Just picked up a mobile order as I have been for the last 10 weeks. Grabbed my coffee order from the mat. Was asked in the future to not grab coffee orders just in case they’re not mine.Here’s my issues: acknowledge customers as they enter towards the mobile order pick up side. Another grand idea, how about turn the label to face the customer side of the counter. Or, better yet, a tacky “slow the spread” sign.Out of curiosity, is this a company policy or an individuals perspective?

Its starbucks if this review is swaying your decision then you really have bigger issues that need addressing... if the lines too long go to another one ...

Of course it is a major corporation and I prefer not to support it but I will say the coffee works and the caramel macchiato, cinnamon dolce latte, and the mocha are delicious.

The lines may look long but they do a very good job keeping a short wait. Most Ive waited was 15min but the line was wrapped around.

Every sunday I come on my break to order the same sandwich. 95% of the time Im the only person inside. And yet, almost every sunday I watch as they take my sandwich over to the drive through section and leave it there. I have to get their attention after waiting for 10+ minutes every time even though Im the only person in the store. Its just borderline funny that they pretend not to see me instead of giving me the one (1) item I order. Leaving a review because after several months of this it makes me feel sad. I love starbucks, but they dont love me I guess.

Good coffee and the wait in the drive though is improving which is a plus!

For context, I make videos with my phone that use a special phone case for lenses, and use a separate phone case wallet for my debit card. So I cant tell you how many times ive left my card at home after accidentally bringing the wrong case. Maybe at least 5 or 6 times. TOO MANY TIMES. One of the baristas, Ashira had to deal with a majority of those instances and helped me out tremendously each time with humor and understanding. Never felt more comfortable at a business because of her and the rest of the amazing Osborne team. Props to the crew!

Ive always liked the atmosphere of this Starbucks, but the service is almost always slow. This time however, the service was incredibly quick. It made it a five star experience. I decided to leave a five star review for this experience in hopes that it encourages this kind of behavior. Fast and polite service makes a BIG difference.

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks. Everyone is always so nice and fast. If your drink is wrong they will remake it without a second of hesitation. The drive through is extremely fast and efficient. I will go out of my way to this Starbucks no matter where I work or need to go.

VERY slow location...wish there was another drive thru location convenient between home & work. Definitely the slowest Ive been too in the past 10 years. Nice people, but Im not here for the social, here to get caffeine fast & go.

Great location, very friendly baristas and fairly speedy. Its usually busy in the drive through during the morning rush, faster to use mobile order and pay and run inside quickly. Dont park where the line for the drive through will wrap around and block you in though.This location is pretty small inside, dont expect a ton of room for a study group or larger group meeting. Fine for one on ones though.

Drive thru is okay. Going inside to order is a nightmare. They seem to put newest incompetent people on a single cash station. It is a very long wait at rush hours. People lined up all the way back to the door. Once a customer was ordering for someone on his cell phone. He gave his phone to the person at cash register to talk to the person on phone. I have walked out several times.

You could have closed the drive thru behind me. I waited in line like everyone else. It was only two more cars.

This is consistently one of the slowest locations Ive ever been to. Four people were waiting for their orders when I walked in and went straight to order. It then took nearly 15 minutes for a latte!

For some reason they can’t make my drink right. And on top of it all they didn’t remake it the girl at window was flustered.

I come here often because I work in the complex and have never had any problem with the employees at this location. However I order a strawberry acai refresher because thats pretty much all I like with extra scoops of strawberries and theyve been out of strawberries for about two weeks. It makes a big difference in the drink and its kind of dissapointing when I go in and grab my drink and realize that there isnt strawberries in it. Its not an employee problem it seems more like a management or even store problem and I get that people run out of things but you should know how much you use and be prepared I would understand if it was a one time thing but its been two weeks.

Like any other corporate Starbucks location this is always the best part of my day

Not only can they not make the right drink to save their lives, theyre too cool for school. If I wanted to waste my time around a gaggle of failed art students and hipsters living off of mommy and daddys money, Id just go to Portland.Avoid this location as you would the plague.

I love that most people who post here are just a bunch of angry snobs whove never worked at a place like this one and dont understand how HARD it is at a location like this one. Every time I go in they are VERY BUSY (in the morning anyways) and regardless of that they do their best to get everyone (both inside and at the drive thru) taken care of as quickly as possible. Also if they mess your drink up, just let them know, theyll quickly fix it right there for you after all as busy as they are its BOUND to happen. So, to the point... all of you inconsiderate people who get so upset over a lack of 5star service, grow up... youre going to a Starbucks not for coffee with the president, at least act like you know that.

Its rare they ever make my drink right. I order a salted caramel hot chocolate. Its supposed to have mocha sauce (a lot), toffee nut syrup, caramel syrup, and salt on top (when they have the salt in season). Its supposed to taste rich and bitter at the same time, BUT THEY ALWAYS SKIMP ME ON THE MOCHA SAUCE MAKING IT TASTE LIKE STEAMED MILK WITH A TINY TINY HINT OF CHOCOLATE. I wish they would get training on how to make drinks the same way. I HATE going through the drive through and being excited about getting my drink then pulling away (since theres usually a long line behind me) and tasting my drink then being filled with instant regret and sadness as the taste of nasty warm steamed milk floods my mouth!!!!! By that point I dont want to go wait in the long line to replace my drink and I dont have time to go back. Its a little frustrating. Rant over. Starbucks, PLEASE train all of your employees on how to correctly make drinks in a uniform way even if the drink is technically seasonal.

Pretty typical Starbucks. There is indoor and outdoor space. Theyve got WiFi, so you can work and drink. The crew is usually always very nice, even when the store gets busy....which is often. This particular Starbucks has a drive thru. The parking lot gets jammed up a bit. This Starbucks is directly next to a Subway, so it gets crazy busy during breakfast, lunch and dinner times.

Slow. Drive thru, or in store this place is always playing catch even when its slow. And the times that have received timely service they some how messed up my order. Seems like a training issue for this location, I would recommend going to another.

I just bought a 1/2 decafe latte and it doesn’t even taste like there is espresso? I was going to take it back but I didn’t want to risk being late for work.I’m not happy with my latte. No espresso taste.. the color doesn’t look like the right amount of shots were added either :/ that may be why it looks like they shorted me as well. It also tastes sweetened with a flavor, but that may just be the coconut milk.Either way, I rarely go to Starbucks, and this is why. I won’t be going back. I wasted $5 bucks on a poor tasting steamer :(The customer service was good, on a positive note.

One of the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. There are usually only two People working in the morning and no one ever at the counter. You have to wait a good five minutes before someone helps you at the counter.

Consistently make drinks wrong. I live next to this Starbucks and now drive out of my way to another location in old town.

My mom ordered a drink but it wasn’t the one she wanted because she didn’t know the exact name and then we googled it and found it we went to order again to switch the drinks and the worker was incredibly kind.

I have been going to this location and one other nearby for years. On average, this location has less friendly employees. There have been a few very friendly empoloyees. But lately, their employees frequently make drinks wrong. They do not respond well when you ask them to fix drinks when made incorrectly for missing Ingredients.

Do not go to this location. They are so busy and on a constant scramble just to keep up that customer service is non existent, oh and good luck actually getting your order as they constantly run out of product. Do yourself a favor and chose a different location.

I have never had such a bad experience with rude customer service-I come o this location every day and lately the baristas have made my experience so unpleasant that I may find a new location. When I order my drink, if they repeat it back time incorrectly and I restate my drink, one barista rolled her eyes at me and said, that is not what you said the first time. This morning, I ordered a drink with soy and when I got to work and tasted my drink, I found that the sky was bad and there were chunks floating inky drink..there is no way they did not see this when they made it. I am so dissapointed, this used to be a great location and the people would make my day!!
