Do NOT buy if David is the sales rep! The door we purchased was $6000. We also purchased barn doors for an additional $5000. One would hope that they would receive support from the sales person if a problem arose. WRONG!!!! Our lock set, $1200, arrived and it was the wrong type for our door. Not only did DAVID order the wrong lock set but he refused to help find a solution to the problem.

Terrible quality!!!We ordered a custom rift oak front door and paid a pretty penny for it. It has only been THREE months since it was installed and it has warped, water has seeped in through the cracks causing swelling and splitting of the seams. Our kids cannot even open the door anymore. On the quote it said the door is covered by a warranty so we called today and were told since the door did not have an adequate overhang above it, the warranty is void. When their salesman David came out to our house to measure for the door, he did not mention AT ALL that this door would not be covered under warranty. I cant imagine what this door will look like in 5 years .. if it even lasts that long. We have had 2 rain storms since it was installed and it is ruined. Run from this company!!! Terrible quality and even worse customer service.
