Great place to start the day. Large selection of cigars.

I was visiting Arizona from Indiana and acknowledging how customer service varies based on societal norms. Needless to say, Arizona doesn’t have that Midwest lovin’ that I’m used to. I was discussing this phenomenon with a sibling, as we by chance pulled up to cigar king. To my surprise we were met by the owner’s son in the parking lot. He had closed up the shop and upon seeing us reopened the store and gave us a full tour with complimentary cigars. I want the family that runs cigar king to know that your customer service, quality in product, and professionalism earned my families business from across the country! We will purchase from you all online and visit when we come back to Arizona. Keep up the awesome work and thank you for being yourselves!

Great place, great employees incredible deals, especially if you check out the online sales, they have so many move watches there, and all kinds of events, nicest cigar shop employees in town. Large comfortable living.. Member rooms... All kinds of goodies. Even cbd and shaving stuff! A true gentlemans paradise. Ill be back, again and again.

Finding a good torpedo whilst traveling can be a bit of a chore. I found this gem with a web search, and was pleasantly surprised by the selection.But then, the real joy.The Chicken Wings.I, like any Brit, enjoy a piping set of bangers n mash, nearly impossible to find in the US of A.But these chicken wings were just divine.I ordered a plate of the Jamaican wings, sampled a stick, then went back for another serving of a dozen of their Buffalo Nuclear wings. Just insanity, chaps.Keep off the ranch dressing unless youre a total pansy. You can take the heat.Keep it up; Ill be back round next time Im in the area, likely in June.

My new favorite cigar. Love Cigar King, dont come here enough. Everytime I do return, I wonder why this isnt my 1st stop. They always have what I want, the staff is crazy helpful, their humidor is top notch, the lounge is fabulous.

I came across the cigar king while searching online for cigars. I normally purchase from stores that are located on the east coast until now. I placed an order with cigar king after finding out they are local here in Arizona the prices are great, but here’s the thing I chose priority mail should have received the order within a few days didn’t happen after signing up with usps for all updates nothing but crickets until about 8 days then finding out it went to Porto Rico I called the store and here is where it gets amazing. I spoke with Gary he told me he would send out a package of cigars and I will receive it the next day. The next day I received it. This place has really competitive prices and such a huge selection and inventory of cigars, but the most awesome thing is their customer service, something that I haven’t experienced for a long time and with the situation we have been in most of the year. This nailed it for me no reason to look anywhere else for buying cigars. This company Rocks. I would highly recommend that you give them a try, for me they are now my go to place for my cigars. The first order I placed I got the wrong product. Thankfully the guy I spoke with fixed the order and it only took a few extra days (after the first 4-5 days) fir the cigars to get here. Called on the 17th of April to get a promotional package that only had 2300 produced going to select vendors. I called a vendor here in California that morning and the 10 they got in were gone moments after they came in. I checked website and found out that cigar king was a vendor that was having some sent to them. Since Ive place 4 orders with them in the past I figured why not?! Placed order with Mitchell that morning. He said that they hadnt gotten them,but he was taking pre-orders as they came in and they should be in house on that Monday (4-19-21). I said sure thing! Got an email saying that order had been created. Monday came and nothing. Tuesday came and nothing. So I called Wednesday to check on status at 4:30 PM. Guy that answered the phone first said they hadnt been delivered then he said let me check and see if they have been delivered. I say ok. He says they just came in,and theyll be going out to you tomorrow (4-21-21). I check website and nothing! Today 4-24-21 and I get Gary. I ask the usual questions about my order and he says oh its still here. Ill print label and make sure its done today! They dont pick up on Saturday so it will go out Monday. 😡 Now Im thinking that it has been sitting and it was supposed to have gone out a couple of days ago and now it will sit a few days more?! I hang up. I call back to see if Gary will send it next day or something, and he says it wasnt supposed to go out to the customers before the 6th of next month! Do you want me to cancel the order?! I tell him no!!! It was supposed to be sent out Thursday and its still available there! I tell him that the vendor closest to me sold out the first day and he says yeah theyre selling them and my thought was gary just lied to me!!! In short, cigar king just lost my business because of Gary!!!!! I buy lots of cigars and this was a limited edition kit with a raffle ticket three unbanned cigars (because the company was going to name the sticks live on 5-6-21) a herf-a-dor a cutter (and I think a lighter) for a special deal. Gary has messed up my experience. Even after cigar king messed up my very first order, I still chose to do business with them until now! Thanks Gary for not offering to make this right and getting me to search for another cigar vendor to do business with!!!!!!!

If you havent already been here you should. They have a little bit of everything for the cigar smoker. Also have a online retail space to buy. Large indoor cigar lounge and also a outside lounge as well. The selection of cigars will not disappoint you. A must if looking for cigars in Scottsdale, AZ.

Dont let the name fool you - in addition to cigars, this place has the best chicken wings in town. I was in the Scottsdale area for a conference, down from Toronto, and we stopped in for a stogie, and stayed for the chicken wings. Ask for satay dipping sauce!

Full service cigar store. Lotsa choices and all the major brands, reasonable prices. Private label cigars are a good deal. Also a watch store and a high quality shaving supplies store. No vape, no bongs, no silly stuff. Old fashioned cigar store. Use GPS since is off beaten track. Behind the Scottsdale airport. Parking lot right in front and OK to park on the street.They treat customers as old friends, and there is a smoking area.

I was looking for a cigar Ive never heard of called Ciclope I saw it on a YouTube channel. I goggled the name and Cigar King popped up thank goodness they did. I ordered them and unfortunately the cigars I wanted was out of stock. I received a call from them and was given 2 free sticks to make up for the small mishap. The only complaint Ive is their delivery time is EXCELLENT 🤣🤣🤣 2 days my A$$. They were delivered in 1 day, I ordered them on Thursday they arrived on Saturday. So whats wrong with that? I work 40 striaght every weekend LMBO had to wait until today Monday to open them.

Fantastic selection of cigars with great prices to go along with them. They have a very large walk-in humidor and a large lounge to accompany that as well. Multiple TVs with various different things to watch with a lot of lounge chairs to sit back and relax in while smoking cigars. No lounge or membership fees are needed, just walk in, buy a cigar, and sit down and enjoy your time there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as the regulars that I spoke to while I was there.

Great prices on premium cigars and if you wanna relax with your smoke, there is a nice byob smoking lounge in the back.

Have done business with this shop for a few months now through online purchases and a few by phone. I have been dealing with Kole who has been awesome. Wish I could get treated this well by one of the shops near my home in NJ. Cigar Kings prices are competitive, but the difference maker is the outstanding service. The only negative is my new favorite cigar shop is 2,400 miles from home. With this kind of service I can live with that.

I dont smoke cigars but bought some for my groomsmen before my wedding this past weekend. The store is amazing and the people that work there are super friendly and very helpful. Everyone loved their gifts, I would definitely recommend this place!

Ordered some Charter Oak Toro from the online store. They arrived in a timely manner. But, the cigars are so dry, they cracked just pulling them out of the plastic! The lid to the box was severely warped. Which is a sign the box was stored in a high heat area! This is the last time I will buy online! So yourself a favor and buy from someone else.

Incredibly demeaning to female customers. An older gentleman asked if I needed help and when I said no he said, just looking at the pretty packages? I have never been treated this poorly by a cigar shop. There are female cigar afficionados out there who know their way around a humidor thank you very much. My 1k count humidor will never house another stick from Cigar King if this is how theyre going to disrespect their female customers.

6/26/2014:Great selection of cigars. A lot better priced then back home in Milwaukee (stupid Tobacco tax). They even allow u to bring in your own drinks in, most place Ive known frown on this, so when I heard that I was excited. Cigar King will match their website price and will give u great deal and great recommendations! Joe is the guy to talk to. Hes only 20 but the kid knows his stuff, love to talk but is very informative and has great customer service. Will go above and beyond to help you.This place also has a killer selection of watches and high end shaving cream. I was hooked when I saw the shaving cream with old school brushes. I got a synthetic one for $20 with the holder. And I will never go back to shaving cream in a can. The stuff they had 2 8oz jars for $30. Art of Shaving, alone coat about $30. U might say compared to Edge or Gillette that super expensive but the blade cuts right through and doesnt get the cream stuck in the razor. Super clean smooth shave. Im really starting to enjoy shaving a lot more.If you just want to chill and smoke a cigar their lounge is a clean exposed garage with wild game on the walls, so if ur a member of PITA this place is not for you :), and at least 8-40 tvs for all the sport games. Over 10 oversized lounge chairs. This is the place to check out. They even have an old school wet bar like section where u could play cards if you wanted.Def worth the trip! I cant wait to watch football there!

This is my favorite place in N. Scottsdale without a doubt. I cant say enough about Cigar Kings welcoming environment and great staff. If youre new to cigars or looking for gifts, just ask the CK team. They are incredibly knowledgeable and wont try to up-sell you into buying a mediocre stick for too much moola. Check out the lounge. In our recent visit to Phoenix I was hunting for a good cigar shop. Found Cigar King onle and we bee-lined there. WOW! Hhuge selection. Great service. Really know their stuff, as by the evidence of clients in the shop and outside. Unfortunately customs import tax in Cnada is prohibitive, but anytime I am in the US I will be placing an order with you guys. BTW, loved the Heirloom Reserve brand that you produce. Great draw and consistent quality. Keep it up guys.

Competitors can hardly match their selection, although I was disappointed by the products condition.When I had good friends vacationing in Arizona for golf in February, I had them call ahead to place a large order on behalf of myself. I purchased around 72 cigars in total and they even threw in quite a number sticks on the house. This caught me off guard and coupled with the excellent customer service gave me a highly favourable impression of the establishment.When my friends returned with the cigars I was in for a shock: nearly half the box of Liga Privada No.9 Robustos had severe wrapper damage and two of the three Davidoff Nicaragua Robustos had almost completely split wrappers. My friends did not delay long after picking up the order, catching their flight the day afterward so I doubt they sustained such a degree of damage in-transit.Because of the excellent service I received I wish nothing more than to leave a favourable review, I will even change my mind if my future business with Cigar King goes better. I may just find another store in Scottsdale the next time my friends go golfing.With Regret,Nicholas Asquin
