After coming in to claim some scratcher today at 1:30PM, october 19,2021 i had won, I was greeted by the clerk Yael or something similar, asking how much it was I advised him roughly $70 dollars, $76 to be exact, at that moment he advised me he does not have that much. I asked him if he can pull the amount from the cash box, to which he replied that he can only pull every 2 minutes. 2 minutes not 2 hours, and what if he needs to pull again for another customer? Wait a minute?! What am I?? After 5 seconds my transaction was done, was that so hard?? Very unprofessional and very disrespectful! I have been coming to this store for years, and definitely lost me as a customer, thanks to Yael or whatever your name is.

I work nights and try and come here pretty regularly. Unfortunately they always seem to be closed when I stop by, it could be 1am or 4am. Signage says 24 hours and theyre workers moving around inside so Im not too sure whats happening. Store 805

Staff is nice and friendly and store is always clean. Feel safe with how good of a job they do and maintaining distancing and ensuring were safe by having all in masks. Thank you for enforcing and keeping us safe.

I would not recommend glass chip repair at this location! I had my supervisors vehicle get a repair on the windshield. After the repair the small ding turned into a crack across the entire drivers side of the windshield making the original issue much worse over the course of only four days. I brought it back to them to see about getting it replaced and they would only provide the $40 money back and a $10 credit towards a new windshield. They referred us to Clear View Glass and Tint who quoted us three different quotes and over a week of no new windshield. Jacksons cost my supervisor over $400 for a new windshield after just wanting a small chip repaired. This is not how you do business!

Surprisingly good selection of craft beers. Were staying close and theres not a liquor or grocery store near. Picked up a 6 pack of local IPA. Thank you!

I was trying to pump gas today, gas came gushing out of the bottom of the handle, all over my hand, pants & shoes & ground. I shut it off, punched the HELP button for a couple of minutes with zero response. Of course my credit card processed $1.81 while I stood there trying to get help.I locked my car & went in to the store, where there were 2 guys, one actively helping a customer. I asked for help, telling them what happened, they passed me Purell, like that would do something. Finally one guy came out, said it wasnt their fault & that there wasnt $1.81 of gas on the ground & would not give me the refund I wanted. Of course a lot evaporated while I was trying to get help, plus much of it was on ME.He said hed give me a carwash. I said I did not want that, & I would never do business there again. An EXTREMELY poor way to handle a serious & potentially DANGEROUS situation.By the way, he never even checked the pump. I give this a ZERO, but it wouldnt let me post less than 1 star.
