A couple of hours later, my vehicle was done, including a wash. an additional inspection was conducted and 8 was given a quote on what needed to be done on a future visit. I walked into this dealership And purchased my dream car Mercedes E 350 2021 with 7000 miles I was told this car was a demo vehicle which only the manager was driving around, four days into this vehicle I was already in service with the EIS that went out couple days later more issues were noticed and that’s when I notified the dealership multiple times of what issues I was encountering . My car was in service for an entire month off and on . The car spent more time in service then in my garage . My salesmen Chris had absolutely no sympathy of the stress I was encountering with my vehicle, that’s when I Escalated the issue to the sales manager Robert. I was given the option to come back and look at other vehicles on their lot . I spoke to Robert the sales manager he offered me a vehicle almost $10,000 more than I have already spent on my E350 that was the best deal and option they have for me. Second option was for him to buy back the vehicle at a trade-in price, right off the bat I was losing a couple thousand within two weeks into my purchase . I was very heartbroken and stressed out and no one seemed to resolve the issue . I ended up calling Mercedes Benz corporate filed a complain and still to hear back from them. Lessen learned to never buy a “demo” car . Thank you again for not resolving my issues. I never leave reviews this low but this dealership has left me without any options but to share my buying experience.

First time at this dealership. I brought my car in for service. I was immediately greeted by a service advisor that addressed me by name! Nice touch! Come to find out that this was the same advisor I had made my appointment with the day before 🙂 Brittney T. was great, very professional. Maria who works in the cafe was very pleasant. While waiting in the lounge for sometime she and another gentleman asked if I was doing ok which was thoughtful of them to ask. Great first impression!

I found my S580 and I was looking for. I’m new here to Arizona from Pa. While I’m waiting on my home to be finished I decided to go shopping for a new Mercedes. Been to numerous Mercedes dealers since I’ve been here and I can only say that this Mercedes store was the most courteous, cleanest, nicest people I’ve met. I stopped to have a coffee and had the pleasure to talk to Maria who is the concierge or barista not sure but either way she and numerous others there were sitting in the coffee area in the dealership talked to me about the areas in Arizona and all the things I can do around me. With all of the way the world is right now, this was the best experience I’ve had at any dealership to date. Thank you and I will be back.

I recently moved to Phoenix and needed to get the first service on my 2021 Mercedes E53 which was purchased in another State. I have lived and owned a Mercedes in several States .I went to Mercedes of Scottsdale and it was an excellent experience. Their facility is very modern and attractive — including a great waiting lounge with a staffed coffee bar.My Service Advisor, Mark Ostasszeski, is very professional and knowledgeable. He said I could wait for the one year service — it would take about an hour and a half. I decided to wait thinking from past experience it would take much longer. You can actually sit in one of their lounges and watch them work on your car!Sure enough, my car was serviced and washed and ready to go in an hour snd a half!There is a feeling as you walk in the door of Mercedes of Scottsdale that all of their staff isvery service driven and that results in the great customer experience you get .

Do not buy from here! They sold me a tampered with 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee that stalls out while in drive, starts 1/5 times I try to turn it on, and has been disabled to show any error lights (check engine, diagnostic readings, etc). I have reached out to the sales person I purchased from, Landon, and he has proven to be unhelpful in settling on a resolve here. If they sold me a good car why wouldn’t they happily purchase it back from me? Bad business.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I was ready and willing to buy yet my husband and I felt dismissed. The salesman that helped us was not helpful at all and said they didn’t have anything to show me. He was very discouraging and didn’t seemed like he wanted to sell anything. I even looked online and it showed they did have cars available. The next day I had another sales man call me yet I also didn’t get the most encouraging service. He also stated how they had low inventory. I decided to go to the Gilbert Mercedes and wow it was night and day! They really know how to treat their customers and had so much inventory! I ended up buying a BRAND NEW Car and had one of the best experiences while doing it!Do not recommend this dealership. Go to Gilbert, trust me.

Ended up buying a car when I was still in the just looking stage. Got a great car for a fair price. Salesperson was knowledgeable, and not too pushy. Going through Finance was smoother and faster than Ive ever experienced with other car purchases. If youre in the market for a new Mercedes, this place has good inventory and qualified staff to help you get into your next ride.

Took my car last week for a basic service.. rude customer service and judging by how they only reply on here to good reviews that goes to show what kind of business they run. Today my brakes gave out in the middle of the freeway! There was never no issue with my brakes before I took it for a service. Taking my car today to an expert in accident investigation to determine if there was any tampering with my brake system to cause them to fail. Thank god I wasn’t seriously injured but just funny how after my car is serviced here my brakes go out?? That would have been caught during my service appointment. Nothing wrong with my brakes what so ever. Can’t wait to find out the results so I can get an attorney!

The turbo coolant tank seam separated or cracked, not loosing fluid yet but in Arizona 100+ degree days, coolant for the vehicle is critical. Originally called MB of Gilbert and they told me it would be three days before they could look at it. ???Called back and told them it is under warranty and the severity and they said have it towed over and we will look at it in three days? Called Scottsdale dealership and they said bring it in and we will make time to assure you and the vehicle are safe from failure. The dealership service was very busy but they were very organized and had the car in service 10 minutes later. Found a new dealership with customer driven, competent and professional employees in Scottsdale.

Wish I could give 0 stars specially for service since the sales person did not clearly explain the requirements and he seemed like he did not want to give me as a customer a test drive before buying the car instead offered me to sit next to him. I have to admit, I am not the easier person to deal with when it comes to purchasing a car. My sale person was Craig Rusin. He was patient, attentive and easy going. He does have a sense of humor where it can ease up the anxiousness. He never pressured me to purchase anything. We made a deal and the transaction was painless.After getting my car, I was having a lot of issues with the rear entertainment systems. He was there (after a week) trying to resolve my issues to meet my expectation.I am extremely please and proud of my 2020 GLS 45. I am also glad that Craig was the person I had the pleasure to encounter with.

I recently bought a 21 E63s AMG from Chris Bucher and MB of Scottsdale. Overall it was an awesome process! Chris helped me order the car back in January, and he regularly checked in to give me updates of what was going on with the build of the car. He even told me when it shipped from Germany and what boat it was on so I could track it as it came across the Atlantic. Pretty cool!When I took ownership of the car I had a few questions about the new tech. The dealership has a product specialist named Gus. Gus has always made himself available to answer all of my questions and walk me through the MBUX. I cant tell you how nice that is. After I bought my GLC, I convinced my dad to buy a sedan from Tino. In addition, I have a couple other friends also buying from Tino. He is the best. You will not regret going to him. The entire staff is great and could not be more helpful and easy to work with.

I had a great experience with the dealership to purchase a used c43 remotely. I worked with Remington and he took great care of me, helping to give me an accurate representation of the condition of the car since I couldnt see it in person. He was very communicative and available as needed. They helped organize shipping to California and got the car up here in a timely fashion.We had a little bit of a trouble with the shipping company and the dealership went above and beyond to compensate me for the issues even though they werent directly responsible.

What a great experience. Everyone was attentive and professional. After our deal was done, my friend who is deployed to Syria, was distraught that I traded my old Benz. Mercedes of Scottsdale has offered to sell him the car at basically no profit. Who does that? Mercedes of Scottsdale does. I’m not going to single anyone out, because they all exceeded anything I’ve ever experienced. I’ve bought 70+ cars in my 69 years.

Brought my 2018 C63S in for service and found out I needed brakes. No issues and I was ok with it. I picked up the vehicle and the service receipt and left. I was talking with another master mechanic and he said the parts pricing seemed high so I went on mbscottsdale.com website and went through the parts list to find out no only did the charge me more through service than what they were selling the part for online - they charged me MORE THAN THE RETAIL PRICE listed on their site (and most of the parts were on sale on the site... and still are) All in all they charged $1k more for parts through the service department than what was listed on the site. I brought it up to the service writer with the first statement being Well we dont set part prices.... So, nothing from here so I guess this is a one and done dealership? If you catch them ripping you off they dont care - just move on to the next person that hasnt figured it out....lesson learned - trust seems to be a hard thing to find....

This was my first experience with this MB location, but my 3rd working with Remington. This was my best experience yet. The process moved very quickly and fairly. Many car options were explored and I ended with the one I hadnt considered thanks to Remingtons patience. This was our first Mercedes Benz buying experience and all of the staff at MB Scottsdale did an incredible job to make us feel comfortable and they clearly valued our time, as this was the smoothest purchase of 10 previous purchases we have ever experienced. Our first impression was when we met Dori Donnelly at reception. She was happy to see us, offered us water and made us comfortable while she page our salesperson, Craig Rusin. I had contacted Craig by text and email before we arrived about a car we were interested in. He was very responsive and made himself available for our visit whenever we had the time. Craig was amazing, he is an outstanding MB representative, really knows his vehicles and focused on us, our test drive and any questions we had. We went home that night, decided to purchase the car, and worked with Craig easily by text to come to an agreement. Then, when we came in the next day, he had the car all ready to go for us, and even though we were late, he was accommodating. Then, Pedro Martinez spent some time with us in the car doing an outstanding job of explaining about how it works. Then, we went to the usually dreaded finance office. In our experience, this office is dreaded, mostly because it takes way too long, and they try to sell you something you really dont need. However, Chris Bartlit was unlike any finance representative we ever dealt with, in that he was quick, to the point, didnt sell us anything we didnt need, and had us quickly on our way in our amazingly wonderful new MB. Finally, both Craig and Chris were every responsive to any questions weve had in the subsequent week since our purchase. So, kudos to Craig, Chris, Dori and Pedro, and all the wonderful sales staff at MB Scottsdale.

I informed the technician of a problem with electronic locks and trunk release. He recommended $700 which I paid. The keys apparently were not the problem, and he then recommended additional service expense to diagnose. i will diagnose, but not with this dealership.

I recently purchased my first used Mercedes late last year (after owning Jaguar, Porsche, and unfortunately BMW) and as the first lights hit my dash, MILEstones at which most cars will request some routine tlc, I was tasked in finding an authorized Mercedes service shop that I could also hopefully trust. 2 absolute requirements most easily found at ones local dealership (least with German autos). But personalized cust service? or cost effectiveness? So to get to the GD point here; Rarely have I been lucky enough to find a place that checks all the boxes, I chose to roll the dice on Mercedes of Scottsdale and was glad I did! I would even recommend these ppl to my Mother (prime target for the slimy type car mechanics). My service manager was/is Greg, who I couldn’t praise more for going above and beyond. Provided me a brand new car to use for $20 till mine was ready, located and repaired everything I had concerns about and more, had me in and out quickly and seamlessly dropping and picking up, and was diligent in finding what was covered by warranty etc, so walked outta there only around $700 lighter (not rare to be left a hefty $1k+ bill with surprise repairs etc). If u own a Mercedes in the area, bring it here, ask for Greg, u won’t find better.

Bojan was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, professional and treated me like a VIP (which I am not). He treated me like I was spending $150K for a new car vs. my 2014 E350 I purchased (which I love). He definitely went above and beyond and I highly recommend him. Had a great experience- was looking for a specific (discontinued) model, Max kept his eyes out for me and called me the instant they got one in in trade. I drove it and put a deposit on it before it went through the inspection process, and paperwork when it was ready was just as quick and easy. Ill be back when its time for my next one!

I took my mom there on a friends recommendation and really regret it. Ryan Crutchfield, the finance person was very aggressive in trying to sell her an extended warranty on her car. He wouldnt take no for an answer and really made the experience a regrettable one. She is older and felt very uncomfortable. John the other sales person was great and is the only reason we didnt cancel that day. I will not be buying another car there.

I recently moved to Arizona and thought I had a Mercedes dealer nearby in Flagstaff. How disappointed I was to find out that they had closed earlier this year.Looking for my next closest option it appeared to be Mercedes of Scottsdale which is over 2 hours away. Booking my appointment on line I wasn’t sure what to expect but it set me up with Scott Roberts, one of their service advisors. He contacted me both by email and a follow up call to make sure he knew what my needs were. I had some things that I could take care of in the greater Phoenix area so my plan was set.Upon arrival Scott was the total professional from greeting, setting expectations and making sure they could realistically meet my expectations. As delivery time came near I was informed of an issue (always expect the unexpected) and Scott’s greatest concern was to make sure I’d be able to make it back home as they dug deeper into my issue.Scott updated me along the way as they worked through the diagnostics and finally a resolution. I’ve almost always gotten “good” service from my Mercedes dealer but Scott really went above and beyond to make sure my first experience with Scottsdale Mercedes was memorable.Rumor has it that Mercedes of Flagstaff may reopen in a month or two but honestly knowing the level of service Scott gave me I’m certain I’ll make the drive for outstanding service instead of taking a chance hoping to get just good service elsewhere.Thank you Scott Roberts and Mercedes of Scottsdale.
