Store is not very visible from the street, not everything in stock. Very helpful staff, very knowledgeable and ready to answer questions for the newbies. I been flying toys for more than 2 decades, their tech is impressive. Be prepared to spend $300 at least for their spark....and goes up!

Everyone that has helped me in the past has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have purchased my drones from these guys since they started back in 2014 in Tempe, and I have had my drones repaired here either through Care Refresh or in house repair. Their repair portal is real easy to use and keeps you informed. The Care Refresh claims have to go direct through DJI but they always take care of them for be so I dont have to deal with the hassle of contacting DJI.

While in Arizona for a work/family vacation we looked up drone dealers. We decided to visit innovative UAS just to ask questions. By the end of our visit, we were scheduling the shipment of our new drone back to Ohio. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for professional and knowledgeable service! I called in to check and see if they had a Mavic 2 pro in stock, and was pleasently surprised they did, as everywhere I looked online was at least 2 weeks out. Legitimate DJI store, very clean and well organized store. Certainly better than DJIs service Ive experienced before discovering this place. These boys one upped them 😎 and made a loyal customer for life.Also, I must give kudos where its due, to the gentleman who voice does the recordings.. Im super sorry, I forgot your name man! I was pretty distracted with the mavic 2.. however he displayed EXEMPLARY SERVICE, was very knowledgeable. Very appreciative of all your help, I will 100% come back for anything remotely related to drones, directly because of my experience with this gentleman. Whatever this guy is paid, isnt enough. Service like this is a rarity these days.

This companys business model can be described in two words...Customer Service. They know their products, they fly them professionally and repair them. Whether you are a professional or beginner, they will give you time and candid advise based on your experience and use of drones. I bought my first drone from them a year ago and they have been exceptional in their support. I will not buy a drone from any other retailer or internet source. How many retailers do you see with all 5-star ratings. They have earned it.

When we were originally researching the purchase of a drone for video production we almost went with a distributor in Tucson. My first experience with Innovative UAS a phone call. I had a question about replacing motors on my Phantom 3 Advanced. I found the people at Innovative UAS to be friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We ended up purchasing new motors from them and our interaction was very positive. Their store was very well organized and they were very professional.This led me to return to them when I was ready to purchase my second drone. They explained to me that when a customer purchases a drone from them, they set an appointment to unbox the drone together, so they can teach their customer about how to set up the Drone and go over drone basics with them. I found that to be incredibly helpful! I really appreciated the time and attention they gave me individually. They answered all my questions and made sure I was logged into the app properly and that I knew how to set up the Drone. It has been a couple of years since then and I still go to Innovative uas for any questions or as I need more equipment related to my drone business.I would (and have already) highly recommend Innovative UAS to anybody, whether they are just starting to learn about drones or they are seasoned professionals.

I first came across these guys over the phone - I was in town and needed a repair immediately for a shoot I was doing. 30 mins later I was in their shop and totally impressed with their knowledge. I got my minor issue fixed and was back flying at my shoot within an hour. I went home to Kansas City and ordered a brand new drone from them. Ive had 3 over the years of different sizes and capabilities and Ive always ordered from them. Theyre fast, incredible service and know their stuff. Theyve replaced parts and cases for me and helped me with repairs when the airlines werent so kind to my checked gear. I cant recommend these guys enough!

I got tired of going back and forth with DJI for a repair and decided to just get it done on my own and Id pay for it. I went to Innovative UAS/DJI Arizona because Id purchased from them before. The communication was horrendous, the repair took over A MONTH (I was told it would take max two weeks, good thing I didnt need it), the repair was already pricey and I was overcharged from what I was told I would be. I have communicated this with them several times and cannot even get a response from them. I didnt think anyone could be as bad at customer service as DJI themselves, but I guess I was wrong. Birds of a feather I guess.Still leaving 2 stars because I havent been able to fully evaluate the repair yet.Examples of communication:- Me: What calibrations have you done?- IUAS: Weve done calibrations.- Me: Can you tell me which ones though?- IUAS: Well look and get back to you.[a week goes by]- Me: Hey, can you please call to discuss and also provide the list of calibrations- IUAS (in an email after 4th request for a call): Weve done calibrations.I mean... This hurts my head at this point to have to request calls over and over again and ask for the most basic things that they cant reply to.

I have recently had the opportunity to purchase a new DJI drone from InnovativeUAS. As we all know, there are an endless variety of vendors to choose from when shopping for electronics and especially drones. I live two hours from the store but the trip was well worth the drive. I had spent hours online preparing for the trip and brought along an extensive list of questions. There was nothing I could throw at the staff that they couldn’t answer. Their knowledge base will simply blow you away! No kidding.They lay out the options available but never hard sale or attempt to sell you anything you don’t need. What I bought was what I wanted to buy. This was clearly one of those shopping experiences that makes your day.If you’re shopping for a new drone, I would very strongly recommend InnovativeUAS in Tempe, AZ. I drove four hours round trip to purchase my drone from them. I would drive twice that in a heartbeat. I have called them a number of times before and after the purchase to ask a few questions. They always take the time to address any concerns you may have. Head and shoulders above any other supplier out there!

The folks at TCI, Innovative UAS, have exceeded my expectations. I spent the last year researching which Quad to buy next. Through the process I emailed and spoke to the guys at Innovative on several occasions. Once for 30 plus minutes even. Each and every time they were willing to answer my questions with knowledgable and insightful information that truly seemed unbiased.After a year I decided to purchase the Phantom 3 Pro, and I didnt even consider purchasing from anyone but Innovative! Not only did they offer the best P3 package with 3 batteries, spare battery charging pack, backpack, and polar lenses, spare props....They also updated the latest firmware to the quad and remote control for me AND took the bird out for a test flight to make sure it was in perfect working order. All this and they got it to me cross country in less than a week from the moment I ordered it.They say these are RTF, Ready To Fly, but there is a certain amount of upfront set up that you need to do before hand, UNLESS you buy it form these guys! After charging the batteries to 100% I headed out to test her out, with ALL the latest firmware already installed. Perfect! It was set up perfectly.I highly recommend using these guys as a local supplier. They are US based and are willing to go to bat for you if anything goes wrong. They are DJI certified and stand behind their product and are top notch when it comes to customer service.These are the folks to buy from, stop researching and give them a call!

Very discouraged that the store policy will not let you install a range extender kit . This isnt a dji policy set but the store policy of which doesnt say on the Web site that you cannot purchase the kit just says they can install it for you. I found this out after driving from black canyon city to the tempe location. After spending several thousand dollars previously with them. So I leave empty handed wasted time for a Bullshit policy of theres so before you waste your time bring your remote or you dont get any range extenders kit. I wont be spending any more money and they can stick that policy where it should go. Stupid is all I got to say
