. U would have easily given this location 5 stars if the manager wasnt loudly bad mouthing off shift employees.

Cant seem to get an order right.in response to the owners response. maybe this is why your staff cant get and order correct 1) the location is 6204 N Scottsdale Road. hence thats why i left the review at said location.. 2)been twice in 3 days both times an issue on order accuracy. your staff cant get an order right.

Well, I show up at 2:55, go to use the bathroom admittedly unaware they close at 3. I come out at 2:59 and the guy working doesnt say anything to me other than sir, were closed. I look down at my phone - 3pm on the button. In disbelief, I ask him if its too late to get anything (it was my first time trying this place) and he simply says no and holds the door open for me. The young man had an opportunity to win a customer, instead he just shooed me right out the door even though I actually came in the store before closing. Sounds like everyone likes the food and coffee, but I wont be coming back to try.

I remember liking Einstein’s in the past. On this trip I got a coffee & a bagel. The coffee was horrible and the bagel itself wasn’t bad, but it had barely any cream cheese. Pretty bad overall in my opinion.

We dont have Einstein Bros where I live, so when Im in town, I try to get my fix. Today at 7:30 AM, 9/5, I went in and ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese only to watch them hardly put any cream cheese on at all. When I asked for more, I was told they wouldnt give me any more unless I paid them. I showed them the bagel, where you could clearly see there was no spread on it, and they said I could take it up with the manager Cindy Schoonover. Extremely disappointed.

Breakfast should be easy. This is my 3rd time here and they are clearly under staffed and disorganized. Taking the order and getting it is a long process, coffee was empty, place was messy. Honestly, I feel sorry for the employees trying to keep it together. The look like they are struggling. The need help Einstein!

YOU JUST HAVE LAZY WORKERS. literally everytime I go in there at 6 am We ArE oUt Of FrEnCh ToAsT bAgElsWhat are yall doing before you open that yall cant make French toast bagels. Take them off the damn menu if they arent going to be served...its really annoying. And my food is always wrong. Stay away from this location if you want food made right AND French toast bagels...🙄 some bagel shop.

Excellent option for meeting a business contact, now that they offer Caribou Coffee.

Their smoked salmon cream cheese is very underwhelming... I suggest Chompies in Tempe if you want the best. All the Einsteins are just okay, so if you dont expect more than that I suppose youll be happy with Einsteins. Meh....
