Jesus and Kevin made our car really clean we were so surprised with how much they went out of their way to make sure our car was fresh and clean. We definitely will be coming back. Ask for Kevin and Jesus, theyre the best.

This has to be the WORST car wash I have ever visited. Besides the fact that I paid $15 for a HANDWASH and it looked the same as before, the customer service coming from ROBERT HAAS was even worse when I returned. If I paid for a hand wash I would expect for at least my windshield to not have bug stains, and yet it was still all over even after the second complimentary wash that Robert argued to give to me. Never will I give them my money again.

This was my first time at this car wash and I was very impressed! So much I immediately wrote a review! From the moment I pulled up I was welcomed with smiles, good mornings, thank you for coming in… It made me excited to be there. Every employee I passed smiled and greeted me. Also I loved the gratuity boxes! It is comforting to know that my gratuity is and will be distributed in full to the employees! I do not get my car cleaned very often but will definitely be returning here, cannot recommend it enough! 5 stars!

My second time here. Been to a few car washes in Phoenix area and they were sub-par. Jackson’s car wash has been amazing and they are precise when wiping my truck down. Madison that checked me out was very helpful in all of the deals they are offering.

Had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to get off the phone. Car wash wouldnt work & had to wait 5 minutes. Cashier said my card declined, a credit card with a zero balance, photos posted are 15 minutes after I got it washed. I showed the manager & he said ok. Have a nice day. No offer to run it through the wash again. I just restarted my monthly wash pass yesterday. I will not renew it again. Machine ripped bumper off & employee said my machine didnt do that. I said lets be honest. You wouldnt admit it if your machine did do it. His reply was honest. He said no I would NOT admit it. They didnt offer me a free wash, nothing. A friend in the car business said it takes great force to rip bumpers off. They are screwed in & have clips holding it on. A few days later I canceled the monthly service. They cashier assured me I would not be charged. 8.6.21. They charged my card despite me canceling so now I have to go in there. THIS IS THE WORST CAR WASH. Ive used other Jacksons & they were good. This 1 is HORRIBLE. Today is 8.10.21. The charged my card AGAIN! They charge it, refund it, charge it, refund it. AFTER I canceled it in the store TWICE. I called the coporate office. They said they fixed it. I told them you offered me nothing for repeatedly charging my card AND for ripping my bumper off at a cost of me of $500+. I also asked whos going to compensate me because I had to cancel my debit card & I have to wait a week to get a new one? THIS location is terrible.

They’re very friendly and good quality service was provided. The car wash itself was a very detailed wash and cleaned very well. Madison was a very good employee who was helpful and friendly.

Ive taken my truck to Jacksons about 4-5 times. Each time, I opted for the works.The first couple of times were fine. Nothing special. The most recent times were not good. The previous time, they didnt shut the drivers side door all the way and as a result, the seat was soaked. They did not say anything, so when I sat down, my pants were got very wet. This time, they didnt even attempt to remove the bug splatter from the front. Also, they didnt clean any of the inside windows. Its worth pointing out that they were not busy and only had one car out to dry at a time. Imagine the effort you would get if they were actually busy...This hand wash gave me the same quality that you would expect from the express wash at any gas station.

Not worth the money at all. My car has been in need of a good cleaning for a while now, so I sprung for their premium interior and exterior detailing service. Let me tell you, it does not come at a reasonable price, but I figured if it would be worth it to see the car shine like new. That was not the case. I was told the wait would be about 4 hours (got there at 9:30), which seemed reasonable. I noticed my car was sitting idle at around 12:30, and after an hour I decided that it seemed suspicious. I asked the cashier what was going on, she proceeded to tell me I needed to go find out for myself by talking to the techs. I walk down to talk to them and the guy tells me yeah we just finished that and parked it. An obvious lie, as I had been staring at it sitting there for an hour. The car was definitely cleaner than when I brought it in, but it was not $350 and 4 hours of my Saturday clean. Immediately I noticed multiple grungy spots on the exterior, and in the interior the center console was still full of crumbs, and the dash looked like it hadnt even been wiped down. Obviously I raised the issue with the person who sold me the car wash, and he basically put up his hands and told me I needed to go talk to the guys who washed the car myself. At this point I bring it back and tell them my concerns and the guy just shrugs and goes yeah well go over it again. So now Im sitting here wasting more of my weekend waiting for a job that should have been done right the first time for the amount of money I paid to get done again. Steer clear of this place if you need a handwash or detail, the people who simply drive through it seem fairly pleased.

I missed the name of the attendant who helped and chatted with me before entering the car wash, but he was a positive & outgoing guy! I enjoyed my discussion with him. The other younger staff did their jobs just fine as well.There were a few water spots left over but overall the experience was quick, easy, and the car wash cleaned 90% of the dirt away.Not bad for $8.

The pre-washed guys like to lean all over the dirty car which is not a good thing. Theyre basically grinding the dirt into the paint as they touch it. Just a cheap car wash trying to pose is something better.

This 5 star rating specifically goes to Angel Lopez. For one year, Ive been going to this particular location to get my car washed every Friday, and while the young men are great, very pleasant, work very hard, its the level of care and attention to detail that Angel displayed that none of the others display that sets him apart. You can tell he enjoys his job and loves doing a great job for the customer. His level of detail and customer service has been the best Ive experienced at Jacksons

We have been almost a weekly customer of this location for about a year and a half. Regular service is great. However, I recently paid $200 for a deep cleaning of interior, plus tip. No stains were removed from any of the seats, no actual deep cleaning of cup holders, vents, dash, inside of windshield, etc. thankfully, after waiting 5 hours, the manager recleaned the basics, which is usually done on the basic wash. So, off I go to clean it properly. Frustrating.

Wow. I googled to find a local detailer (on a Sunday!) after inadvertently leaving a milk bottle in the trunk for a day in the Arizona summer heat. I won’t even describe the smell that I was asking them to get out. They did it! I waited in their outdoor waiting area getting “misted” by an overhead mister, drinking a cold drink from their shop and listening to the great 80s music. Price was reasonable and I don’t gag driving the car anymore. Smells great and fresh. Can’t complain!

I get my car washed at this facility all the time, I’ve been using them for years. On Wednesday I came in for a VIP car wash and the young man that finished drying my car was outstanding! His name is “George” I’ve never seen a young man work as hard, as fast, or as thorough! Sweet smile and great customer service.!He is outstanding!! Recently Jacksons car wash added a company called Clearview tint. Juan the GM my go to guy. Introduced me the Javin. He is their premier installer. I told him I wanted new stripping on my Mustang. He had me select a color. I selected Raspberry blue. He made measurements and asked me if I had concerns or questions. He addressed them and made me an appointment. And I am always asked who does my stripping and now I can give an awesome referral. My last stripper was less reputable. Here are my results and I am so proud to recommend clear view at Jackson carwash off Greenway. Ask for Juan and get a free wash on me. Then see Javin about your tint needs or wrapping needs or stripping. I recommend them highly. Here are my pictures to back it up. And the Raspberry blue finished results

Bought a new car this year. Made the decision to protect my investment with a Diamond Plate. Pictures cant really show how well it turned out

I want to start by giving the positives. My truck was very dirty on the inside because I use it for work and it looks significantly better.They did a good job, but when someone spends $200 and it takes two hours I expect it to be near perfect. I had in mind giving four stars even though there are still a number of dirt spots in the interior.Then I noticed the glass still has smudges all over the windshield as well as every single window. There are splattered bugs on the windshield as well. How difficult can it be to ensure that glassware is perfect at the very least?Then I saw the bed of my truck is still filled with dirt. Again, $200 is a significant amount of money to not have taken a hose and washed out the bed of the truck.This was the first time I’ve been a customer here and although I won’t be as dramatic as to say I’ll never come back, I’d certainly hesitate and would be inclined to nit pick a little more before leaving.Very disappointed.

Just moved to the Scottsdale area and was looking for a great car wash that does more than just the exterior. Found this location and was highly impressed. I pulled up, told the guy it was my first time visiting and he explained everything to me and what my options were. Extremely great customer service and never made me feel like an inconvenience asking a few questions. With the exception of all the bugs I have on my front bumper, they did an excellent job at making my car look beautiful. Though, I need to find a way to get all the cakes on bugs off my front bumper from a road trip I did. If they service is like this every time, then I’ll be a customer for as long as I live here.

Come in for car washes frequently. The guys out front are always quick and polite. My cashier today, Theresa, was awesome as well- pleasant and light hearted. Overall Im happy with my experience at this Jacksons location.

I just moved to Scottsdale and I have to say the managers Alan & Francisco were great to work with. I have had a lot of questions when bringing my car and each time I go they have been a lot of help. Definitely my go to car wash!!

I have given my car for complete detail wash which is 199$ . The stains outside the car are still there and I can see dust on my dashboard and stains on the seats too. Waste of money.

The guys taking your car try to upsell you things that are already included in the wash you pick. And the kids who are supposed to dry and clean the inside of the car cant remember to actually clean the inside. Its the same every time. I figure maybe Ill try it again 6 months later, 1 year later and its the same every time.

Service at this location has significantly decreased. I’ve been a customer for many years and they have become extremely slow and regularly are understaffed. The quality of their service has also decreased. I’m considering changing to a different car wash.I was there over an hour and a half and this is not the first time this has happened.

This 1 star is too much I wish I could leave 0 for 50 bucks they didnt even wipe down my dashboard. Also my cup holders had some gum wrappers that were still there after the 50 dollar wash. 5 bucks would be too much for these guys

Based on my experience here yesterday, I will never return to this location. Everyone in my office and my street knows what I went through yesterday and they arent likely going to this location either. First of all, I made an appointment last week (by phone) for an 8:30am drop off for a detail for Monday 4/15. When I arrived the gentlemen laughed when he read my detail receipt and said I must be special for the rate on my prepaid detail because hes never seen that price before. Well, guess what? Thats the price I was offered and PAID for so I dont appreciate being insulted. Secondly, I spent the next 10 minutes trying be up sold on everything they could which was beyond annoying and they tag teamed me (2 different guys) kept coming up to my car, but no one was taking it to the detail area. FINALLY, they started marking my window for the information, and I asked how long it would take. I was told 2-3 hours. That was at 9:00am, by 1:00pm I had not heard from anyone, so I called to ask if it was ready and I was told that they just started it!!!! I asked why, and was told it was because there were 3 cars ahead of mine. I asked what the point of my appointment time was, also asked why no one told me about this timing issue, and got a snarl, and again quoted 2- 3 hours. I had to call at 3:53 pm and was told that the car was still in detail!!! I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could speak to him upon my arrival to pick up the car. Upon arrival, I could see my car still in the detail bay getting buffed. I asked for the manager and he did apologize in a non professional tone, and just gave me two free car wash tickets and shrugged his shoulders. Another gentleman, came around the corner and said there was a mix up with my reservation in the morning and he also apologized. I was overly frustrated with the timing issues,. the lack of communication from the staff, and the rude person who took my calls (same person who made my reservation last week by the way and is probably to blame for the mix up). On top of it all, the quality of the work is sub par. I have seen better work on a $25 express wash than what I received yesterday for a supposed detail. Also, I cant take photos of it, but they didnt let my car mats dry all the day, and put them back in wet (probably rushing since they had my car all day) and now my car smells like WET DOG the day after I got it detailed - NOT COOL I WILL NEVER RETURN!

Paid $140 plus tip for an interior detail with car wash. I watched from the window inside and noticed two people pop into the car for a few moments doing minor work and then leaving it sit for awhile. After I left and they had closed, I saw to my sad surprise so much remaining debri that had not been vacuumed, minor coffee spill drops on the seats and dust on the dashboard. Total complete rip off.

My car was not clean and I paid $50 for an interior and exterior wash. I will not be coming to this location again.

I paid for the Works, and most of the dirt that was on the front of my car before the carwash, was still on the car afterwards. Making matters worse, they kept bringing cars through but only had one guy with a knee brace limping his way along trying to dry the cars that came out. Needless to say he couldnt possibly keep up. One of the worst car washes Ive ever experienced.

I always get my car washed here at least once a week and the guys take real good care of me. Ramon and Emilio up front and Luis Cha and Ivan in detail. Even Jamie and Ruben when doing quick wash. This place is best Jacksons and these are the best guys that keep my chauffeur service looking 100 and fresh.

By far, the best of all their locations. Sabas is the rockstar here and he is now doing detailing with his team. I had it done today and it was stunning (see pics).The whole crew is polite and always on it. They catch the drips, wipe the glass without streaks, and make sure the vehicle is actually clean. I know that sounds strange but go to another car wash and you’ll know what I mean.Will keep coming back for all my cars.

12 cars, 2 guys working who couldnt care less if they did a good job or not. Management cares even less. My car was just as bad when I left. Dont waste your time or money.

While there are some decent people at this location, quality is spotty at best. Random pricing changes, hidden up sells, and poorly executed work is what lost you a long time customer. Charging $60 to wash a convertible and not even washing the top is unacceptable.
