This is the most friendly and accommodating Circle K store I have been to! The gentleman who is always working when I go in is amazing and so very helpful.

Waited 10 minutes at the counter while the clerk just fumbled around with the hot dog machine. I recommend steering clear of this circle k !

Every time we come here the cashier, Josh is on his phone and cannot seem to get his stuff together.Then today, I was carded for cigarettes which I understand but, the 2 people in front of me looked younger than me and Josh did not card them for beer or cigarettes.Things are always out of stock also.

They always have good gas prices and they are open 24hrs. Circle K has bought them, so we will see how things transition. Hopefully they stay competitive with their gas prices.

Scott was courteous and the store was clean. Scott took time to show me how their ice coffee machine works. Will visit again.

Now I know why this Circle K only has a 1 star rating!! Like the others that posted, we have no option for zero stars.I am a Circle K rewards member, and I dont remember the last time I was in a Circle K and felt unappreciated as a customer.....like I was wasting the clerks time just making a purchase!After my deals and discounts from the rewards club....I still spent over $16.00 in one purchase (without a gasoline purchase)!!The clerk was a tall white guy with a beard and mustache. I went there on Tuesday night at 7:45 PM. He was not friendly at all. Didnt even say anything to me, except my total amount due. I had to go up and ask for a drink bag (no clue why this store hides them behind the counter). I bought 4 additional items. He just left them sit on the counter. Again I had to ASK for a bag to carry my purchases.I bought 2 packs of cigarettes. (They were completely out of Crowns except menthol. They shouldnt have run out because they are the Circle K brand. Maybe its to force people to buy more expensive brands?!!) I then apparently had the nerve to ask for 3 packs of matches. He gave me 2, and actually spoke to me!! He said 2 packs of matches PER CUSTOMER!! (So wait....if I bought 1 pack, and my roommate bought a pack, we could have had FOUR packs of matches. ......But I only asked for 3. Really Circle K?? Are you gonna loose that much money by giving me 3 packs of matches when I actually purchased cigarettes???)Also, my register reciept, as well as my rewards reciept also show that I earned ZERO POINTS.....even though my reciept shows that I clearly paid for some food!! So apparently this store needs to fix the computer system to award the points to people. (What good is a rewards program if it doesnt work?!)I WONT be going back to THIS Circle K!! I can go elsewhere if I want to be made to feel like I am wasting someones time until their shift is over. Not to mention the embarrassment of being denied an extra pack of cheap matches!This particular Circle K is just pathetic. Everything from customer service to not rewarding earned (& paid for) points!! Unless management or owners see these reviews, this particular Circle K will continue to loose customers, guaranteed!!!

Every single night the person that runs the night shift goes to the “bathroom” for half an hour and locks the door. I’ve seen at least 35 people come and leave because they think it’s closed.

Couldnt even walk inside the front door because 2 homeless men fighting over a shopping cart in front of the doors of both circle k and Starbucks... The front of these 2 businesses look and smell like a homeless shelter, please do something about the damn homeless people loitering before you lose too much business. Clean the store fronts up too its embarrassingly filthy out front. This is Scottsdale, not Apache Junction... Act like it city council.

The employee josh was very disrespectful. When asked to speak to manager he refused responding the manager isnt on call. And he was asleep. Very unprofessional.

Dude has bee in restroom for over a hour.

I did get my cigarettes the Clerk had them on the top of the cash register and didnt give them to me after I paid for them I not happy about it I have to spend more money to get a pack I live in Tempe
