They refuse to answer their phones. Incompetent at their jobs. Go to a different location.
It is okay but nothing very good or bad. Inventory is limited and as with many retailers they have what I came for and half the time, none left. Cashiers were sometimes rude. I greatly prefer the store on Southern and McClintock next to Sprouts.

You know how trying new products like hair colors and beauty treatments was safe to do at Sallys because of their lenient return policy? Well be advised: Sallys is NO LONGER accepting ANY returns, or exchanges (due to COVID-19), regardless of when the item was purchased, regardless of whether you have the receipt or not, regardless of whether or not you specifically asked about the return policy when you made your purchase and were informed that, yes, Sallys did still accept returns as long as the product was more than half full.When I shopped at this Sallys in Scottsdale a couple of weeks ago I was considering a couple different products, but since it was close to closing time, I just bought both of them, and double checked with the cashier about the return policy, as I was intending to return the one that I didnt use. After I got home and looked at the products more closely (they were both keratin smoothing treatments) one stated on the box that it was not for use on bleached hair, and my hair IS bleached, so that was the one that was going to have to be returned. However today, when I attempted to return the still sealed product, I was informed of the new return policy, which is simply NO returns, NO exceptions. I hope that I am able to save someone else the wasted money I spent on on a product I cant use, and time spent traveling to a store that doesnt honor its commitment to its customers, because the ethical thing to do here would be to honor the return policy that was in effect and printed on the customers receipt at the time of purchase.Im so disappointed in Sallys, and for me, I need more from a company that I give my money to. In conclusion: Amazon.com is still accepting returns.
Excellent customer service
I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to this salon… I called and order everything and I told the person that I was speaking to the I would arrive just a couple minutes after the time that they are scheduled to close and she said that was fine and that they would keep an eye out for my car. I get there and I don’t see anyone come out so I call, and the girl tells me that they are closed and that they can no longer open the resister. I said ok well I already paid over the phone I just need to pick it up and she says, “We’re literally closed”. When I insistent once more and asked if there was anything they could do she just continued to say “we’re literally closed”.Mind you the doors were still open, and I had just seen a person walk to her car with products.I’m frustrated because if she simply would’ve told me that after the exact time that they are scheduled to close they can’t do anything then I wouldn’t have waisted my time and I would’ve understood but it was the lack of communication and the lack of customer service that was extremely frustrating.
I came in today and I got one of the items I needed. As I approached the check out stand I wanted to ask about when they would be getting in a product and I wanted to ask if they carried another but when I was called forward I said hi to the girl working the register and she either ignored me or didn’t hear me and before I could ask my questions she seemed like she was upset because I said I wanted a bag. They have a great selection of products. The lady working the second register was very nice, I wish she would have rung me up. Next time I’ll just wait for the nice lady.

The worst customer service. If I could give them negative points I would. I will never return here. I’ll stick with the other Sally’s location at talking stick. They’re nice and helpful.
I just left the store and I just want to say Julie was extremely nice on helping me find some clippers! She was so sweet and patient and help me out a lot! Thank you once again Julie 💖

Theres locations a bit closer to me then this one, but this Sallys is Bigger & Better 😉 Always find what I need.
Love sallys. But never listen to the workers. They are not professionals. Please ask a pro what u need before u buy if u dont know what you are doing.

I had to start coming again since my hair person left but every single time I call or going in i get different advice ..and its always wrong. Thank god I can get credit for products not liked . My hair is ruined now .and ecen store manager is not a cosmotologist theres even a messy Hispanic lady who doesnt want to help but knew nothing af all.i say get it together sallys.promote a product and be on same page .I read u tube for advice thank god the actual cosmotologist gave me toner with the wrong product to activate it!!and the guy turned my hair purple !..how can they all give wrong advice??
This is my favorite location. I dont feel welcomed at other Sallys but the workers here actually seem to care.

They dont have henna die and have too order any despite a peoclaimed high customer demand for it. From a business stand point does that make sense?
