This place is FANTASTIC. I was graciously given $500 Acima credit towards a new phone at this location. The employees were very helpful and answered all questions, promptly and fully so I understood. The professional and knowledge of product is beyond expectations. KUDOS to employees there. Instead of buying new phone, I had two older cracked cell phones fixed. It only took 75-minutes for employees to finish. The cell phones look brand new and have had no problems with both cell phones so far. THIS IS MY NEW REPAIR STORE!!

Compelled to write this review, not for faulty service or goods, but a deeper, much larger problem that exists in the industry.These guys had an advertisement all over social media with photos of young men purchasing the latest PlayStation5 and Xbox consoles. Naturally, since so many people are still trying to get their hands on one, they are taking advantage of this to lure in customers. Once I asked them, via direct contact “how much are you selling ps5s for?” They responded with “$1200”. That was enough, and then I asked them how much is the actual retail value of a ps5, and they refused to answer, only stating that they “paid way above retail” to get these consoles.So, basically funding and supporting scalpers directly or setting up scalping operations in order to secure multiple consoles like these. We can vote with our wallets, and voices. Businesses like this, no matter how good the service they may provide, are extremely indulgent in unethical business practices. The fact that they would buy these consoles which many many people are still trying to buy, in bulk and resell them for $1200, tells you everything you need to know about their moral or ethical compass. I get it, businesses have to make money, but if you support actions like these then they will always take advantage of their customers, do no support them. There is a line, I personally draw it here. Do what you want, just be aware of the inflated prices and the market reality that businesses like CPR support with their actions.

This place is a historic water feature along the canal with beautiful waterfall. This park also features four pickleball, tennis wall, two tennis courts, basketball court, and sand volleyball!

I would definitely recommend CPR to anyone who needs to get their phone screen replaced and is in a rush to get it fixed. I was able to drop my phone off and pick it up within 45 minutes. Terrible, I wanted a screen replacement on my LG K51 phone. They quoted $165.00, and they had to order the screen, I agreed and was going to give them my credit card over the phone. They said they couldnt do that and I had to come in. Crazy. I called another place and the job cost $85.00. So Im glad they didnt take my credit card over the phone!

Max really took care of my long term situation with an old phone. He was professional and took care of my problem really quickly. We discussed my problem of the charge/data port on my phone. I was thinking that it needed to be changed, but Max decided that maybe it just needed to be cleaned. Now that’s professionalism and customer care at its finest. The Phoenix location seems to be the only one of the three local CPR stores that knows how to use their Zagg invisshield vinyl cutter. Its a drive to get there, but i only like the invisishield screen protector. Great job and fast.

They do a decent enough job on replacing the glass (although not the cheapest around), but the screen protectors that they sell are not worth it. It adds about $50 to the total cost, but what they dont tell you is that they wont replace it under warranty if it breaks. They will only replace it if you dont like it (for an additional $10). I wish I would have been told this upfront before shelling out an extra $50 on something that failed to protect my phone after it fell out of my pocket (and yes I had a case).

My phone problem was confirmed right away. They told me it would be about 45 mins to switch out my phones battery and charge it up to make sure that was the only issue, and it was. They did a great job fixing my iPhone XS OLED screen damaged by a brief dip in the pool (never trust IP68 certification=bs). The screen had an issue a month after and they replaced it again for free! Great, fast service!

Stopped by to talk about replacing a Zagg screen that Verizon had told us would be covered through warranty in case of breakage. Then once it was broken Verizon told us they dont actually take care of it in house to reach out to the manufacturer... BUT right next door is CPR and they replaced it in no time for just $10. It was quick, painless and Brians customer service was great. There was also another guy in the back that was working on something and he even chimed in whenever he could just to be helpful, so that was rad. These guys are awesome, and extremely honest! I my charging port wasnt working and I was expecting that I would need a new unit put in. Turns out there was just something in there which they blew out with compressed air and returned the phone to me in just a few minutes. Ive gone to them before for a sticking volume rocker switch on my S8 and they did a great job with it. Cant recommend this place enough!

Joey the manager is a great guy. Hes helped me multiple times with putting on a glass protective cover to protect my screen. (If youve not done it before, it can be really difficult to get it on straight with no air bubbles or dust under the screen.)I hope by the time you get there he will have established a fee for doing so. I always tip him $5 for the help, and you should too!Ive had the opportunity to overhear a couple of conversations hes had with clients (while I was waiting in the smallish store.). He is very honest and not at all condescending and a fountain of knowledge for cell phones and drones, (yes they sell drones too.)Do yourself a favor, before you drop another $500 to $1000 on a new phone or sign another two year contract, check to see what it will cost to repair your current phone or buy a repaired name brand phone. Chances are it will be the rough equivalent of your cell phone insurance copay.

I had broken a piece of an auxiliary cord off in my headphone jack somehow. These guys took the time to remove it and my phone is working perfectly. My Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge that I have had for about 4 years now overheated then shutdown and would not turn on again even after letting it cool down and charging it afterwards; took it over to CPR and got helped right away and in about 5 to 10 minutes (Cant remember his name) he was able to get into the BIOS of the phone and boot it back up no charge. Awesome place!

CPR in Scottsdale AZ are my heroes. I was vacationing in Scottsdale and upon arriving at the Phoenix Airport my tablet bag fell from the Ladies room door hook and the screen was damaged. I googled for places near me that repaired Surface Pro 1 tablets and found CPR. It was the Labor day holiday afternoon but the store was open and was able to order the part – 48 hrs later I had my Surface back repaired!! Before I went to CPR I went to the Microsoft store in town but they were unable to help since my surface was too old. THANK YOU CPR!!

I brought my phone in which had been thoroughly dunked in the Salt River - they saved it! Now I just have to find a way to back up all of my texts that my late husband sent me - this was my greatest fear and they came through by saving the device. Best repair place ever!

Took my phone in to replace the cracked screen. It was a $250 repair which is what I expected to pay. They said it would take an hour and they were done on time, but in the process they cracked the glass on the back of my phone. They didnt have the parts they needed to replace what they broke, but they had already ordered the parts and told me to come back when the parts were in and they would fix their mistake at no charge. I was annoyed at having to spend another 2 hours, but accidents happen. Then things got worse, when i got home, the first time I tried to text, I had no cell service. I went to my service provider for an evaluation. They thought it might be the the sim card or that the internal antenna had been damaged or knocked out of alignment when the screen was replaced. We put in a new sim card, still no service. CPR not only broke the back glass, they also messed up the cell antenna making my phone useless unless I am on a wifi network. Now I have to go back today. This fairly standard one hour repair has now turned into a minimum of five hours of my personal time at multiple stores plus another two hours of driving time and no cell service during one of the busiest times of the year. I will update this review when appropriate.Update: took phone in and the manager did an inspection. He freely admitted that the antenna was out of place most likely because of their work. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes and sent me on my way with a functioning phone. Changing review to 4 stars because they did what they could to fix the problem they created with as little inconvenience to me as could be managed.

Excellent work! Battery on S7Edge started bulging and lifting the back which I found out prior is fairly common on a 2YO Samsung. Francisco was astute and completey upfront on what was required.
