I drove to this store after driving to the edible arrangements on Bell (245 E Bell) and it being closed, despite the fact that it was shown as open on Google. The note on the door at the Bell location stated to call this location. I called pretty heated as I would have to drive 11 miles to this location. What I will say is when I got there, the woman was very sympathetic and elaborated on the situation to help me understand what may have happened. I received my half dozen order of chocolate covered strawberries for free. Thank you!!! This is how you do good business. I’ll probably be back :)

I am so upset. I ordered a nice arrangement for my Dr’s Birthday and asked for delivery since we would be working. I asked them to please have it in our office no later then 3:00pm because we were closing at 2:30pm. I called at 1 spoke with Tracy and asked if I could have it no later than 2:30 (drs bday he’s trying to leave and celebrate) she assured me they could do it. 2:30 comes around I call and speak with Tracy she tells me the order is running late. I am in tears !! I just wanted something nice for Dr., Tracy was rude trying to get me to cancel my order. I spoke with Claudia who was the opposite very professional and kind she brought my order to the office. Thank you Claudia you’re an asset to your store. Only reason I didn’t give a one star.

Love working here and love the staff . I ordered here for Mother’s Day last year highly recommend to come order your arrangements and strawberries here ! Super clean and very good management ❤️.

This place is gross!! I had an order from this location delivered and the old guy who delivered my order was not wearing a mask and coughing on my arrangement. He stated Rebecca and the manager said that he doesnt have to wear a mask. Unacceptable!! I noticed fingerprints in chocolate and a dead roach in my basket. If you value your health dont eat from this edible arrangements in Scottsdale.

I ordered three boxes of chocolate dipped fruit for my kids on Easter. One apple, one strawberry and one assortment. The apples I received were mealy and had holes in them like they had been picked off of a bouquet and put into a box. I love edible arrangements but will not be returning.

Thank you so much Edible Arrangements of Scottsdale. I ordered an arrangement this morning to be delivered to my sons in laws as they are all gathering for a loved one on hospice. My son just sent me a picture of the beautiful fruit artwork they received! It is beautiful and as none of them had ever received one before- totally blown away. Thank you for adding beauty and yummy fruit to a family for their nourishment- physically and emotionally! An excellent company and great customer service!

I had placed an order on 2/13/20 to be delivered on 2/14/20. Upon placing the order I called the store and left a message stating it was crucial the item was delivered by 10:30 AM and if this was not possible to please give me a call. I left the order number and my contact information on the voicemail. I never received a call and the product was not delivered by 10:30 AM. I called the store to see what was going on and they told me they could not find the order and put me on a 30 minute hold. I then drove to the store and they found the order slip and said they were overbooked and I should not have even been able to place an order. They offered something out of the refrigerated section as a substitute. This was disappointing because it was to my daughter with a personalized message. The manager could not figure out how to refund the delivery fee and told me she would contact me later. I asked for the contact information to the franchise owner and the store refused. The franchise owner should be more involved in his business. Disappointing experience and not what I have come accustomed to with Edible Arrangements.

Great place to get a decadent surprise for all sorts of occasions. Great customer service and some of the most delicious giant chocolate cover strawberries Ive ever tasted. I also recommend giving the bananas a try! Bring an edible arrangement to your next gathering and everybody will love you.

A wonderful experience. Amanda was superb. She worked very hard to connect with a family to deliver the edible bouquet we ordered. She kept me well informed. She was willing to continue to try and after 4 days tey were available. Since it was so long from order to delivery day, she acttually made another fresh arrangements. I recommend her and the store very highly!!

They put the arrangement together perfectly and got the card spot on. Delivered in a timely manner. The arrangement was good quality as well. Definitely satisfied especially since I ordered online. Website was very easy to use.

I was thrilled that they got my order delivered before the recipient left for the day, since I placed my order day of deliver. I was extremely disappointed that they called the recipient to ask what her suite number was!!! There is a directory in the lobby of her building so the driver could have just found the suite number there. So disappointing that I spend $60 on a balloon, a apple and a few strawberries for Edible Arrangements to ruin the surprise. FYI - DO NOT give them your recipients phone number when placing your order.

I was disappointed in the service. So much that I am driving to another location to pick up another arrangement.Other guests in the store were nicer and more helpful than staff.

Terrible service. I specifically asked for the arrangement to be delivered yesterday at 10:00 am and its still not here! i wasted $139 for nothing. I will never by here again and I suggest no one else does either.
