This is a place I will definitely return to. It was an excellent location for purchasing whatever you desired. My new shoes and bags arrived.

I actually like coming to this location than the one in Tempe.

Customer service at this location is a joke. Recommend coming to this location if you want to be talked down to. Your job is to help customers... If you have an attitude about it maybe you shouldnt work in customer service lmao.

My daughter loves this place and its fun to walk around and look at the items, until you see the prices and lack of sales. Give me a break. We walk through and get inspiration, then go to Ebayor other online sellers to get the same item at a quarter of the price. I do like the store design, definitely fun to window shop here. I wouldnt buy anything here unless it was priced right.

Mens section in this UO is like an afterthought.

Went in with my daughter, figured she world see something she liked and my wife and I ended up getting things for ourselves. I got some cool retro t shirts on clearance. totally worth the trip.

This place is a little expensive but so damn cute. I want everything in here. But I cannot afford that. Any girl would love something from here. Unless theyre some weird non-comformist who hates commonly loved things like Urban Outfitters.

I enjoy shopping here. It can be quite busy sometimes.

The cashier was super helpful and nice. the sales person on floor was rather uninformed and you could tell did not want to bother helping us. that is unfortunate as this is Christmas and people are looking for gifts.

Greatest Location of all the UO in the valley! Great people, lots of selection, and nice employees. I have my best experiences with UO here. Sale section is in back, but very large. Prices are high, but if you are paying full price at UO you arent doing it right. Free parking, garage or surface. Nice corner store, easy to find, clean, and friendly. They will price match online UO sales, and vice versa. Appreciate the staff here most of all. UO on Mill = terrible all around.

Ehh. Trendy its got some cool things and alot of one off items

The stuff there was expensive and i didn’t see the sale section, kinda bummed :/ . but the employees could’ve been more welcoming and there wasn’t that many people

The location change and interior design are major pluses, and the selection is very decent. Used to have a place along the back to sit and charge mobile devices via micro USB and Lightning but thats gone now sadly.

The clothes here are pricey, and sub-par quality. The service leaves something to be desired, but I do have to point out, any one looking for instax mini film, or polaroid 600 film, this is the place to buy film if you dont have enough time to order it online.

The mens sales rack is largely abysmal. It is populated almost exclusively with L and XL bro-tanks and sweaters. Awful sweaters. If that is your thing though, check it out. Aside from that, they carry some of the best mens clothing around. Hawkings McGill is grade A stuff.

It used to be that a guy could get something at UO. Now it is about 90% clothes for women and 10% stuff for men.
