HORRIFIC experience!! Owner came to measure for carpet. She never said hello or introduced herself. Never said anything. Ron at showroom sent us a quote for the carpet we selected. His calculations were TRIPLE the correct amount. I don’t know whether he thought we were stupid, was trying to fleece us or just didn’t know how to use a calculator. One would think such an inflated estimate would send up a red flag. When I brought this to his attention he didn’t even apologize. We then found out the installers are contract so there is no recourse with discount carpet brokers incase of a problem. We have read horror stories about their Installations. BE WARNED!

Customer service is poor. I requested a carpet that was warrantied against cat feces. I was told that the one I ordered provided this. After installation I found out from a book later sent to me that this was not true. When I questioned management they called me a liar,wacko and hung up. Not the approach they took when ordering
