Love this place! Friendly staff and amazing deals! The guy and girl who work there actually helped me look for a dress for a wedding and they didnt stop until they found one for me for $65!!!!

Stopped in at the location in Arcadia to inquire about consigning a vintage Chanel outfit and Louboutin thigh high suede boots I bought as a surprise for my daughter, but which did not fit. I sent texts with photos of the above to the store manager, who then directed me to email another manager, who I emailed with photos of the items.. A week has passed with no communication from either manager. I am astounded that this business doesnt have the courtesy to contact prospective clients. You cant sell high end items if the employees are too lazy to do their jobs. I wont recommend this business.

Went into TBC today on my lunch break (in scrubs) hoping to purchase a new bag for my birthday. Wasnt greeted, door was locked after i entered as if I were going to steal, and wasnt offered any help by staff. However, the two other woman in there who were wearing designer clothes got treated like royalty. And were even invited to use the restroom that isnt available because of covid. Try sisters closet across the street instead. Genuine & caring people who dont judge you for not wearing designer clothes, unlike the snobs who work here.

I love this store! I am from out of town but come into Scottsdale every few months. I always love to stop by the store for their top of the line offerings. They are really a step above all other high end consignment stores I have visited. What always stands out for me is the quality of the items. I’m not only talking about the name on the labels, but the condition of the items. Often you will see other consignment stores who will carry stock just because of the label but the condition is not great, so you have to search to find the items worth buying. The condition of the items in this store is always amazing, they clearly do a good job on intake monitoring which items to accept for consignment. The store is clean and beautifully decorated and the sales associates are always a delight to work with. I highly recommend this store to anyone who loves designer goods!

Warning, do not consign anything here. They took my brand new, never used Louis V cashmere scarf complete with tags, original London Heathrow box with black ribbon and tissue paper in the original pristine shopping bag and returned to me unsold in a beat up water stained box, no ribbon and tissue, original tags missing and lost the original London Heathrow shopping bag. This was a new item with tags in original packaging which now I cannot sell as such because of the lack of care this store had for my item. I am furious. I will not be able to resell this item for its true value so in essence, this company has stolen money from me. Shame on you for your shoddy business practices and handling of valuables someone entrusted to your “expert” care.

Stopped by today after driving 40 minutes from my location to consign an item that was previously quoted by their TBC Consignment page on Instagram. They advised me to drop the item off for inspection; however, upon arrival, I entered and not one person greeted me or offered to help while I waited for approximately 25 minutes. Finally, a customer (mind you, not an actual salesperson of this boutique), approached me and asked if I had been helped, and which she offered to bring over a sales person, because not one worker had approached to offer me help. Momentarily after, a salesperson finally approached to inspect my item and immediately declined to consign it due to some wear on the straps. This was not brought to my attention after I submitted detailed images of my handbag to their Instagram direct messages. They falsely quoted my product, and wasted my time with their poor customer service. After this experience, I will not be returning, nor will I refer any individuals to this location. If I could rate this without a star, I definitely would! After looking through reviews, I see that this boutique is notorious for treating people of color inferior.

Please beware of this store. I purchased a Chanel bag for $4000 to use as a travel bag. It had a metal strap and I thought it would last a long time. On my first trip a week after buying the bag it breaks on the trip. I called the store and they asked me to bring it in. They sent it to Chanel and had it fixed for me. I was very grateful. When it was returned 1-2 weeks later, I was excited to take it on my next week long trip. I broke again - in multiple places! I was not aware that metal straps could break. FYI: I did not put heavy items into the bag either.I did not have time to take it back, but I mentioned it to the store clerks on two different visits saying how I spent so much only to have a bag that is damaged. In January, a male clerk told me to bring it in and they could have it repaired again. I did and spoke with a different clerk named Brittany. She basically said she could not help me since I had purchased the bag a year ago. I was like okay, I spent over $4000 on a defective bag and you will not guarantee your product. Please beware and use caution when purchasing luxury used items from this store. When you have issues, they will not help to resolve them. Now, I have a VERY expensive Chanel bag that is basically worthless. All she said was to take it to Chanel. Do not buy from there. They do not value their customers.

Had an amazing experience with Crissy and Anthony. They fixed an issue and made it right. Now thats what I call customer service! They are friendly, quick to respond, and really care about making things right with their customers. I would recommend TBC Scottsdale to anyone who wants high quality items and an AMAZING staff!

I have been shopping at this consignment store for about four years now. I live in the Milwaukee area but visit Scottsdale a few times a year. I love coming in this store. I recently stopped in to the boutique next door and I received such great customer service by the gentleman working that day. I picked out a Burberry shirt and an adorable Missoni swim cover up. Thank you for such wonderful service. This is why I patron businesses who value their customers!I wanted to add I visited the store the last week of Feb 2021. I was looking for the Gucci neo vintage and a young man helped me. They didnt carry the bag but he did call ahead to the Gucci store at Fashion Square for an appointment. I greatly value the relationships that they form with their clients. Ill keep coming back!

So I accidentally walked into this beautiful consignment boutique by accident as I awaited for my smoothie at Nekktar next door and Im so glad I did!! The store is beautiful and I could not believe the condition of these high end items as well as the price tag on them.. Long story short I walked out of there with 2 pairs of Christian Louboutin heels and a Louis Vuitton Bag.. Im so happy as I been looking for something to wear to my best friends wedding in March. This sweetheart is showing up in Red Bottoms and a LV bag to match who needs a man anyway.. 😘 Total price tag 1,400 and well worth it.. I will be back
