Great customer service! I wrongfully wrote a bad review about another location on this Scottsdale store and I apologize completely. The manger that responded won my business by great customer service and showed customers happiness means something. Says “we are just happy to make your special someone happy with our product.” I’ll be coming here to buy the gifts I originally wanted to purchase at anthem. Come to this location!!

Love the caramel apples! The chocolates with nuts and caramel are delicious 😋 and you can even get your dogs a bone that is dipped in a dog safe coating.

Love Yogurtini, its a family fave, and this one has an additional chocolate factory! Whats not to love? All kinds of goodies to pick from.

Good chocolate, very good frozen yogurt and candied applies. Lots of variety. Staff were pleasant and helpful. A little pricey.

Delicious and decadent candy caramel apples! Also, my customer experience with Soma was wonderful. I came in about 10 minutes before close with a pretty big order 😬, but she was so kind and made sure we got everything we needed. Great spot for chocolates and caramel apples.

We love the chocolate confections here. Our favorites are still the carmel and chocolate covered apples with numerous toppings. Especially the dark chocolate ones. The chocolate is wonderfully created and appears in more forms that I would readily imagine. The are other candy and chocolate dipped items available. Its fun to try something new. Recommend!

This is NOT a place to take a 3 year old, it was a waste of $40.00 1 adult & 1 child ticket. Whenever my granddaughter touched a glass exhibit (it was a fish exhibit) she was told STOP TOUCHING THE GLASS loudly. This is what little kids do, right. She happened to touch the glass a 2nd time, the same lady announced over the intercom LOUDLY to STOP. Staff was not at all kid friendly !!! Went to cafe bought granddaughter butterfly cookie for $4.50 it was do stale & hard she wouldnt eat it. The only thing kids would like here is of course the OVERPRICED gift shop.

Just thought Id give this place 5 stars because only one other person rated, and it was one star, based completely off of something the store shouldnt be merited on.

Love thier chocolate and their apples, plus they will make any kind of apple you want!!!

This is not a Rocky mountain chocolate factory. this is part of the Yogurtini and there is a teeny tiny brand deal where they feature maybe a little bit of Rocky mountain chocolate factory selection for people who come in looking for a dessert to eat on the spot. however it is not even 10% of what a Rocky mountain chocolate factory typically offers, and if youre looking for a chocolatier than this is the wrong place.

Its the same place as Yogurtini. The ice cream is good but I like the yogurt better :)

Love the Chocolate here. A regular stop for us.
