I also manage a store in the mall, and absolutely love this place. People shouldnt blame their lack of organizational skills of management ability on this store. I go there all the time for drinks and snacks. This store shouldnt be blamed for not having sponges. Next time, make sure you order correctly.

The thought of having a convenience store at a mall is awesome. Unfortunately, they carry a sub par selection of merchandise. I manage a store in the mall and every once in a while we run out of certain supplies like toilet paper, dish soap and sponges. Every convenience store that Ive ever been in has an abundance of those products, except this one. Good news is that they carry brake fluid and dryer sheets.

Very poor customer service. I went in there asking if they had something I needed and was treated like an inconvenience. Customer service means everything to me and I will not buy at a place that treats potential customers as a burden. I would not recommend this place.
