I ordered a Pete Rose autographed ball with a display case as a present for someone. The merchandise was fine and authenticated but when it finally arrived there was no display case. I had to contact them and they resent the case. In the box they have a flyer to contact them first should any issues arise as they want the customer to have a five star experience. I explained that although I understand mistakes happen it would not arrive in time for the birthday party it was a gift for. Perhaps I could get it etched for free or something small to make up for it? I received a reply that they did not have an etching machine. Youd think they would wave the shipping charge or something to make up for the blunder on their part. That is five star customer service. They never replied to that. There is too much competition out there and I even wound up seeing the same Pete Rose autographed ball elsewhere for cheaper. I would never order from this collectible company again. I advise you to keep looking.
