Best gelato Ive had outside of Italy. A lot of places dont do pistachio well--theirs was so good! They passed my test, and i really like the bonus crispy, wafer cookie they add to each cup.

No flavor... and $4 for a tiny cup!! We purchased 2 of the smallest cups here, spent almost $10 and were extremely disappointed! All one taste is sweet... the flavor is restricted to sugar and thats it!! Never had worst gelato than here... Avoid it please!!!

Very good gelato. Huge selection. Got the spicy chocolate. Very good chocolate but not that spicy. Well return to try all the other flavors...

AMAZING Gelato! Great and imaginative flavors and presentation

I havent been more disappointed in the service I received at Frost Gelato in Scottsdale, AZ in my life. I came just after the store opened, and less than a third of the flavors were out. Ok, I thought, Ill wait. One young lady was waiting on customers and one other young man was very slowly putting out the rest of the gelatto flavors out all while talking on the phone (personal phone call). I said excuse me 3 times to him, and he was so engrossed in the call that he never heard. Finally I said it louder and asked for sea salt caramel. He said it would be out soon, and continued on with his personal phone call. When I suggested that he might be able to get more flavors out sooner by getting off the phone, he got really upset, came back out a few minutes later and put an empty tin in the sea salt caramel slot. I asked the young lady waiting on customers to check on it for me and she came back and said that they were out. An obvious lie and very rude. I will never go back to this location. The man whose name stars with an A should be fired on the spot. There is no reason for that. Dont go to this location, ever!

From customer service to the best gelato flavors I’ve ever had in my whole entire life (and I’m a gelato addict, and I try to find gelato places in every place I visit) this is the BEST I’ve had so far. The owner and her daughter and granddaughter are just precious!!!! You MUST go here if you want authentic Italian gelato !

I am a lover of gelato. Its one of my comfort food tbh. I dont think theres nothing a gelato cant fix, as for me. Their gelato doesnt melts so easily unlike other gelatos store Ive been before. They so many flavors and they also have dairy free gelato! As for the flavors, they arent that common for me. But I gave it a try anyway!

Omg I am so happy to find this place and the young lady who helped me so nice and complimentary (?) The gelato was amazing and there are so many flavors... Im going to be recognized person at this place sooner than later Im afraid😂 banana and dark chocolate 👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing treats! Got the gelatte and asked so many questions. The ladies here are so helpful and accommodating! Really good at multitasking, too, because it got really busy for a few minutes, there. Later, one of the staff came by with complimentary cups of water. It was just such a great experience. (Oh - and tre gelatte was PHENOMENAL.)

The. BEST gelato Ive had in Arizona! Scream at my face that Im exaggerating, but out of 3/4 the flavors Ive tasted at Frost, they remind me of that true, authentic, savory, and flavor-packed taste Ive had back in Italy back when I was a kid in 2006. Out of the 4 or 7 gelato shops me and the family visited in Italy itself, the flavors bring back memories... Yes, its that f****** delicious. I stop in there for gelato with no guilt on my waistline, nor my wallet. :) :) :)

Best ice cream/ gelato/ sorbeto/frozen custard ever.

The gelato is so smooth and flavorful, got a medium and was able to share as it’s a good size, wanna try all their flavors, also love the location as it’s next to the shake shack courtyard and lots of good shopping.

The gelato is absolutely delicious (I got the dark chocolate and salted caramel, my mom got the strawberry & champagne and we both loved ours) and the service was great! The staff were all very friendly when we placed our orders and they even brought us little cups of water while we were sitting outside. We will definitely be returning!

FrostGelato and sherbet it’s perfect for a party. Not that I’m a connoisseur but we did get to make gelato when we were in Italy and I have made sherbet before. I have to tell you this is some of the best sherbet I have eaten in a long time and a man mango gelato was superbMagnolia and Carly are as sweet as the gelato and sherbet.They had so many varieties but what I really loved is they have a stand that has these tiny little cones that you could fill with whatever sherbet or gelato that you would like. I think it held about 20 it was the cutest thing. Could take it outside to have a picnic or you could take it home have the party but you have to put down a deposit so they make sure they get them backThe place was so cute, son, and clean.I WOULD RECOMMEND.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!I made a mistake and pulled into the Frost N Go curbside pick up spot thinking it was the Shake spot for Shake Shack. (Long story but in New York they have separate lines for food and shakes and the signs were similar!) I called the number on the sign and spoke with Dora and told her I was in the curbside pickup and waiting for my shake that I had ordered online. She informed me that she had been told that they werent doing ordering online but immediately told me she would make the shake and bring it right out. When I figured out I had made the mistake I called back and she insisted on bringing the shake out and refused to take the payment or the gratuity I offered her. Dora is an asset to this business and allowed me to try the Frost product which was DELICIOUS and I would highly recommend trying it. Excellent shake and even more excellent customer service!

We absolutely love Frost, and this newest location is no different. Amazing high quality fresh made gelato, always served with a smile. Some flavors rotate periodically, and they always let you sample as many flavors as you like. There really is nothing else comparable to Frost in the Phoenix area. The Toasted Marshmallow and Strawberry Champagne are two of our favorites, but we never grow tired of trying fun new flavors. You won’t leave disappointed at Frost!

Great design. Friendly staff. Taste is not as different or great. There are lot of other shops with tastier icecream/Gelato.

The gelato here is absolute amazing. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they have different hours posted on the intranet than what the actual store hours are. I walked with my family over a mile and a half because online it show open until 10:00PM. Get there to find out their new hours are until 9:00PM. Is it that hard to update your ours online so people to waste their time coming to a closed store?

The place was clean & the staff was friendly but they would NOT allow tasters . I chose Salted Carmel & Espresso flavors . (Last weekend I had Salted Carmel & Coffee at a different location .) The salted Carmel was not sweet & the espresso was way too strong .If I was able to get tasters, I would of discovered this & would of ordered something else . I feel I have wasted my time & effort & money . :-(

Have visited several Frost locations in Phoenix and Tucson. Its by far my favorite frozen treat and they have an extensive flavor selection. I cant recommend the pistachio flavor enough, if you are into that sort of thing.

Great service, tons of options and reasonable prices for the portion size.

Guilt free gelato. Cream and milk arent main ingredients for this brand so avoid flavors that require that flavor, like stracciatella. All employees wear masks and are on the ball to serve and get you out of there quick.

The best gelato I’ve ever had, even compared to gelato eaten in Italy. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and generous with samples & portions. It’s super creamy and delicious but surprisingly low in calories. Will be back when next in Scottsdale!
