Nancy was outstanding and so patient and supportive. Helped me every step of the way and was very patient with all of my questions. I could not be happier with my new kitchen. Even better she made it so easy, that I did every cabinet in my house including laundry room and bathrooms. The cabinet installer did a wonderful job too. They are beautiful!! Mark Feser was fantastic to work with at Stile & Rail. He made sure I was completely happy during the design process even when I changed my mind.I love our new build and of course the walnut cabinets we chose are a big part of that. Everyone that comes to our house comments on how much they like the cabinets. The modern look we wanted came out perfect! I would highly recommend working with Stile & Rail.

An Original installed my kitchen cabinets in the fall of 2016, when I did a kitchen remodel. I couldn’t be more happy with with the end result.The Kitchen they designed is perfect. The contemporary cabinets look beautiful. For part of the kitchen cabinets, they recommended floating shelves… it was a wonderful suggestion and helped take the kitchen to the next level.These cabinets are great quality, and installation went smoothly. Mark and Karl were great to work with… after visiting a lot of scottsdale cabinet companies, I’m glad I picked An Original.

In my opinion not a great experience. Between the lack of communication, no-shows, re-schedules, wrong parts, installation issues, the list goes on. Example 1: Went with a very modern looking cabinet, units gets delivered and installed and it did not match the design that was signed off on, no one bothered to check we had to let them know, the main cabinet oven/mic side of the cabinet was completely out of line with the rest of the cabinet, was told that we could leave it or they fix it for an additional $300.. Example 2: Ordered LED lights through them, took multiple trips to get the lights flush to the bottom of the cabinet since there were un-even and peeling off the bottom of the cabinet, only after we asked them did they come out and try to fix, no one quality checks the work that was done. To this day lights were never completed and just found out that the parts that were provided were incorrect and will need to be re-ordered 12v vs. 24v, and the wrong lighting color. Ex. 3 techs are messy, every time they showed up they would do work and then leave without taking away scrap parts or cleaning up after themselves. . When we would bring any of these issues to their attention they seemed offended and annoyed. We are in the construction business and understand things go wrong and we tried to be as patient with them as we could but that didnt seem to matter. We spent a significant amount of our hard earned money to hire a company that we thought would install and manage their own work, unfortunately that was not the case. I would not recommend this company.

When it was time to remodel our dated kitchen we were looking to create the focal point of our home. Functionally it had to be a chefs kitchen - we needed exceptional work flow, tons of storage and pro-grade appliances. It also had to have the room to handle frequent gatherings of friends who always tend to congregate in the kitchen during food prep. Last but not least we wanted a space that didnt look like a traditional kitchen with upper and lower cabinets. We knew that we were asking a lot.After talking to a number of cabinet shops who tried to fit our square peg requirements into their round hole of standard practices we met Karl & Mark at An Original. From our first meeting it was clear that they were excited to work with us to build something different. We went through a number of design iterations refining the look and feel of our kitchen. Once we were finished we had something that was unique and it exceeded our expectations.The in-house installation crew at An Original was also outstanding. Kevin was especially helpful and detail oriented. We ran into a few snafus during the install - something to be expected in every large project. Happily Mark came out to the house, figured out a good solution and got the project back on track. It is nice to be able to work with professionals who take ownership and make things right with no drama whatsoever. A lot of contractors say that they want the customer to be happy and that the job should be done right, but they dont always follow through like An Original did for us. Highly recommended!

I contacted Karl to turn a closet off our garage into a drop zone with a bench and cubbies. I am so happy with how it turned out. The space looks like it was alway there. Karl helped me choose the material and it looks amazing! Easy to work with, responsive, the installers cleaned up and even cut pieces of baseboard and filled in the empty space from where the old frame of the closet was. I love that my kids can hang their pack packs and put their shoes in their bins!! Its so much more functional! Thank you An Original! Cant wait to contact you for future custom wood pieces
