My 5 star experience started with Tarry in the showroom. He made choosing the right doors, from a large selection of choices, understandable and easy. then he came on site to see it, measure and make sure everything was right. He quoted various options and consulted me to make the right choice. I chose IllumiNation because they handle the entire project from demo to install to finish work. Their foreman came and measured again and they were upfront about the lead times. Once the doors arrived, they sent a construction manager, and performed each part of the construction project on consecutive days to get the job done quickly. We love the result. This kind of service is rare these days but they nailed it in every way. So so happy with Illumination.

Decided to open up our great room to the backyard. After looking for several door companies, a friend referred us to IllumiNation.From the buying process to the installation to the finish, the team at IllumNation did a wonderful job. I ordered a new front door and windows on April 20/2021 and was quoted 6-8 weeks. I still have not received the product. All communication with my sales person is initiated by me and usually consists of, I will have to check on that and get back to you. I was told at the beginning of July that we should be good to go in 2 weeks, so I had the prep work done (removing existing shutters) so that I could be ready for installation as soon as I got the call. Now I am being told it will be another few weeks followed up with and our installation is back logged several weeks. So now my existing door/windows look terrible while we wait and we are hosting a charity event on 8/21. We have a family owned company that relies on products from various vendors, so I am fully aware of supply chain issues. Because of that, we make sure our sales team reaches out to waiting clients regularly with updates and sometimes offer inconvenience discounts. However, I think it would go a long way if your company did the same, especially since you have had my 50% deposit for 15 weeks!

We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Illumination Window and Door. The sales person came out and was very knowledgeable and helped us with design and ideas. We then met him at the showroom to see the different products and make a final decision.The owner Anthony came out to measure and look at what type of support beam would need to be added. We felt confident in the entire team.The installers showed up at the scheduled time and were very professions and nice. They put dust barriers up to protect the house then went to work. They had estimated 5 days but completed in 3 days. They matched the pop outs and moved our electrical around so that it looks like it was always part of the house. The sliding glass doors open up our kitchen and family room to our outside living area, pool and waterfall. It makes our house seem much bigger and we love the new look and feel. We went with the La Cantina doors and from a product standpoint they are awesome.I am very impressed with Illumination, the team and process. I would definitely recommend them!!

Working with IllumiNation has been a stellar experience. It started with our sales rep Tarry who was very thorough in walking us through the various choices on display in the showroom. He followed that up with an on-site visit to ensure that everything would work as we hoped. The one thing that sticks out is he prepared us with very realistic expectations of the whole process from delivery through installation and how accurate he was in what he communicated.The installation team was exceptional and exceeded what Tarry had communicated as far as speed and quality of the install. We had 10 windows, a specialty window, and 3 sliders replaced, including a large multi-panel that required some extra know-how. Everything worked flawlessly and i was very impressed at how clean they kept our home and outside areas.The owner came by and inspected everything and the team came back on one day after a quick phone call to make some adjustments. The owner himself stopped by when in the neighborhood a couple of weeks later and did an adjustment on a slider lock for us that was done in minutes.Overall very impressed with the quality of the materials, process, improvement to our home, and the team. So much so that we have ordered two additional exterior doors from them and were looking forward to that experience. After all the research we did, Im glad our decision was well substantiated by a great company that we absolutely recommend.

Great experience with Rick and IllumiNation from start to finish.We wanted to replace a 9 feet ugly aluminum slider in our house in Scottsdale. Called IllumiNation and everything went great from estimate to installation. Rick was right on time for our in house appointment. We arranged to also meet at their showroom in Scottsdale, which is very nice. Got pricing on three different styles with no issues. We had another company come out and price similar to exact product, wasnt nearly as impressed as with IllumiNation. We decided to go with illumiNation and couldnt be happier. The new doors are an awesome upgrade and they look fantastic.Couldnt recommend Rick and Illumination highly enough, great people and great company to do business.

Tarry was very informative and patient with me as I tend to be indecisive. However he was always willing and available to answer my texts and endless questions. The day of the install was so fast and easy. I LOVE my new folding doors!!!

I am changing my 4 star review to 1. I am having problems with my doors and can not get a call back after the sevice men came out and did not fix the problem. They say the doors are perfect. They are not. So be aware...nice showroom, nice to you until you have a problem. I have sent two specific emails to the owner and my salesperson for a reasonable request. Nothing from them. Very unfortunate after $25,000 spent. Will keep you all posted...

We just had our entry door replaced by Illumination and had the same experience as our last review. Great company great experience.My boyfriend and I recently purchased a home built in the 80s with several old metal sliding doors throughout the home. We contacted IllumiNation for a quote and due to budget restrictions we were only able to have them replace two of our sliding doors to bi fold doors. Right from the beginning everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They arrived when they said they would and the outcome was exactly what we were hoping for. We are very impressed with the high quality of work and craftsmanship. When we are ready to update the rest of our doors we will definitely go back to IllumiNation.

We recently had 3 sliding patio doors ordered and installed by IllumiNation and couldn’t be happier! Every step of the process - which was much quicker than one could imagine - speaking with the sales representative (Beau), getting to meet the owner (Anthony) made us feel confident that they knew the business well and were straightforward, honest and gave us options. They patched and painted things surrounding the removed doors, caused no harm whatsoever to the home, had a big team and worked happy and quickly - it honestly was a joy! We had Tony come over and give us a demonstration of what the different types of window frames are or what they have to offer. Illumination co installed a folding patio door as well as two sets of French doors for me as part of our remodel. I can’t say enough about how easy the process was. The crew was always on time! We live in Fountain Hills AZ and recently purchased a home, we researched window companies in the area and ultimately decided to go with Illumination window & door as they have a nice showroom as well as we trusted the salesman and staff we met with at the showroom and at our home. We were ultimatum happy with our decision as we had 11 Milgard windows replaced and 2 sliding patio doors, they showed up on time and with installers that looked professional with professional vehicles( several of my neighbors also stated they were impressed and would be calling for bids). Had a door installed in 2016 by this company. It was a huge upgrade over the aluminum one that it replaced and have been very happy with it. Unfortunately I had a part break recently and that is what has led to this review. It is not that the part broke for my 2 star review it is the fact that I called 3 consecutive days to try and either get their service to repair the door or get a referral from somebody who could. I was repeatedly told that I would get a call back and never did. I was not expecting a free or warranty repair and I informed them of this. I have since called a different company who came out and made the repair in under 3 hours from my call. I would not use this company again due to this recent lack of service.

Had my entry door replaced about a year ago. I was having trouble with the locking bolt and was told to push on the door and it would engage. Did this until a little over a week ago when I couldnt get it to lock at all. Called and was told they would get back to me as I was very uncomfortable sleeping with an unlocked door.I called back later that day and told them my situation.I was told they understood but would not be able to come out until the following week.I felt I could not sleep with an unlocked front door for over a week so I had to pay someone else to fix it.Just heard from your service dept that they could be out Friday.Very upset with your service dept but love my door.

The owner did a good job of replying to my emails, answering my questions, and addressing any concerns I had during the process. Great Experience - After calling and getting a few quotes over the phone, we ended up selecting Illumination. They scheduled an in-home measurement (even arrived a few minutes early for our appt), the item arrived when they said it would arrive and then they called to schedule the install, and they did a great job on the install. Everything was seamless and both Anthony who gave me the quote over the phone and came for the measurements, and their install team, were courteous and on time. Happy with the job!

ABSOLUTE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Went in here to find out if the company made the high end doors I had a picture of. Was in need of new weatherstripping on these doors for a multi million dollar home. Couldnt even be bothered to look at the picture.Would have taken 10 seconds to say whether or not they made them, or if they could point me in the direction.

Illumination is a dream maker. We have wanted a door system for 2 years and Anthony (owner) and his team made it happen. I did quite a bit of research before going with Illumination. Anthony was honest and fair. The crew was always on time and cleaned the area every evening. I was told the entire job would take 1 week and it only took 1 week. Anthony was on site multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!

Poor customer service and workmanship. Illumination Window & Door Co. installed replacement patio french doors that were smaller than the old doors. To accommodate the difference in size, they increased the framing around the door rather than install a similar sized or larger doors. They also installed an invisible screen that never worked properly. After installation, I contacted the owner to request an adjustment to the screen. He was always too busy to arrange a time to fix the problem.

These guys are excellent! Full service operation.. Anthony always got back to me in a timely manor, the glass slider they installed looks great, and they delivered every step of the way.

This place is amazing. I have never been in a more beautiful show room. Deffinetly an experience I wont forget.
