Love love love the spacious room, and Peet’s coffee inside.

I love fee free banking and seriously Iove all the perks of Capital One. The only annoying thing I have run into is not being able to deposit cash into my account because there isnt a branch. So I was excited when I heard they were finally opening a branch in Arizona. However, for the ONLY branch in Arizona not to be able to do basic banking branch services...whats the point of having a branch? I needed a same day cashiers check. They said they dont offer that because they dont print checks at the location...hmmm

Not a terrible place to stop by and get some coffee when you are at the fashion square mall and it would be nice if this is an actual Capital One branch location. The interior design of this place is really nice as well, but most rooms are closed. I was originally going in to try some coffee from this place as I did enjoy the Macchiato I got when I first visited a Capital One Cafe in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I also noticed that Capital One credit/debit card holders receive 50% off their order. I told the barista about my situation where I opened a Capital One 360 Checking account almost 2 weeks ago and never got the debit card, I was told to talk to one of the employees who were hanging out, laughing loud, talking loud etc. I was only to be told to call the 1800 number, which I did and had to ask them to expedite the shipment of the debit card. Since I did order a Mocha before I went to the other people there, they let me have the first one for free. Since I hate to just grab freebies, I ordered another one and explained to her what is the outcome when she asked about it, she trusted that I am a Capital One account holder when I told her I could show her the app on my phone. That is when things get complicated. I was going to get Iced espresso with soy milk, it came out in a very small cup and wanted to charge me extra for soy milk, I had to wrap around and ask her for another mocha regular. It has been a mess on my visit here and it is really bad that they were out of condensed milk and the macchiato I enjoyed at the FL location. I was going to try the Havana Cappuccino on the menu.

Excellent... Banking and coffee fix

Just got denied to buy a coffee because i wasn’t wearing a mask, at my bank cafe! Shame on you Capital One!

I have been to the Capital One Café in Portland, and I was so excited to see one coming to Scottsdale. Banking with Capital One has been the best banking experience of my adult life. Its great to have the Café to ask questions. The perk of buying a coffee with my Venture at half price is just a bonus. I love that they do community education. They are invaluable. While my husband and I were there, Shana showed us around even though they are still unpacking. She was amazing. She answered some questions we had on adding an account during this time. Another employee Cam directed us to some helpful tools. It was a lovely experience. I think this Café is a wonderful addition to Scottdale.

Been coming here every once in a while for the last 6 months. Always have a great service experience. Shannon greeted us and was very pleasant.

I am so sad that they are temporary close due to COVID-19. I would say they are by far the best coffee shop in Phoenix. So taste and everyone I bring to this coffee shop loved their coffee!!! I hope they come back as soon as possible.
